Abstract

Virtual entertainment assumes a huge part in libraries by offering simple admittance to data. Yet, as a matter of fact, a large number of the clients of online entertainment really swallow data from web-based entertainment, bringing about a reduction in interest in perusing printed books which likewise brings about a diminishing in visits to the library. This was likewise felt by SMAN 1 Parigi and turned into a test for the library to reestablish its presence as one of the data directors. The motivation behind this study is to figure out what methodologies are completed by the library administrative of SMAN 1 Parigi in reestablishing the presence of the library with the goal that it encounters a flood in visits to the library. Abstract

Every individual, including those with disabilities, has the right to equal opportunities in learning, achievement, and personal development. The effectiveness of inclusive education depends on well-managed facilities and infrastructure, as students with disabilities often require customized support. Moreover, specialized tools and applications are vital to addressing their specific needs. This study investigates how facilities and infrastructure are managed to ensure accessibility for individuals with disabilities in higher education. A literature review method was employed, drawing data from sources such as journals and e-books, followed by data collection, classification, and analysis. The results reveal that accessibility for individuals with disabilities in higher education remains insufficient. Many institutions still lack the necessary resources and infrastructure to adequately support students with disabilities

Abstract

Implementasi Total Quality Management (TQM) di perguruan tinggi bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kualitas pendidikan secara menyeluruh. TQM menekankan bahwa kualitas merupakan tanggung jawab bersama seluruh pihak yang terlibat dalam proses pendidikan. Penelitian ini berfokus pada penerapan TQM di Universitas Islam Darussalam Ciamis serta faktor-faktor yang memengaruhinya. Dengan menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif, data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara mendalam, observasi, dan studi dokumentasi. Temuan penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan TQM di universitas ini telah berjalan dengan baik, memberikan kontribusi positif terhadap peningkatan mutu pendidikan. Faktor-faktor pendukung penerapan TQM meliputi dukungan pimpinan universitas, keterlibatan aktif semua pihak, sistem evaluasi dan pengukuran yang efektif, serta program pelatihan dan pengembangan staf yang rutin. Penelitian ini merekomendasikan pentingnya meningkatkan kesadaran dan partisipasi aktif seluruh pihak yang terlibat, serta memperkuat pelatihan dan pengembangan berkelanjutan bagi staf universitas.
