Abstract

The complete administration of project is needed in an institution or organization. There is a lot of administration in early childhood education institutions, especially in Study Groups. The purpose of this research is to find out what problems there are regarding the existence of SOP documents in the Al-Izzah KB. The method used in this research is qualitative. Data collection techniques use observation, documentation and interviews. The research results stated that the absence of SOP documents at KB Al-Izzah was due to a lack of quality educators and educational staff, and the regional coordinator was not comprehensive in monitoring and providing outreach at KB Al-Izzah regarding standard operational procedures. One of them is creating standard operating procedures. The SOP includes accepting new students, learning, developing the potential of educators and education staff, financing and involving parents/families, which are one of the requirements in building educational institutions.

Abstract

Zakat, infaq, shadaqah, dan wakaf merupakan sumber dana dengan potensi yang sangat tinggi yang dapat dimanfaatkan untuk mewujudkan kesejahteraan masyarakat dinegara Indonesia. Jika pengelolaan dan pendistribusian dana dibidang ZISWAF dapat dikelola dengan pembagian yang merata maka, dapat dipastikan bahwa hal tersebut meringankan beban Negara terhadap warga dibawah standar pra-sejahtera. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui akuntabilitas fundraising ZISWAF terhadap customer trust yang diterapkan di MWC NU Paiton Kabupaten Probolinggo. Penelitian ini meneliti sejauh mana pelayanan dan juga kinerja lembaga NU tingkat kecamatan dan desa dalam pengelolaan zakat. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif, metode ini merupakan salah satu jenis penelitian yang spesifikasinya secara sistematis, terencana dan terstruktur dengan jelas. Teknik pengumpulan data juga didapatkan dengan observasi, wawancara mendalam serta dokumentasi sebagai penguat berita (isu) yang diperoleh. Untuk dokumentasi sementara mennyimpulkan bahwa lembaga NU tingkat kecamatan dan desa yang ada di Paiton masih belum berjalan dalam fundraising ZISWAF sehingga masyarakat sekitarpun masih belum ada yang berkontribusi mewakilkan zakatnya terhadap lembaga-lembaga NU.
