Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze the influence of transformational leadership styles and organizational culture on employee performance through job satisfaction. The type of research used is quantitative descriptive research. The type of data in this study is subject data in the form of respondents' characteristics in the form of gender, age, education, length of work, and work experience obtained directly from KSP Kopdit Tuke Jung Maumere employees. The sampling technique used in this study is probability sampling. The sample of this study was all KSP Kopdit Tuke Jung Maumere employees, totaling 51 people. Data analysis is processed using Path Analysis. The results of the analysis show that transformational leadership style affects job satisfaction, organizational culture does not affect job satisfaction, transformational leadership style, and organizational culture directly affect employee performance, and job satisfaction does not mediate leadership style and organizational culture on employee performance.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the benefits of developing Knowledge Management strategies in an effort to improve the performance of MSMEs. Another aspect that receives attention in this paper is the role of credit cooperatives and the government as a catalyst for a joint movement to improve and strengthen the role of MSMEs in the regional economy. The method used is descriptive-qualitative with a literature study approach. The author tries to explore various sources related to the material of this writing. From the results of the literature study, it was found that the implementation of knowledge management needs support from credit cooperatives and local governments. The cooperative is a joint forum for MSME players to help each other in reducing various costs in the MSME business process. Meanwhile, the government is an important entity in ensuring the implementation of various government programs for the empowerment of cooperatives and MSMEs and ensuring that the implementation of various regulations relating to MSMEs is carried out carefully and on target.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi potensi, tantangan, peluang pasar, dan strategi pemberdayaan ekonomi lokal dalam mengoptimalkan pengembangan kue lekun sebagai produk unggulan berbasis kearifan lokal di Desa Kringa. Metode yang digunakan adalah pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa lekun memiliki potensi besar sebagai produk pangan tradisional yang kaya akan nilai budaya dan dapat mendukung ekonomi lokal. Namun, pengelolaannya masih terbatas pada pengolahan tradisional, dengan tantangan utama terkait inovasi pengemasan dan pemasaran. Masyarakat Desa Kringa belum sepenuhnya memanfaatkan peluang pasar yang ada, baik di tingkat lokal maupun lebih luas. Selain itu, strategi pemberdayaan yang melibatkan kolaborasi antara petani, pelaku usaha, dan pemerintah desa sangat diperlukan untuk meningkatkan kualitas produk dan memperluas distribusi lekun. Penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi dalam mengembangkan pemahaman tentang pemberdayaan ekonomi lokal berbasis produk budaya dan menawarkan rekomendasi untuk pengembangan lekun sebagai produk unggulan yang dapat meningkatkan kesejahteraan masyarakat Desa Kringa.
