Abstract

The way that education is changing in the age of self-directed learning emphasizes the importance of adapting to technological developments, encouraging creativity and innovation, the very important role of teachers, and technology's application in education. the shift in education that led to the Merdeka era's successful educational management. The way that education is changing towards the effectiveness of educational management in the era of independent learning involves several key aspects that need to be considered, namely curriculum flexibility, technology and access to information, competency-based learning, collaboration and partnerships, performance-based assessment, teacher empowerment and principals, efficient resource management, and inclusion and diversity. The effectiveness of educational management also plays a role in optimizing the use of human resources, directing goals, and overcoming challenges that arise in the world of education. Education continues to develop from time to time, and education management has plays a crucial part in overseeing, controlling, and raising the standard of instruction in a variety of educational settings. A review of the literature was the research method employed in this paper. This research discusses the management of learning methods and curriculum in the independent learning era, human resource management in the independent learning era, and strategic plan management in the independent learning era.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the role of curriculum management in improving the quality of educator and education personnel performance. Curriculum management includes planning, implementation, monitoring, evaluation, and ongoing curriculum adjustment. Effective curriculum management plays a significant role in improving the quality of educator and education personnel performance. Systematic curriculum planning provides a clear direction for educators in implementing learning. Continuous professional training and development helps educators master effective learning strategies that are relevant to student needs. In addition, support for facilities and infrastructure, as well as the use of technology in learning, are also important factors that support improved performance. Periodic performance evaluations provide constructive feedback, so that educators and education personnel can continue to improve their competence. This study concludes that well-implemented curriculum management can create a conducive learning environment, support the achievement of educational goals, and empower educators and education personnel to contribute optimally to the educational process.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of principal leadership on the quality of Islamic education. Principals have a key role in determining the direction, strategy, and policies that have an impact on the success of educational establishments, particularly in regard to Islamic education that emphasizes moral, spiritual, and academic values. Effective leadership can create a conducive learning environment, motivate educators, and optimize student performance. A quantitative survey with several principals, teachers, and students is the research method employed from various Islamic schools. Data were analyzed using regression techniques to see the correlation between principal leadership variables and the quality of education. The results of the study indicate that participatory, inspiring, and adaptive principal leadership significantly improves the quality of Islamic education, as evidenced by rising academic achievement, the growth of religious character, and high teacher satisfaction. This study emphasizes how crucial it is to give principals more leadership skills in order to raise the standard of Islamic education in Indonesia.
