Abstract

Usaha Mikro, Kecil, dan Menengah (UMKM) memiliki peran strategis dalam perekonomian Indonesia, namun menghadapi berbagai tantangan dalam pengelolaan keuangan yang berdampak pada kinerjanya. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis peran manajemen keuangan dalam meningkatkan kinerja UMKM melalui pendekatan kuantitatif dengan survei terhadap 350 UMKM di Jakarta, Bandung, dan Surabaya. Data dianalisis menggunakan Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) dengan software AMOS 24.0. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa praktik manajemen keuangan yang baik berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kinerja UMKM dengan koefisien jalur 0,742 (p<0,01). Komponen manajemen keuangan yang paling berpengaruh adalah perencanaan keuangan (β=0,681), diikuti pengendalian keuangan (β=0,634), pelaporan keuangan (β=0,598), dan analisis keuangan (β=0,523). Temuan mengindikasikan bahwa UMKM dengan manajemen keuangan yang baik memiliki kinerja 73,2% lebih tinggi dibanding yang tidak menerapkannya. Penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi teoretis pada pengembangan model manajemen keuangan UMKM dan implikasi praktis bagi pelaku usaha serta pembuat kebijakan dalam meningkatkan daya saing UMKM Indonesia.

Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi yang tidak dapat terbendung memasuki berbagai aspek kehidupan manusia, termasuk aspek pendidikan. Pendidikan merupakan hak seluruh anggota masyarakat dan pemerintah berkewajiban menyelenggarakan pendidikan dalam rangka mencerdaskan kehidupan bangsa. Pada dunia pendidikan mengenal dan menerapkan teknologi pendidikan. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis hak kekayaan intelektual pada pengembangan teknologi pendidikan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode dokumentasi dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Penggunaan Teknologi Informasi dan Komunikasi (TIK) telah mengubah cara pendidikan disampaikan, bukan hanya dalam konten kurikulum, tetapi juga dalam pendekatan pembelajaran. Peningkatan penerapan teknologi dalam pendidikan berdampak pada aspek hukum, terutama dalam konteks HKI. Penggunaan TIK dalam pendidikan merupakan inovasi yang membuka peluang untuk mencerdaskan masyarakat secara lebih efektif dan inklusif. Namun, hal ini juga menghadirkan tantangan hukum, khususnya terkait HKI. Hak cipta pada perangkat lunak dan teknologi menjadi perhatian utama, serta pentingnya pengakuan dan perlindungan hak cipta atas hasil karya ciptaan manusia. Pada konteks pengembangan teknologi pendidikan, pemahaman yang lebih mendalam tentang implikasi HKI akan membantu menciptakan lingkungan yang kondusif bagi inovasi dan pengembangan teknologi.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah memberikan layanan informasi desa melalui website merupakan salah satu cara bagi pemerintah desa dalam menyampaikan informasi kepada seluruh perangkat desa, masyarakat, organisasi desa dan komunitas-komunitas yang ada didesa dengan cepat dan mudah. Metode yang dilakukan dalam di penelitian ini adalah metode kualitatif metode yang menganalisis suatu masalah di lokasi kemudian dijadikan sebagai sebagai contoh dalam laporan penelitian. Penelitian ini menghasilkan database terpadu berbasis web untuk penyediaan informasi website desa. Database terpadu dapat menghasilkan informasi layanan desa secara terpusat.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the determination of consumer purchase decisions in the e-commerce ecosystem in Indonesia, by examining the influence of price variables, product quality, consumer trust, online reviews, and ease of use of the platform simultaneously or partially. Indonesia's rapid e-commerce development with a transaction value of USD 59 billion in 2023 creates an urgent need to understand the factors that determine digital consumer purchasing decisions. The study used a quantitative approach with a cross-sectional survey design. The population is active e-commerce consumers aged 17–45 years in the West Java region, with a sample of 360 respondents determined using purposive sampling techniques. Data were collected through a 5-point Likert scale structured questionnaire and analyzed using multiple regression with the help of SPSS 26. The results showed that the five independent variables simultaneously had a significant effect on purchasing decisions (F = 152.47; p < 0.001) with a determination coefficient of R² = 0.681, meaning that 68.1% of the variation in purchasing decisions was explained by the five variables. Partially, consumer confidence had the greatest influence (B = 0.341; p < 0.001), followed by price (B = 0.312), ease of use (B = 0.289), product quality (B = 0.278), and online reviews (B = 0.256). The novelty of the research lies in the integration of the five determinant factors in one analytical model tested in the context of Indonesian e-commerce multi-platform. These findings provide strategic implications for e-commerce businesses to prioritize building trust and optimizing user experience in designing digital marketing strategies.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of digital transformation on the performance of Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in the Economy 5.0 era, as well as examine the mediating role of digital literacy in this relationship. Economics 5.0 marks a paradigm shift from technology-based automation to the integration of human intelligence and artificial intelligence centered on human values. In this context, MSMEs are required to transform digitally to increase business competitiveness and sustainability. The study used a quantitative approach with a cross-sectional survey design. The research population is all MSME actors registered at the Indramayu Regency Cooperatives and SMEs Office which totals 4,872 units. The sample was determined as many as 360 respondents using stratified random sampling technique. The research instrument is in the form of a questionnaire with a 5-point Likert scale that has gone through validity and reliability tests. The data was analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling-Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS) with the help of SmartPLS 4.0 software. The results showed that digital transformation had a positive and significant effect on the performance of MSMEs (B= 0.487; p < 0.001). Digital literacy has been shown to partially mediate the relationship between digital transformation and MSME performance (indirect effect = 0.163; LLCI = 0.089; ULCI = 0.251). In addition, there is a positive moderation effect of human resource capabilities in strengthening the relationship between digital transformation and MSME performance. The findings of the research make a theoretical contribution to the development of Resource-Based View (RBV) in the digital context and practical implications for policymakers to design programs to increase MSME digital literacy that are integrated with the Economy 5.0 ecosystem.

Abstract

The COVID-19 pandemic has brought significant changes in people's lives, especially for patients with chronic diseases such as Diabetes Mellitus (DM). Consistent diet management is an important component of DM control, but the pandemic situation presents new challenges. This study aims to explore the experiences of DM patients in managing their diet during the COVID-19 pandemic. The research uses a qualitative approach with a phenomenological design. Data were collected through in-depth interviews, questionnaires, and observations of seven purposively selected type 2 DM patients. The results of the study showed that the majority of patients had difficulty maintaining a regular diet due to limited access to healthy food, psychological pressure, and changes in daily routines. Family support helps maintain dietary discipline, while nutritional counseling services have been very limited during the pandemic. The average score of the questionnaire showed low consistency in the consumption of vegetables and fruits, as well as the low frequency of nutritional consultations. Observations of the home environment also show the dominance of instant food and a lack of healthy meal planning. In conclusion, the pandemic exacerbated the dietary management challenges in DM patients. Community-based interventions, sustainable nutrition education, and family involvement are needed to support effective management of DM in times of crisis.

Abstract

Cancer is one of the leading causes of death in the world, with an ever-increasing incidence. Based on GLOBOCAN 2022 data, more than 20 million new cases of cancer and 9.7 million deaths were recorded globally, with a projected increase of up to 28.4 million cases by 2040. This study aims to explore and describe the subjective experience of patients in dealing with chemotherapy side effects in the Oncology Installation of Hospital X. The method used is a qualitative research with a descriptive phenomenological design, involving 15 patients who meet the inclusion criteria. Data were collected through in-depth interviews, participatory observations, and semi-structured questionnaires. The results showed that nausea and vomiting were the most common side effects (93%, severity score 7.8), followed by fatigue (87%, 8.2) and hair loss (80%, 6.5). Family support has been shown to affect patients' ability to manage symptoms, while limited pre-chemotherapy education and the number of clinical pharmacists are barriers to treatment. In conclusion, the treatment of chemotherapy patients requires a holistic approach based on patient-centered care that integrates physical, psychological, and social aspects, as well as strengthening education and clinical pharmacy services to improve the patient's quality of life during therapy.
