Luqman Al-Hakim is a special figure whose story is immortalized in the Al-Qur'an and his name is even used as one of the names of letters in the Al-Qur'an. One form of Luqman Al-Hakim's special qualities as described by Allah SWT in the Al-Qur'an is when he acted as a father and educator for his son. Luqman uses effective educational approaches and methods that we can use as role models for Qur'anic education methods today. This article aims to analyze what and how Qur'anic education methods are found in Luqman's teaching process towards his son as stated in Surah Luqman verses 12 to 19. This qualitative research uses a content analysis method which makes the interpretation of Al-Taḥrīr wa Al-Tanwīr Ibn Asyur's work as an object of research study. This tafsir was chosen because Ibn Assyur, apart from being known as a contemporary educational figure in Tunisia, he used a maqāṣidī tafsir approach in his tafsir work to explore the main values or objectives of the Al-Qur'an (Maqṣad) which are applicable to every condition of place and time. The main finding of this study is that in teaching his son, Luqman Al-Hakim used six teaching methods, namely: educating with a wise and loving attitude, understanding the priority scale of teaching material, using analogies in delivering the material, providing a general overview before entering. into the details of the material, attracting students' attention, and always providing rationalization for each material taught so that it is easily accepted and understood by students.

Prayer plays an important role in shaping noble morals, as explained in the Qur’an. But, today’s teenagers face many challenges in the form of moral crises, evident from the rising cases of juvenile delinquency, some even leading to criminal acts. This shows that not all Muslim teenagers are able to reflect the values of prayer in their morals. This research aims to analyze the interpretation of Surah Al-Ankabut verse 45, which discusses the influence of prayer in preventing immoral and evil acts, and to measure how prayer influences the character if adolescents. This research uses a mixed method approach, combining qualitative and quantitative approaches. The qualitative method is applied through the analysis of qur’anic interpretation using Analytical Exegesis (Al-Tafsir al-Tahlili) while the quantitative method is used to analyze numerical data using SPSS software. The research presents two main findings. First, according to the Qur’anic Exegetes, prayer effective in preventing immoral and wicked deeds must encompass three aspects: Fi‘liyah (implementation), Qauliyah (recitation), Qalbiyah (heart contemplation). Second, the quantitative analysis shows that prayer has a significant influence on students' morals, contributing 14,9%. These findings emphasize the importance of deep understanding and correct implementation of prayer in shaping good character among students. The novelty of this research is in its holistic approach to the practice of prayer, which not only measures the frequency of prayer but also assesses student understanding of prayer and the noble values contained in its practice.

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui hakikat puasa yang tertuang dalam surah al-Baqarah ayat 183-187. Dan dikaji melalui beberapa tafsir para ahli sufi. Bentuk penelitian ini adalah library research atau penelitian kepustakaan dengan menggunakan metode tafsir tahlili, yang menerangkan arti ayat Al-Qur’an dari berbagai aspek, berdasarkan urutan ayat atau surah dalam mushaf, menonjolkan kandungan ayat, kesesuaian antar ayat, sebab-sebab turunnya dan hadits-hadist yang berhubungan. Kesimpulan dalam penelitian ini adalah bahwa hakikat puasa dalam surat al-Baqarah ayat 183-187 memiliki makna yang luas bagi umat Islam. Menurut para mufassir sufi, tujuan berpuasa bukan hanya untuk menahan lapar dan dahaga, tetapi tujuan utama puasa adalah untuk merubah kualitas jiwa kita sehingga kita menjadi lebih terkendali dalam mengatur hawa nafsu, menghindari dan menjauhkan diri dari perbuatan maksiat, lebih mendekatkan diri kepada Allah dengan mengutamakan akhirat daripada duniawinya. Puasa adalah salah satu pintu untuk meraih ketakwaan. Ketakwaan ini adalah “buah” dari puasa seorang hamba. Sesuai dengan Al-Qur’an surah al-Baqarah ayat 183.
