Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of competence, motivation and career development on the performance of nurses mediated by organizational commitment at the Regional General Hospital dr.TC.Hillers Maumere. The aim of the study was to analyze the influence of competence, motivation and career development on nurse performance mediated by organizational commitment at Dr TC Hillers Maumere Hospital. The population in this study were ninety-five nurses with clinical nurse qualification III. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling. Data collection techniques using a questionnaire. The data analysis technique used is descriptive statistical analysis with SPSS software tools and inferential statistics using Smart PLS 3.0. The test results show that competence, motivation and career development have a positive and significant effect on nurse performance. However, competency, motivation and career development mediated by organizational commitment show a positive and insignificant effect on nurse performance

Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze the influence of transformational leadership styles and organizational culture on employee performance through job satisfaction. The type of research used is quantitative descriptive research. The type of data in this study is subject data in the form of respondents' characteristics in the form of gender, age, education, length of work, and work experience obtained directly from KSP Kopdit Tuke Jung Maumere employees. The sampling technique used in this study is probability sampling. The sample of this study was all KSP Kopdit Tuke Jung Maumere employees, totaling 51 people. Data analysis is processed using Path Analysis. The results of the analysis show that transformational leadership style affects job satisfaction, organizational culture does not affect job satisfaction, transformational leadership style, and organizational culture directly affect employee performance, and job satisfaction does not mediate leadership style and organizational culture on employee performance.

Abstract

This study aims to obtain empirical evidence that good Talent Management will improve employee performance to be optimal, consistent employee retention, consistent employee retention will increase optimal employee performance, and consistent employee retention will increase optimal employee performance at PT. Panahmas Ekatama Distrindo Malang. The research approach is explanatory research. Data were collected with a survey method that uses questionnaires. The population of the research was counted as 96 person result of the research showed that (1) good talent management will produce optimum employee performance; (2) good talent management will deliver consistent employee retention; (3) consistent employee retention will engender optimum. Employee performance; and (4) good talent management can produce employee performance through consistent employee retention. Theoretically, the usefulness of this research is to contribute to the fields of Human Resource Management, Talent Management, Employee Retention, and Employee Performance.
