Abstract

Perencanaan keuangan merupakan langkah awal untuk mencapai kebebasan keuangan guna mencakup tujuan keuangan yang perlu dicapai. Skor indeks kesehatan keuangan pada masyarakat Indonesia masih relatif rendah, hanya sebesar 37,72 dari skor maksimal 100, hal ini semakin menegaskan bahwa literasi keuangan sangat penting bagi masyarakat yang ingin mencapai kebebasan keuangan. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh motivasi, literasi keuangan, dan demografi terhadap perencanaan keuangan keluarga    dan kebebasaan keuangan. Populasi penelitian ini adalah investor PT. XYZ Sekuritas Surabaya. Penentuan sampel menggunakan metode non probability sampling dengan jumlah sampel  sebanyak  180.  Teknik analisis  menggunakan partial least square. Hasil penelitiaan ini memperlihatkan motivasi, literasi keuangan, dan demografi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap perencanaan keuangan dengan p value 0,000. Motivasi,dan literasi keuangan, berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kebebasan keuangan melalui mediasi perencanaan keuangan dengan p value 0,000 dan 0,046. Saran penelitian selanjutnya dapat menambahkan variabel lain yang diduga dapat mengidentifikasi Self Control, serta faktor dari demografi seperti pendapatan dan juga jumlah anggota keluarga.

Abstract

This study analyzed the effect of work competence, workload, and adversity intelligence on employees’ performance with work motivation as an intervening variable. Besides, it aimed to improve employees’ understanding and performance at KSP KOPDIT Mitan Gita in Maumere, Sikka. Moreover, the study was associative-quantitative with a correlational approach and path analysis, to examine the relationship among the variables on employees’ performance through work motivation. The population was 138 permanent employees at KSP KOPDIT Mitan Gita. Furthermore, the data were collected through questionnaires and documentation. The testing included validity, reliability, F-test, determination coefficient (R2), and t-test. As a result, the descriptive statistics test identified the significant effect of deadlines, work patterns, flexibility, and life needs on employees’ performance. Additionally, the result of validity and reliability was guaranteed (Cronbach’s alpha 0,60). The independent regression model was free from normality, multicollinearity, and heteroscedasticity. In addition, the result of the path analysis showed that work motivation was effective as a mediator with the best model (R2 56,56%). In short, work competence, workload, and adversity intelligence had a significant effect on employees’ performance at KSP KOPDIT Mitan Gita, with work motivation as an important mediator.

Abstract

This study aims to test and analyze the effect of service quality and delivery accuracy on customer loyalty through customer satisfaction as a case study on CV. Sarana Utama Cargo. The purpose in question is to test and analyze the effect of quality and accuracy of delivery on loyalty directly or indirectly through customer satisfaction.The methodology in this research is descriptive-quantitative using descriptive analysis and inferential statistics, namely, this research inferential statistical data analysis is measured using WarpPLS 5.0 software. The results of data analysis show that all indicators are said to be in this research model worthy of further processing until hypothesis testing. Based on the results of data analysis regarding direct and indirect effects, it shows that service quality and delivery accuracy have a significant effect on customer satisfaction, customer satisfaction has a significant effect on customer loyalty, and customer satisfaction has no mediating impact on service quality and customer loyalty while customer satisfaction has a mediating impact on delivery accuracy on customer loyalty. Customer satisfaction cannot mediate service quality on customer loyalty. This shows that the quality of services provided by the company is not a measure of customer satisfaction so it will have an impact on customer loyalty to the company's services. Delivery accuracy on customer loyalty is mediated by customer satisfaction. This shows the accuracy of shipping customer goods to their destination will make customers feel satisfied, so customers will be loyal to the services provided by CV. Sarana Utama Cargo. Service quality has a significant effect with a positive direction on customer loyalty. Customer satisfaction has a significant effect with a positive direction on customer loyalty. This shows that customers are satisfied with the services provided by the company, so that customers will be loyal to the company in this case CV. Sarana Utama Cargo. It is hoped that the results of this research can become a reference source for further research in discussing related problems. The population in this study are customers who are loyal to the company's CV. Sarana Utama Cargo used services more than one and so on. The sampling technique of this study was carried out by non-probability sampling method with purposive sampling technique with a total of 100 respondents.
