Abstract

  Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis bagaimana strategi pelayanan Umrah terhadap jamaah disabilitas  yang diterapkan oleh PT. Alia Wisata dan PT. Dhiyaa El Haramain El Mubarakah. Strategi pelayanan merupakan kegiatan yang dilakukan oleh lembaga dalam upaya mencapai tujuan yang telah ditentukan.  Fasilitas merupakan salah satu faktor pendukung dalam penerapan sebuah pelayanan. Adanya fasilitas yang memadai merupakan alat penunjang dalam meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan terlebih bagi jamaah disabilitas. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Studi Pustaka. Dengan menggunakan teknik perbandingan antara PT Alia Wisata dan PT. Dhiyaa El Haramain El Mubarakah, yaitu teknik yang memperoleh data yang valid dan dapat dipertanggung jawabkan. Metode Studi Pustaka ini diperoleh melalui analisis data yang tertera pada skripsi yang disusun oleh Suhail Muhammad dan Maratus Soleha. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa PT. Alia Wisata menerapkan strategi pelayanan Umrah kepada jamaah disabilitas agar melaksanakan ibadah dengan lancar, tertib, aman, dan nyaman. PT. Alia Wisata selalu  meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan dengan meningkatkan kinerja karyawan melalui pelatihan-pelatihan, menerima kritik saran yang diberikan langsung oleh jamaah, serta perbaikan dan penambahan sarana prasarana yang ada di perusahaan. Sedangkan PT. Dhiyaa El Haramain El Mubarakah menerapkan strategi pelayanan dalam meningkatkan kepuasan jamaah disabilitas sudah tepat.

Abstract

The application of Artificial Intelligence (AI) in Indonesia’s legal processes offers opportunities to enhance efficiency and transparency. However, existing regulations do not specifically address critical aspects such as ethics, accountability, and security. This study examines the current legal framework, prospects, and challenges of AI implementation within the criminal justice system in the digital era. The study employs a normative juridical method, analyzing relevant laws and regulations alongside a comparative study of practices in other countries. The data is analyzed qualitatively to identify regulatory gaps. The findings reveal that AI holds significant potential in improving the efficiency of legal document management. Nonetheless, major challenges persist, including algorithmic bias, data protection concerns, and institutional resistance to technological adoption. Specific regulations, strengthened digital infrastructure, and capacity-building programs for legal practitioners are urgently needed to ensure a fair and sustainable application of AI in the justice system.

Abstract

This study aims to evaluate the strategy used by KSPPS BMT Damai Amanah Sejahtera on its performance using the SERVO Analysis method, which is a method that looks at five main aspects such as strategy, environment, resources, values, and organization. KSPPS BMT Damai Amanah Sejahtera is a sharia cooperative that plays an important role in empowering the community's economy, but faces various challenges in improving performance and competitiveness. This study is a case study that shows how the characteristics of this Cooperative relate to the problems faced. The results show that the SERVO method helps cooperatives understand internal and external conditions as a whole and formulate more appropriate strategies. Strategies formulated based on the results of the analysis have been shown to improve decision making and organizational performance. These findings support the theory of strategic management based on organizational resources and values, especially in the context of sharia cooperatives.
