Abstract

Optimizing supply chain management is a key factor in supporting sustainable growth, especially for flower farmers in Kopeng, Semarang Regency. This study aims to identify and implement effective supply chain management strategies to improve the welfare of flower farmers and support sustainable growth. The research method uses a participatory approach that actively involves flower farmers in all stages of the research, from problem identification, solution development, to evaluation of implementation results. Data were collected through in-depth interviews, focus group discussions, and field observations. The results of the study indicate that supply chain management in Kopeng faces several major challenges such as price fluctuations, limited market access, and lack of coordination between stakeholders. The proposed strategies to address these issues include strengthening farmer groups, utilizing information technology, product diversification, and implementing sustainable agricultural practices. The implementation of these strategies is expected to improve operational efficiency, farmer welfare, and environmental sustainability. This study makes a significant contribution to the literature on supply chain management in the agricultural sector and can be a reference for similar research in the future.

Abstract

Company debt policy is an action by company management that will fund company operations using capital derived from debt. Debt policy describes the total long-term debt owned by the company to finance the company's operational activities. The aim of this research is to determine the influence of company size, liquidity, profitability and company growth on debt policy in food and beverage sub-sector manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2019-2023. The population in this research is food and beverage sub-sector manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) in 2019 - 2023, totaling 130 companies. The sample in this study used a purposive sampling method so that a sample of 70 was obtained. The independent variables in this study were company size, liquidity, profitability and company growth, while the dependent variable in this study was debt policy. The analytical method used is multiple linear regression test. The results of this research show that company size has a significant effect on debt policy with a significance of 0.005 <0.05. Liquidity has no significant effect on debt policy with a significance of 0.143 > 0.05. Profitability has a significant effect on debt policy with a significance of 0.000 < 0.05. Company growth does not have a significant effect on debt policy with a significance value of 0.908 > 0.05. The coefficient of determination (adjusted R Square) is 0.318. This means that the variables company size, liquidity, profitability and sales growth have a role of 31.8% in being able to explain or explain the debt policy variable. For investors to pay more attention to company size and profitability variables, company management needs to pay attention to company performance and evaluate it in relation to debt policy.

Abstract

Pandemi COVID 19 yang melanda dunia nenyebabkan pemerintah mengeluarkan banyak kebijakan untuk mengatasi penyebaran virus dan menangani dampak yang ditimbulkan. Salah satu kebijakan yang dikeluarkan oleh pemerintah Indonesia kepada masyarakat yang terdampak COVID 19 adalah Bantuan Langsung Tunai Dana Desa (BLTDD). Adanya sistem tebang pilih oleh perangkat desa menyebabkan pelaksanaan Bantuan Langsung Tunai Dana Desa di Desa Mojoruntut Kecamatan Krembung Kabupaten Sidoarjo ini ditemukan calon penerima Bantuan Langsung Tunai Dana Desa (BLTDD) yang tidak sesuai dengan kriteria yang ditetapkan pemerintah. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui efektivitas pelaksanaan bantuan langsung tunai dana desa di Desa Mojoruntut yang belom pernah dilakukan oleh para peneliti sebelumnya. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode penelitian Kualitatif dengan menggunakan teori efektivitas. Hasil dari penelitian ini diharapkan dapat menambah wawasan dan pengetahuan mengenai efektivitas dari pelaksanaan bantuan langsung tunai dana desa di Desa Mojoruntut serta dapat dijadikan sebagai bahan evaluasi bagi desa mojoruntut dalam memberikan pelayanan publik.

Abstract

Based on the results of observations made by researchers in class V elementary school which proves that there are problems in the learning process, the lack of types and kinds of learning media used, one of which is on the learning content of Natural and Social Sciences (IPAS) on the content of the structure of the earth's layers. The reason researchers conducted this study was to develop learning media with creative and innovative to foster higher student interest in learning. This research not only aims to develop learning media but also to determine the feasibility of the media and the effectiveness of Augmented Reality-based Assemblr Edu learning media. Research that used by researchers using the Research and Development (R&D) method, and the method used uses the ADDIE method. Then, for data collection conducted by researchers through observation, interviews, and student learning outcomes. The subjects in this study were students, teachers, and a team of experts (media experts and material experts). The use of qualitative descriptive techniques, quantitative descriptive, and also iferential statistics are techniques in analyzing data on the development of this learning media. The results obtained in this study from the media expert test 87.5%, material expert test 70.8%, teacher test 91.25%, learner test 95%, as well as the results of the pretest and postest to test the effectiveness of the media developed which has very decent results from small and large groups. The N-gain results which state that the Augmented Reality-based Assemblr Edu learning media has a decent category in the use of the learning process. So, it can be concluded that the Augmented Reality-based Assemblr Edu learning media on the material of the structure of the earth's layers is well used, effective, and feasible to use in the learning process.
