Abstract This study aims to determine the effect of the implementation of Total Quality Management which is manifested in 4 basic pillars, namely Customer Satisfaction, Employee Empowerment, Continuous Quality Improvement and Management Based on Facts on Operational Performance at CV. Karindo Putra Jaya. The research sample used was 58 employees who had participated in Total Quality Indonesia training and sampling using the purposive sampling method. The data analysis method used Multiple Linear Regression, Classical Assumptions and Hypothesis Testing. Based on the results of data analysis, the implementation of Total Quality Management has been shown to have a positive effect on operational performance. However, the Customer Satisfaction and Continuous Quality Improvement variables in Total Quality Management have been shown to have no partial effect on Operational Performance. While the Employee Empowerment and Management Based on Facts variables in Total Quality Management have been shown to have a significant positive effect on Operational Performance. Karindo Putra Jaya. Sampel penelitian yang digunakan sebanyak 58 karyawan yang telah mengikuti pelatihan Total Quality Indonesia dan pengambilan sampel menggunakan metode purposive sampling. Metode analisis data menggunakan regresi Linier Berganda, Asumsi Klasik dan Uji Hipotesis. Berdasarkan hasil analisis data, penerapan Total Quality Management terbukti berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja operasi. Namun, Variabel Kepuasan Pelanggan Dan Peningkatan Mutu Berkelanjutan dalam Total Quality Management terbukti tidak berpengaruh secara parsial terhadap Kinerja Operasi. Sedangkan untuk variabel Pemberdayaan Karyawan Dan Manajemen Berdasarkan Fakta dalam Total Quality Management terbukti berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap Kinerja Operasi.
