Abstract

This research is motivated by children's ability to compose words from several letters. Students' ability to arrange letters into one word has not yet developed optimally. This can be seen during learning activities in class, where the teacher asks students to read. From there, educators took the initiative to provide other learning techniques, namely by using techniques that could motivate children more and attract children's interest in reading activities. The letter stacking board technique was chosen by educators because this technique is believed to make children more enthusiastic and more interested, so it is hoped that it can improve elementary school students' ability to arrange letters into one word. The research was carried out using the development research method. The object of this research is students' ability to arrange letters into one word using data collection techniques, namely observation, questions and documentation. The research instruments used were a scoring rubric and an assessment rubric to guide observation of data analysis techniques. This research produces a product in the form of a letter stacking board whose suitability has been tested by looking at the results of observation and validation. This typesetting board product contains attractive letters and images so it is suitable for use in class II elementary schools and has received a positive response from teachers and elementary school students.

Abstract

Abstrak Perkembangan teknologi informasi dan komunikasi telah membawa perubahan signifikan dalam berbagai aspek kehidupan manusia, termasuk dalam transaksi jual-beli. Salah satu perubahan terbesar adalah kemunculan dan perkembangan pesat perdagangan elektronik atau jual-beli online. Namun, dibalik kemudahan dan efisiensi yang ditawarkan, muncul berbagai tantangan dan pertanyaan terkait keabsahan transaksi jual-beli online dari perspektif hukum perjanjian. Dalam konteks transaksi jual-beli online, syarat- syarat harus tetap dipenuhi agar transaksi dianggap sah dan mengikat secara hukum. Namun, karakteristik unik dari transaksi online, seperti tidak adanya pertemuan fisik antara penjual dan pembeli, serta penggunaan tanda tangan elektronik, menimbulkan berbagai pertanyaan terkait pemenuhan syarat-syarat terkait perjanjian dan keabsahan transaksi jual-beli online melalui sudut pandang hukum perjanjian, serta penekanan pada pemenuhan persyaratan sah perjanjian menurut KUHPerdata, serta relevansi dan pelaksanaan UU ITE dalam konteks jual-beli online. Kata Kunci: Transaksi Jual-Beli Online, Hukum Perjanjian, Keabsahan hukum. Abstract The development of information and communication technology has brought significant changes in various aspects of human life, including in buying and selling transactions. One of the biggest changes is the emergence and rapid development of electronic commerce or online buying and selling. However, behind the convenience and efficiency offered, various challenges and questions arise regarding the validity of online buying and selling transactions from the perspective of agreement law. In the context of online buying and selling transactions, the conditions must still be met for the transaction to be considered valid and legally binding. However, the unique characteristics of online transactions, such as the absence of physical meetings between sellers and buyers, as well as the use of electronic signatures, raise various questions related to the fulfillment of agreement-related requirements and the validity of online buying and selling transactions through the perspective of agreement law, as well as an emphasis on the fulfillment of the legal requirements of an agreement according to the Civil Code, as well as the relevance and implementation of the ITE Law in the context of online buying and selling.
