Abstract

Studying the Al-Qur’an is an obligation for every Muslim. Reading and writing the Al-Qur'an is a lesson that teaches us how to read and write the Al-Qur'an properly and correctly according to its rules. The ability to read and write the Koran is one of the main foundations for learning Islamic religious education in families, schools and in the community. This research uses a literature review. Literature study as a means of obtaining various scientific information to explain the various problems being studied. This literature study comes from various sources, including journals, books and supporting documents which can expand the study and repertoire in discussing problems and innovations in Al-Qur'an reading and writing education. As a result of this discussion, there are various problems and innovations that can be concluded, namely; Problems with Al-Qur'an reading and writing education are divided into 2 factors. The first factor, Internal Factors which include, lack of interest, lack of motivation, and lack of student understanding. Second, external factors, including parents, teachers, guidebooks, learning media, not having a good concept, implementation not following the concept, general education institutions, and the environment. There are also forms of Al-Qur'an Reading and Writing Educational Innovation including, management of students, management of Al-Qur'an teachers, material management, and method management.

Abstract

This study aims to explore the urgency of innovative learning models in improving student achievement. Innovative learning models not only improve academic results, but also facilitate the development of critical and creative skills of students. This study uses a qualitative approach. The results of the study indicate that the urgency of innovative learning models has a positive impact on student achievement, which is reflected in innovative learning models, namely, problem-based learning models, contextual, teaching and learning models, cooperative learning models, PAKEM learning models, project-based models, e-learning models, inquiry models and technology-based models. Abstract

Teacher psychological well-being is a very important factor in creating a conducive and effective learning environment. Teachers who have good psychological well-being tend to be more innovative, creative, and able to establish positive relationships with students, thereby increasing student motivation and learning outcomes. This study discusses factors that influence teacher psychological well-being, such as social support, workload, and work-life balance. In addition, the impact of teacher well-being on teaching performance, relationships with students, and classroom management is also discussed. The research method used is a literature study with a qualitative approach. The results of the study indicate that to improve teacher well-being, strategies are needed such as strengthening social support, better workload management, and increasing awareness of mental health through training and counseling services. With the implementation of these strategies, it is hoped that teacher psychological well-being can be improved, so that it can contribute to improving the quality of education in schools.

Abstract

Character education in early childhood is the primary foundation for developing strong personality and morals. The family plays a strategic role as the primary educational institution, instilling moral, social, and spiritual values ​​from an early age. This study uses a qualitative approach with observation and documentation methods to describe the role of families in early childhood character education. The results indicate that key strategies that families can implement include role modeling, positive habits, supervision and communication, rewards and consequences, and providing a supportive environment. However, in practice, families face various challenges such as limited time, lack of knowledge about appropriate parenting styles, the influence of the media and the external environment, inconsistent parenting, and social and economic pressures. Therefore, character education in the family requires awareness, consistency, and the support of a conducive environment to shape a generation with character, responsibility, and readiness to face future social dynamics.

Abstract

This research was written based on the statement that every human being has multiple intelligences or intelligence in many different ways and at different points, which means that every human being has their own superior intelligence. Therefore, each student also has intelligence advantages in their own way and with uniqueness, be it spatial, linguistic, logical, kinesthetic, musical, interpersonal, intrapersonal, or naturalistic intelligence. By knowing which intelligence is dominant in each student, a teacher can use this knowledge to improve student learning outcomes as best as possible.
