<![CDATA[ABSTRAKLatar Belakang: Pelayanan kesehatan berkembang selaras pengetahuan pasien di Indonesia mengenai kesehatan sehingga aspek hukum dalam pelayanan kesehatan harus ditingkatkan. Salah satu aspek hukum yang penting adalah Informed Consent. Informed Consent adalah persetujuan atas upaya medis yang akan dilakukan oleh dokter terhadap dirinya, setelah pasien mendapatkan informasi dari dokter mengenai upaya yang akan dilakukan untuk menolong dirinya. Keberadaan Informed Consent dalam seluruh tindakan medis merupakan suatu kelengkapan dan keharusan yang dibuat oleh dokter sebelum melaksanakan tindakan medis yang akan dilakukan. Tujuan: Menjelaskan gambaran tingkat pengetahuan mahasiswa program profesi tahun 2021/2022 tentang Informed Consent di RSGM UPDM(B). Metode: Penelitian deskriptif cross sectional dengan teknik pengambilan sampel dilakukan secara purposive sampling. Kuesioner dalam bentuk google form disebarkan untuk menilai pengetahuan. Analisis univariat dilakukan dengan menggunakan software pengolah data statistik. Hasil: Dari 120 responden mayoritas berusia 23 tahun (52,5%),didominasi oleh perempuan (79,2%), memiliki kategori pengetahuan yang baik sebanyak 67 orang (55,8%), cukup sebanyak 51 orang (42,5%), dan kurang sebanyak 2 orang (1,7%). Kesimpulan: Hasil penelitian menunjukkan gambaran tingkatan pengetahuan mahasiswa profesi tahun 2021/2022 tentang Informed Consent medis di RSGM UPDM(B) adalah baik.Kata kunci: Informed Consent, Pengetahuan, Mahasiswa Program Profesi, Kedokteran Gigi, Etika Kedokteran Gigi.ABSTRACTBackground: Health services develop in line with patient knowledge in Indonesia so the legal aspects of health services must be improved. Informed Consent is the approval of the medical efforts that the doctor will carry out against the patient after the patient has received information from the doctor regarding the efforts that will be made to help them. The existence of Informed Consent in all medical actions is a completeness and necessity made by doctors before carrying out medical actions to be carried out. Objective: Explaining an overview of the level of knowledge among professional students in 2021/2022 regarding Informed Consent at RSGM UPDM(B). Methods: Descriptive cross-sectional research with sampling technique was done by purposive sampling. Questionnaires in the form of google forms were distributed to assess knowledge.Univariate analysis was performed using statistical data processing software. Results: Of the 120 respondents, the majority were 23 years old (52.5%), dominated by women (79.2%), had a good knowledge category, 67 people (55.8%), enough 51 people (42.5%), and less by 2 people (1.7%).
