Abstract

Research purposes This is a strategic service education to realize gender equality in Indonesia. The method used is qualitative, with a study field. As for the participants in the study, these are two state high school teachers in Surabaya. Research result This education plays a very important role in realizing gender equality in Indonesia, though there is still a challenge in reaching gender equality, such as deep gender stereotypes, choice of major, and experience learning what's not fair for a student woman. To reach gender equality in education, it required effort from the government, society, and individuals. This matter covers the implementation of supportive policies on gender equality, improvement of public awareness about the importance of education for women, as well as active support for providing access to equal education for all individuals.

Abstract

Research purposes This for-know analysis effectiveness use test psychology for recruitment candidate TNI cadets or National Police. The method used is qualitative, with a study field. As for the participants in the study, these are two prospective TNI and POLRI cadets. Research result This use of test psychology in recruitment of prospective TNI cadets or National Police is effective and useful in choosing individuals who are qualified, competent, and have integrity to join an organisation, whether military or police. Test psychology helps in evaluating various aspects of personality, motivation, and mental readiness, as well as ensuring that recruited members have appropriate moral and ethical values that meet the demands of their profession. Abstract

Research purposes This study focuses on the implementation of innovation technology in the management of operational business start-up companies in the e-commerce sector. The method used is qualitative, with a study field. As for the participants in the study, they are two employees of a start-up company in the e-commerce sector. Research result This implementation of innovation technology in management operational business, especially in the context of start-up companies in the e-commerce sector, has significant implications.  Implementation of innovation technology has facilitated process automation, management of inventory efficiency, and optimization of chain supply, all of which have a positive impact on improving company performance and productivity. Study This confirms the importance of integrating technology into the management of operational start-up companies in the e-commerce sector. Temporary challenge in implementation: No can be neglected. Benefits period length: to increase efficiency and experience, customers make investment in technology an important step. Abstract

Objective study This is to determine the readiness of prospective TNI and POLRI academy cadets to face psychological test preparation. The method used is qualitative, with a study field. As for participants in the study, these are two prospective TNI and POLRI cadets. Results study This means that an individual's readiness to face psychological tests is influenced by various factors. Some of these factors include previous experience, learning approach, social support, mental and emotional readiness, understanding of psychological tests, motivation, commitment, awareness of the importance of psychological tests, self-reflection, and personal readiness. In the context of prospective TNI cadets, it was found that their readiness to face psychological tests varied, with some individuals feeling ready and confident after intensive preparation and practice, while others may feel less prepared or anxious about facing the test.
