Abstract

Hasil studi pendahuluan menunjukan bapak ibu guru di Gugus Srikandi Kecamatan Semarang Barat belum memahami dengan baik teknik membuat instrumen soal HOTS, sementara kebijakan terkait dengan soal HOTS sudah di instruksikan dalam implementasi Kurikulum 2013. Dengan demikian guru memerlukan pengetahuan dan keterampilan tersebut untuk lebih meningkatkan kualitas evaluasi hasil pembelajaran. Tujuan dari kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat kepada guru-guru di gugus Srikandi Kecamatan Semarang Barat Kota Semarang  adalah (1) meningkatkan pemahaman guru Sekolah Dasar (SD ) tentang konsep penyusunan soal HOTS, (2) meningkatkan keterampilan guru SD untuk menyusun RPP berorientasi HOTS dan; (3) mengembangkan soal online berbasis HOTS dengan aplikasi google form. Metode pelaksanaan  mengacu kepada analisis situasi program-program yang disepakati bersama dengan Kelompok Kerja Gugus Srikandi Kec Semarang Barat adalah  ceramah, diskusi, demonstrasi dalam workshop daring penyusunan soal HOTS. Hasil pengabdian masyarakat peserta terampil menyusun soal HOTS, terampil menyusun RPP berorientasi HOTS dan terampil membuat soal online berbasis HOTS dengan menggunakan aplikasi google form. Hal itu terlihat dari 38 peserta nilai pretest rata-rata nilai 57 setelah mengikuti workshop daring nilai pos-test naik menjadi 81.  Selain itu dihasilkan perangkat pembelajaran berupa RPP berorientasi HOTS, soal HOTS dan soal online berbasis HOTS menggunakan aplikasi googleform. Luarannya berupa artikel di proceeding nasional, artikel ilmiah pada media cetak/elektronik, dan buku panduan keterampilan penyusunan soal HOTS bagi guru-guru SD ber-ISBN.

Abstract

Pemberdayaan kualitas pembelajaran Kelompok Kerja Guru SD di Kec Semarang Barat Kota Semarang dalam implementasi Kurikulum 2013 untuk menghantarkan siswa SD ke Abad 21 memerlukan keterampilan dan kreatifitas yang tinggi dalam memahami dan menerapkan model pembelajaran inovatif berbasis kontruktivis. Pembelajaran inovatif berlandaskan paradigma konstruktivistik membantu siswa untuk menginternalisasi, membentuk kembali, atau mentransformasi informasi baru. Ciri pengajaran konstruktivistik yang mendorong konstruksi pengetahuan secara aktif antara lain : (1) menyediakan peluang kepada siswa belajar dari tujuan yang ditetapkan dan mengembangkan ide-ide secara lebih luas; (2) mendukung kemandirian siswa belajar dan berdiskusi, membuat hubungan, merumuskan kembali ide-ide, dan menarik kesimpulan sendiri.Untuk itu kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk: (1) meningkatkan kemampuan guru dalam mengembangkan model pembelajaran inovatif berbasis kontruktivis; dan (2) melatih keterampilan guru dalam menerapkan model pembelajaran inovatif berbasis kontruktivis. Kegiatan pengabdian dilaksanakan dengan metode brain storming, ceramah, diskusi, demonstrasi, penugasan dan pendampingan.Target pengabdian masayarakat pelatihan mengembangkan model pembelajaran berbasis kontruktivis SD Kec Semarang Barat Kota Semarang adalah produk dengan perincian sebagai berikut: (1) Pemetaan KD kelas 4, 5 dan 6 (2) Instrumen identifikasi kesesuaian KD dengan model pembelajaran , (3) Pendampingan pembuatan RPP menerapkan pembelajaran inoatif berbasis kontruktivis; (4) Pendampingan pengamatan video pembelajaran inovatif: (5) Produk laporan dan (6) Publikasi ilmiah. Metode pelaksanaan yang mengacu kepada analisis situasi program-program yang disepakati bersama dengan Kelompok Kerja Guru Kec Semarang Barat Kota Semarang adalah diskusi, sosialisasi, pelatihan, workshop, dan praktik langsung.Hasil pengabdian peserta memahami model pembelajaran inovatif dan peserta mampu membuat RPP dengan menerapkan model pembelajaran inovatif. Hal itu terlihat pada dari 57 peserta nilai pretest rata-rata nilai 45 setelah mengikuti pelatihan nilai pos-test naik menjadi 89. Dihasilkan perangkat pembelajaran berupa RPP yang menerapkan model pembelajaran sebanyak 10 set.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effectiveness of using a smart class virtual laboratory based on Science Manipulative Learning with the dimensions of the Pancasila student profile through PhET Simulation and OLABS on the science process skills of PGSD students. This research is an experimental study with a research design of a nonequivalent control group design and sampling technique by purposive sampling. The sample in the study was PGSD students in semester 2 of the SD Science Laboratory course in Group J and M totaling 50 people. Data collection techniques used tests and non-tests. Tests are used to measure science process skills through Pre-test and Post-test. Non-test is used to observe student activities during learning using a smart class virtual laboratory based on science manipulative learning through PhET Simulation with observation sheets and questionnaires. Data analysis techniques use the Normality Test of gain (Normalized-Gain), Homogeneity Test, Test the effect between variables using a Paired Sample T-test, and the effect between variables using an Independent T-test. The results and analysis can conclude that the application of Smart Class Virtual Laboratory Based on Science Manipulative Learning Dimensioned Pancasila Student Profile Through PhET Simulation and OLABS effectively improves science process skills. This is evidenced by the pretest and posttest N-Gain test values, which obtained a score of 0.64 with a moderate increase in the category.

Abstract

Based on the results of pre-research conducted at SD Negeri Semper Barat 03 Pagi, there are problems found in the lack of interesting, IT-based learning media and the low learning outcomes of students in IPAS subjects. This study aims to develop interactive multimedia ‘menturi’ based on autoplay by innovating by adding handouts at the end of learning material, testing the feasibility of interactive multimedia ‘menturi’ based on autoplay in IPAS learning to improve student learning outcomes, and knowing the effectiveness of using interactive multimedia ‘menturi’ based on autoplay in improving student learning outcomes. This research uses the Borg and Gall development model with only 8 stages. The sample of this research consisted of 31 students of class IV-C SD Negeri Semper Barat 03 Pagi Jakarta. The results showed that; autoplay-based ‘menturi’ interactive multimedia is feasible and effective for use in IPAS learning. It can be seen that the results of validity by material expert validators get a percentage of 93% with very feasible criteria, and media experts get a presentation of 83% with very feasible criteria; The effectiveness of the product can be seen from the results of student responses including small group trials and large group trials with pretest results in small group trials getting an average of 72 and post-test 86, and in large group trials getting an average pretest score of 70 and post-test 80. In the small group trial, the n-gain value was 0.53 with a moderate category, while in the large group trial, the n-gain value was 0.41 with a moderate category. Thus, the results showed that the interactive multimedia ‘menturi’ based on autoplay with the innovation of a handout at the end of the learning material is feasible and effective for use in IPAS learning to improve student learning outcomes.

Abstract

The application of learning models is the factors that influence learning outcomes. This reasearch evaluate how well the SAVI and SQ3R learning models are applied to the scientific learning outcomes of grade IV students at SD Gugus Mensirak in the Belitung Regency. This study uses a single group pretest-posttest model and a pre-experimental research methodology, making it a quantitative study. A sample of 56 students participated in this study: 28 in grade VI of SD Negeri 22 Sijuk who used the SAVI learning model and 28 in grade VI of SD who used the SQ3R learning model. This reasearch used Purposive sampling of the research sample in order to make sure it was appropriate for the study's goals. The results of the computations indicate that the average learning outcomes of students using the SAVI model are 84.14. On the other hand, students' learning outcomes using the SQ3R model average 72.22. The experimental class's n-gain value was 0.65 and the control classes was 0.53, the result is SAVI learning approach outperforms the SQ3R learning model in terms of the science learning outcomes of grade IV students at SD Gugus Mensirak, Belitung Regency, with a 65% increase in student learning outcomes.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan, menguji kelayakan, dan menguji keefektifan media pembelajarankomik digital berbasis pendidikan karakter muatan pembelajaran IPS kelas IV SDN Rowo Kabupaten temanggung. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian pengembangan dengan model Borg and Gall. Teknikpengumpulan data menggunakan Teknik tes ( pretest dan posttest ) dan non tes (observasi, wawancara, angket dan dokumen). Pengambilan sampel menggunakan Teknik purposive sampling. Teknik analisis data menggunakan uji normalitas, homogenitas, uji-t dan N-gain. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan skor ahli materi dan media sebesar 90,6% dan 85% (sangat layak). Data pretest dan posttest homogen dan berdistribusi tidak normal. Hasil uji t-test menggunakan uji wilcoxon memperoleh nilai sig, (2 tailed) sebesar 0,008<0,05 sehingga disimpulkan terdapat perbedaan signifikan anatara hasil pretest dan posttest dengan uji N-gain sebesar 0,544(sedang). Hasil persentase anget tanggapan guru dan siswa menunjukkan respon positif. Simpulan penelitian ini adalah berhasil dikembangkan media pembelajaran komik digital berbasis pendidikan karakter yang layak danefektif untuk digunakan sebagai media pembelajaran muatan IPS di kelas IV.

Abstract

Kemampuan berpikir kritis siswa belum maksimal dilaksanakan di sekolah dasar. Tidak semua siswa memiliki kemampuan berpikir yang sama, ada beberapa siswa mempunyai kemampuan berpikir yang lebih rendah dari pada siswa lainnya. Sehingga dalam kegiatan pembelajaran perlu menciptakan inovasi kegiatan pembelajaran yang menyenangkan dan mendorong anak untuk mampu meningkatkan kemampuan berpikir siswa yang lebih tinggi serta dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kemampuan berpikir kritis siswa pada pembelajaran IPA kelas V SD Negeri Jatingaleh 02 Semarang dengan Problem Based Learning berbasis E-LKPD. Subjek penelitian dalam penelitian ini yaitu siswa kelas V SD Negeri Jatingaleh 02 Semarang yang berjumlah 22 siswa dan subyek pelaku tindakan adalah peneliti sebagai guru. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan observasi, tes, dokumentasi, dan E-LKPD. Jenis penelitian ini adalah Penelitian Tindakan Kelas Kolaboratif (PTKK) yang terdiri dari 2 siklus yaitu siklus I dan siklus II dengan tindakan yang sama. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa penerapan Problem Based Learning berbasis E-LKPD dapat meningkatkan kemampuan berpikir kritis dan hasil belajar siswa. Hal tersebut dapat dilihat dari peningkatan rata-rata persentase kemampuan berpikir kritis dan hasil belajar siswa. Ketuntasan kemampuan berpikir kritis siswa kelas V pada pra siklus 37 %, siklus I 54%, dan siklus II 86%. Kenaikan persentase pra siklus ke siklus I sebesar 17% dan kenaikan persentase siklus I ke siklus II sebesar 32%. Perolehan ketuntasan hasil belajar siswa kelas V pada pra siklus 37 %, siklus I 50%, dan siklus II 86%. Kenaikan persentase pra siklus ke siklus I sebesar 13% dan kenaikan persentase siklus I ke siklus II sebesar 36%.

Abstract

The lack of technology utilization in the learning process at SDN Klepu 01 affects students' learning motivation. This research aims to develop interactive learning media assisted by Lumio by SMART, test the media feasibility, and test the media effectiveness in increasing IPAS learning motivation in fifth-grade students of SDN Klepu 01, Semarang Regency. The type of research used is Research and Development (R&D) with the ADDIE model. The research subjects included media experts, material experts, teachers, and fifth-grade students. The data collection techniques employed non-tests such as interviews, observation, and questionnaires. Media feasibility based on the validation of material experts and media experts obtained scores of 91,25% and 90%, respectively, in a very feasible category. Media feasibility based on teacher and student responses obtained scores of 100% and 96,5%, respectively, in a very feasible category. The effectiveness of the media to increase learning motivation, based on the results of observations by teachers, obtained an average score of 90%, which shows that student learning motivation looks very good. Based on the results of the pretest-posttest questionnaire, the effectiveness of the media in increasing learning motivation is shown by the Wilcoxon Signed Rank Test, which obtained an Asymp. Sig (2-tailed) of 0,000 <0,05 shows a significant difference, while based on the N-gain results obtained a value of 0,69 with medium category. Thus, the interactive learning media assisted by Lumio by SMART that has been developed can be declared feasible and effective in increasing IPAS learning motivation.

Abstract

Based on the results of observations made by researchers in class V elementary school which proves that there are problems in the learning process, the lack of types and kinds of learning media used, one of which is on the learning content of Natural and Social Sciences (IPAS) on the content of the structure of the earth's layers. The reason researchers conducted this study was to develop learning media with creative and innovative to foster higher student interest in learning. This research not only aims to develop learning media but also to determine the feasibility of the media and the effectiveness of Augmented Reality-based Assemblr Edu learning media. Research that used by researchers using the Research and Development (R&D) method, and the method used uses the ADDIE method. Then, for data collection conducted by researchers through observation, interviews, and student learning outcomes. The subjects in this study were students, teachers, and a team of experts (media experts and material experts). The use of qualitative descriptive techniques, quantitative descriptive, and also iferential statistics are techniques in analyzing data on the development of this learning media. The results obtained in this study from the media expert test 87.5%, material expert test 70.8%, teacher test 91.25%, learner test 95%, as well as the results of the pretest and postest to test the effectiveness of the media developed which has very decent results from small and large groups. The N-gain results which state that the Augmented Reality-based Assemblr Edu learning media has a decent category in the use of the learning process. So, it can be concluded that the Augmented Reality-based Assemblr Edu learning media on the material of the structure of the earth's layers is well used, effective, and feasible to use in the learning process.

Abstract

The use of interactive learning models and media that are not optimal in the science learning process has a negative impact on student learning outcomes. Therefore, a solution is needed to overcome these obstacles, so this study aims to develop, test the feasibility, and effectiveness of learning media in improving the learning outcomes of fourth grade students. The resulting learning media is a smart apps creator based on Problem Based Learning (PBL) about the state of matter and its transformation. The research methodology with Research and Development (RnD) using the ADDIE paradigm includes analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation. A total of 27 fourth grade students of SD Negeri 2 Bojongsari participated in this study. The t-test showed a significant difference between the pretest and posttest results with a significance level of 0.00 meaning less than 0.05. The N-gain test shows moderate criteria with a score of 0.55 on a small scale and 0.62 on a large scale. The results of the study indicate that the smart apps creator learning media based on problem-based learning on the material of the state of matter and its changes has been successfully developed and is very feasible and effective in improving the learning outcomes of fourth grade students of SD Negeri 2 Bojongsari.
