Abstract

This research aims to determine the marketing stategy of Kedai Karya Online Shop in increaseasing sales and and to know the factors that influence the fluctuation of sales turnover in Kedai Karya Online Shop. Informants of this research is the owner of Kedai Karya Online Shop. Sources of data collected from interviews, documentation, and observation. Data analysis techniques using interactive analysis techniques include data reduction, data presentation, and conclusions. The results show that Kedai Karya Online Shop use e-marketing strategy that is product strategy, price, communication, and distribution. Factors that influence an increase in sales turnover are seasonal factors, innovation factors, and use of paid advertising. Then the factors that affect the decline in sales turnover is the lack of promotion. Keyword : marketing, strategy, online shop, sales

Abstract

Abstract It is important to assess the company's financial performance to assist management and investors in making decisions. One method to analyze the company's financial performance assessment is using the Economic Value Added (EVA) analysis method. EVA is an analytical method to determine the company's added value by subtracting economic profit from the cost of capital issued. EVA method analysis begins by calculating Net Operating Profit After Tax (NOPAT), Invest Capital (IC), Weighted Average Cost of Capital (WACC), Capital Charge (CC) and Economic Value Added (EVA). This study aims to assess the financial performance of PT. Sido Muncul's Herbal and Pharmaceutical Industry, 2017-2019 using the Economic Value Added (EVA) analysis method. This research is descriptive and uses a quantitative approach. The data in this study are financial statements, namely balance sheets and income statements. From the results of the study, the EVA value during the research year increased and was positive (EVA > 0). This shows that PT. The Herbal and Pharmaceutical Industry of Sido Muncul Tbk is able to create added economic value for management and investors (shareholders). After being compared with similar companies, the EVA value which occupies the highest position is PT. Kalbe Farma Tbk, then the next sequence is PT. Herbal and Pharmaceutical Industry Sido Muncul Tbk and the last one is PT Darya-Varia Laboratoria Tbk. Keywords: Financial statement analysis, NOPAT, IC, WACC, CC and EVA

Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze the influence part of the green marketing concept where the variables studied include green product, green promotion, green packaging. Towards Savana Project product buying intention, and to know and analyze which variables have the dominant influence on consumer buying interest. The population of this study is all prospective buyers of Savana Project products using the Non-Probability Sampling Method, namely convenience sampling where members of the population can be easily selected as samples. The number of samples in this study were 121 respondents. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis. Based on the results of the analysis show that all variables simultaneously have a significant effect on buying intention, and are able to contribute to customer loyalty variables by 58.8%. Partially only green products that do not have a significant influence on buying interest. While the other two, namely green promotion and green packaging have a significant influence on consumer buying interest. green promotion becomes the dominant influence variable on customer loyalty with a regression coefficient of 0.501 greater than the other three variables. This shows that green promotion is a variable that greatly influences consumer buying interest.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the effect of salary and incentives on the performance of employees of PT. Unilastindo Interbuana Pandaan simultaneously, partially and most dominantly. The method used in this study is a descriptive method with a quantitative approach, data analysis techniques that are validity, reliability, multiple linear regression with F test and t test. The validity test results obtained by the calculated r value of the variable salary, incentives and employee performance is greater than the value of r proven valid tables and the reliability test results obtained a reliable value of salary, incentives and proven reliable employee performance. Based on the results of the F test (Simultaneous), known the value of sig. F count is 0.00 because the significance value of F is less than 0.05, the regression analysis model is significant. T test results explain, that the salary and incentive variables significantly influence employee performance variables, because the salary is significant 0.018 <0.05 and the incentive is significant 0.012 <0.05. The most dominant incentive variable influences employee performance, this is indicated by the value of Standardized Coefficients Beta incentive variable is greater than the salary variable. Influenced by indicators include: performance, length of work, seniority, needs, fairness and eligibility, job evaluation.

Abstract

The large amount of competition makes radio stations provide innovation as a form of marketing strategy to attract listeners and advertisers. In order to maintain the viability of its business, an effective marketing strategy is needed. One effort to find out the right marketing strategy for the company is to use a SWOT analysis. The purpose of this research is to find out the marketing strategies used and what should have been used Radio Kanjuruhan FM so far in increasing the number of advertisements. The marketing strategy carried out by Radio Kanjuruhan FM is a marketing mix that includes 4 components, namely, product, price, place, promotion. These 4 components provide an important role in supporting the progress of Radio Kanjuruhan FM. Based on the SWOT Radio Analysis Kanjuruhan FM can increase promotions, collaborate with local radio, increase the number of employees, utilize technology, and provide competitive prices. Whereas from the marketing strategy which includes, market segmentation, setting the target market (market targeting) and positioning (positioning) of Kanjuruhan FM Radio can find out which market segments have been listening to Radio Kanjuruhan FM.

Abstract

So in accordance with this purpose, This research is a type of causal quantitative research, namely: causal relationship, and includes explanatory researchwhich is descriptive in nature where this study aims to find an explanation why an event occurs.The conclusion from the results of this study is that it has been proven that there is an effect of significant on the variables of the Physical Work Environment (X1) and Non. Abstract

Latar belakang penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh simultan dan parsial keselamatan dan kesehatan kerja terhadap produktivitas kerja karyawan di Delvina Sukorejo Farm. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian tipe kuantitatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah 83 karyawan Ternak Delvina Sukorejo. Sampel penelitian terdiri dari 83 responden yang diperoleh dari rumus slovin dengan menggunakan teknik incidental sampling yaitu teknik penentuan sampel berdasarkan chance. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah uji validitas dan reliabilitas, uji asumsi klasik (uji normalitas, multikolinearitas, heteroskedastisitas, analisis regresi linier berganda, uji koefisien determinasi R2, uji F (simultan), uji t (parsial). Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa safety style berpengaruh positif secara parsial dan signifikan terhadap produktivitas kerja karyawan Peternakan Delvina Sukorejo. Kesehatan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap produktivitas karyawan di Delvina Sukorejo Farm. Secara bersamaan keselamatan dan kesehatan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap produktivitas kerja di Delvina Sukorejo Farm. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, terdapat pengaruh yang paling dominan terhadap produktivitas kerja karyawan di Peternakan Delvina Sukorejo, yaitu kesehatan kerja

Abstract

Good financial management is the main key for a business to survive and grow in any situation and condition. MSMEs as one of the types of businesses that contribute the most to national income and can increase economic growth in Indonesia; however, many are still unaware of the importance of managing their business finances. This is due to a lack of understanding regarding financial governance. For this reason, a financial governance method is needed to help or facilitate MSME financial management in managing their business. The research objective is to find out problems with MSME financial governance by utilizing the financial portfolio method to make it easier for MSME actors to manage their finances so that they can provide good information related to finance to provide benefits for MSME financial management. This study uses explorative qualitative analysis methods with participatory observation techniques. Primary and secondary data sources. Based on the study's results, it was found that the informants in financial management, in general, had been managed very well, as seen by recording every financial transaction of the business being carried out. The management carried out by MSMEs is to make notes in the form of a financial portfolio.

Abstract

AbstractThis research aims to examine the influence of the work environment and work stress on employee performance. This research uses a survey method by distributing questionnaires to respondents who are Nusantara Optik employees, with the number of respondents studied being 34 people. Independent variables include work environment, work stress, while the dependent variable is employee performance. Data analysis was carried out using regression techniques to assess the extent to which these independent variables can predict employee performance. The results of this research show that work environment variables have a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Meanwhile, the work stress variable also has a positive and significant effect on the performance of Nusantara Optik employees.Key words: work environment, work stress, performance  AbstrakPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh lingkungan kerja dan stres kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode survei dengan menyebarkan kuesioner kepada responden yang merupakan karyawan Nusantara Optik, dengan Jumlah responden yang diteliti adalah 34 orang. Variabel independen meliputi lingkungan kerja, stres kerja, sementara variabel dependen adalah kinerja karyawan. Analisis data dilakukan dengan menggunakan teknik regresi untuk menilai sejauh mana variabel-variabel independen tersebut dapat memprediksi kinerja karyawan. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa variabel lingkungan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Sedangkan variabel stress kerja juga berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan Nusantara Optik.Kata kunci: lingkungan kerja, stres kerja, kinerja
