Abstract

This article aims to evaluate the implementation of healthy villages in the KP-KAS program, especially on indicators of efforts to prevent maternal and child mortality. This study uses a qualitative method with an interpretive approach to studying the object of research in more detail. In-depth interviews were conducted with several key informants. The results of this study show that there are several programs carried out in healthy villages to reduce maternal and child mortality, namely eradication malnutrition, vaccination, delivery assisted by health workers, and reproduction health through contraception.

Abstract

Kinerja karyawan dinilai kurang optimal karena hasil yang dikerjakan sebatas menyelesaikan target namun karyawan kurang berinisiatif dalam berinovasi. Karyawan yang memiliki kemampuan belajar yang tinggi akan semakin menguatkan kepercayaan diri dan persepsi bahwa dia bisa mengendalikan kejadian didalam hidupnya sehingga karyawan lebih semangat dalam bekerja dan menghasilkan pekerjaan yang optimal. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh efikasi diri dan locus of control terhadap kinerja karyawan melalui learning agility pada PT Bank Pan Indonesia – cabang Tanjung Perak Surabaya. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan purposive sampling untuk mendapatkan sampel penelitian sebanyak 32 responden. Penelitian hipotesis menggunakan Partial Least Square (PLS). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa efikasi diri secara langsung maupun melalui learning agility berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT Bank Pank Indonesia Tbk. Sedangkan learning agility berpengaruh positif dan tidak signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT Bank Pan Indonesia Tbk – cabang Tanjung Perak Surabaya. Variabel locus of control secara langung dan melalui learning agility berpengaruh positif dan tidak signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT Bank Pan Indonesia Tbk – cabang Tanjung Perak Surabaya.

Abstract

This research was conducted in a cooperation namely KOPSAE, located in three villages, Jurang Jero, Pujon Lor, and Sebaluh, distric of Pujon. Malang, East Java. The research objective is to investigate the women involvement in improving family life of diery farmer in tose  villages and to evaluate the women’s contribution in their family’s revenue. This research results can be used by East Java Animal Husbandary Office, financial institutions, cooperative enterprises, and other external parties in determining prolicies for supervision and improvement of farm business in rural areas. Data are collected through survey. Population used are 40 families who own cows.The result shows that women have potential roles in improving the family’s revenues. The women contribution is approximately 44,99% of total family’s revenues. The women allocate  their time about 1-2 hours a day in diery family activities, meanwhile, men spent about 2-4 hours a day. It appears that supervision is still needed for using their idle time in order to improve their skills as well as their revenues.

Abstract

Kualitas Makanan, Kualitas Layanan dan Store Atmosphere memiliki kontribusi penting untuk mencapai Kepuasan Konsumen restoran. Tujuan penelitian untuk menguji dan menganalisis pengaruh Kualitas Makanan dan Kualitas Layanan terhadap Kepuasan Konsumen secara langsung maupun dengan Store Atmosphere sebagai variabel moderasi. Populasi yang digunakan adalah konsumen yang mengunjungi Moonk Cartil & Cafe. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan purposive sampling dengan jumlah sampel 100 responden. Penelitian ini menggunakan teknik analisis data Moderated Regression Analysis (MRA). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan Kualitas Makanan dan Kualitas Layanan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kepuasan Konsumen, Store Atmosphere tidak memoderasi pengaruh Kualitas Makanan dan Kualitas Layanan terhadap Kepuasan Konsumen.

Abstract

The main focus of the present study is to examine the impact of top management support, organizational structure, and customer integration on the intention to adopt specific technology management and adoption of e-supply chain technology. Additionally, mediating impact of intention to specific technology between top management support, organizational structure, customer integration and adoption of new technology is assessed as well. The data is collected from the employees of commercial banks of Indonesia. The data collection technique adopted was stratified random sampling. The collected data was analyzed through PLS-SEM using PLS 3.2.1. The findings of the study revealed that all of the proposed direct as well, and mediating hypothesis is accepted. The findings of the study are important for the practitioners of the banking sector to adopt strategy by which they can adopt new technology. Moreover, this study fills the gap of limited studies related to technology in the supply chain perspective of the banking sector.

Abstract

This study examined the effect of employee’s job satisfaction, employee’s commitment to the employee’s performance at PT. (Persero) Angkasa Pura I Juanda International Airport. The population consisted of 78 employees as a respondent and using a survey research method with proportional cluster random sampling as a technique to choose the sample size, also simple random sampling to choose the respondent, and using the path analysis tests the hypothesis. The result showed that employee’s job satisfaction has a direct significant and indirectly significant effect on performance through employee’s commitment. Also, an employee’s commitment has a significant direct effect on an employee’s performance.
