Abstract

The development of Islamic economic thought in Indonesia is still considered only in the banking and financial sector. So, necessary a process to be able to unify the concept of Islamic values ​​and economic concepts so that the Islamic economy can unite at the empirical level. It is hoped that the integration between Islamic values ​​and economic values ​​can broadly describe the concept of Islamic economics. This process can be successful if it is supported by the instruments, especially humans as the main instrument. One of the figures of Islamic economic thought who integrates theory and practical level is Adiwarman Karim. It offers the concept of Islamic economics in all aspects and fields of Islamic economics and business. The thought structure adopted by him is fundamentalist-intellectual-professional, so the concept of Islamic economics offered is the design of Islamic economics. Epistomologically, the background behind Adiwarman getting this idea is based on formal education and the practical world. The methods of obtaining knowledge are historical, fiqh and economic approaches. Then for the contribution of thought seen in the concept of monetary, a good competitive, foreign exchange control and inflation, money, zakat, Islamic banking, conversion to Islamic banks.

Abstract

Islamic banking is a part of the Islamic finance industry which is currently becoming a concern in Indonesia. On February 1, 2021, a merger policy was issued for Sharia banks under BUMN, namely Bank Syariah Mandiri, BRI Syariah, and BNI Syariah. The merger of the three banks will certainly cause problems in the company's performance which reflects the performance of existing employees. There is a close relationship between the effectiveness of a company and organizational culture. A company needs a positive organizational culture model to be able to achieve its goals. Companies resulting from the merger are certainly vulnerable to changes in organizational culture. Especially considering that organizational culture is a variable that is very dynamic and always evolving and changes are difficult to predict. Organizational culture is then the process of mapping the profile of organizational culture at PT. BSI, Tbk is important so that it can be used as one of the guidelines for determining company strategy. The results of this study indicate that there are differences in the current type of culture which is considered hierarchical and what is expected is an adhocracy culture, so companies can focus more on considering external factors and always focus on new things that will spur innovation.Keywords : OCAI, Organization culture, BSI

Abstract

This study aims to evaluate the marketing strategy of pawnshop products in facing the world of the financial industry using the SERVO approach. The method used in this research is in-depth interviews with direct sources of the pawnshop's internal parties. The results of the research obtained that the marketing strategy of pawnshop products has used the SERVO approach as much as possible and uses strategies that provide comfort for its customers, one of the main strategies is to visit agencies or business centers. This non-bank financial institution continues to develop by using a direct promotion strategy to customers so as to attract customers directly to cooperate effectively.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the competitive strength of Pegadaian Syariah Purwokerto using Porter’s Five Forces method and evaluate the marketing strategy for its Gadai Tabungan Emas product. In the digital era with increasing competition, understanding the external forces affecting the industry is crucial for formulating an effective strategy. The analysis shows that Pegadaian Syariah Purwokerto faces high threats from new entrants and substitute products, as well as high bargaining power of buyers. However, Pegadaian Syariah can leverage its internal strengths, such as a strong corporate image and public trust, to maintain its competitive position. Product differentiation, focusing on local syariah market segments, and service digitalization are key to improving its competitive position. The study provides recommendations for Pegadaian Syariah Purwokerto’s management to aggressively adopt technology and strengthen syariah-based educational marketing

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis strategi pengembangan yang dapat diterapkan oleh KSPPS BMT Berkah El Hikmah Purwojati melalui pendekatan Matriks SPACE (Strategic Position and Action Evaluation). Lembaga keuangan mikro syariah ini menghadapi tantangan dari pertumbuhan fintech dan digitalisasi layanan keuangan yang menuntut transformasi strategi. Dengan menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif, data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Penelitian ini juga memanfaatkan analisis SWOT untuk mengidentifikasi kekuatan, kelemahan, peluang, dan ancaman, yang kemudian dipetakan dalam Matriks SPACE untuk menentukan posisi strategis koperasi. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa KSPPS BMT Berkah El Hikmah berada pada kuadran agresif dengan koordinat (1,9; 1,33), yang berarti koperasi memiliki kekuatan internal yang tinggi dan peluang eksternal yang potensial. Implikasi strategisnya mencakup pengembangan produk dan layanan, digitalisasi promosi dan pencatatan, serta penguatan SDM. Strategi agresif yang diterapkan diarahkan untuk mendorong pertumbuhan anggota, inovasi layanan, dan daya saing koperasi secara berkelanjutan.

Abstract

Penelitian ini mengkaji penerapan pendekatan Ansoff Matrix dalam mengoptimalkan pertumbuhan bisnis KSPSS BMT Buana Mas di Kabupaten Banyumas. KSPSS BMT Buana Mas sebagai lembaga keuangan syariah menunjukkan pertumbuhan signifikan dalam jumlah anggota dan penghimpun dana. Dengan menggunakan strategi pertumbuhan yang meliputi penetrasi pasar, pengembangan produk, pengembangan pasar dan diversifikasi sesuai kerangka ansoff matrix, BMT Buana Mas mampu meningkatkan intensitas menabung anggota melalui peningkatan kepercayaan, kualitas produk, pelayanan dan lokasi yang strategis. Penelitian ini mengevaluasi efektivitas strategi dalam memperkuat posisi pasar dan meningkatkan loyalitas pelanggan, serta rekomendasi untuk bisnis berkelanjutan di sector keuangan syariah. Hasil penelitian ini diharapkan dapat menjadi acuan bagi pengelolaan dan pengembangan strategi pertumbuhan bisnis KSPSS BMT Buana Mas guna mencapai optimalisasi kinerja dan ekspansi pasar yang lebih luas.

Abstract

Dalam menghadapi dinamika dan persaingan industri, keuangan syariah yang semakin kompleks, pengukuran kinerja organisasi menjadi aspek kursial untuk memastikan pencapaian tujuan strategis secara berkelanjutan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis kinerja Koperasi Simpan Pinjam dan Pembiayaan Syariah (KSPPS) Hanada Quwais Sembada KC Purwokerto dengan menggunakan pendekatan Balanced Scorecard (BSC), yang mencangkup empat perspektif utama: keuangan, pelanggan, proses bisnis internal, serta pembelajaran dan pertumbuhan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui wawancara mendalam, observasi, dan dokumentasi internal lembaga. Hasil analisis menunjukan bahwa secara keseluruhan, kinerja KSPPS Hanada Quwais Sembada berada pada kategori baik, dengan skor total sebesar (0,71). Perspektif pelanggan memperoleh skor tertinggi (0,80), disusul perspektif keuangan (0,75), proses bisnis internal (0,67), dan pembelajaran serta pertumbuhan (0,60). Temuan ini mengindikasikan bahwa pendekatan Balanced Scorecard mampu memberikan evaluasi yang komprehensif dan strategis terhadap kinerja lembaga, serta mengindentifikasi area yang perlu ditingkatkan, khususnya pada aspek pengembangan sumber daya manusia dan digitalisasi. Penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi praktis bagi pengelolaan kinerja koperasi syariah dalam memperkuat daya saing dan keberlanjutan usaha ditengah tantangan industri keuangan yang dinamis.

Abstract

This research examines the digital economy digitalization strategy of Purwokerto in the implementation of a smart city that is not yet uniform; many areas in Purwokerto lag behind in digitalization systems. This study uses a qualitative approach with data analysis techniques through literature studies. The qualitative approach was chosen because it aligns with the research objectives, particularly in understanding the meanings contained in the data or social interactions of a phenomenon and identifying patterns of relationships that emerge in analyzing the basic concepts of smart city used in Purwokerto. The digital economic strategy in Purwokerto in the implementation of a smart city. To encourage the realization of the smart city concept in the Purwokerto area, various strategies have begun to be implemented, including strengthening digital infrastructure, developing technology-based public services, and enhancing the digital capabilities of MSME actors through training and the use of online platforms. Local governments are also beginning to integrate technology into environmental management and build cross-sector collaborations, including with universities and technology communities. Although the process is still in the development stage, these steps signify Purwokerto's commitment to becoming a smarter, more efficient, and adaptive city to the needs of its citizens.

Abstract

This study aims to evaluate the market share position of various savings and loan products offered by the Makmur Mandiri Savings and Loan Cooperative, Purwokerto Branch using the Boston Consulting Group (BCG) Matrix approach. The BCG Matrix was chosen because of its ability to classify products based on two main aspects, namely relative market share and market growth rate. The data analyzed came from financial reports and the volume of cooperative transactions during the period 2020 to 2022. The results of the analysis show that the Employee Loan product is in the Star quadrant, Voluntary Savings is included in the Cash Cow quadrant, while Digital Services and MSME Assistance are included in the Question Mark quadrant. Meanwhile, Social Funds are included in the Dog quadrant. Each product category requires a different management strategy. These findings provide strategic input for cooperative managers in formulating the direction of product development and allocating resources optimally to encourage sustainable cooperative growth.

Abstract

This studies pastimes to analyze the effectiveness of imposing the Blue Ocean approach at BMT Dana Mentari Muhammadiyah in improving the innovation of sharia economic services. This strategy is used to create new, unexplored areas, specially in the competitive microfinance zone. With a descriptive qualitative technique, data were gathered through interviews, observations, and documentation. The studies outcomes display that BMT Dana Mentari successfully developed a differentiation strategy through Sharia product innovations such as qurban savings, education savings, and mudharabah financing, as well as a humanistic and da'wah-based door-to-door marketing approach. The implementation of digital technology also strengthens the reach and efficiency of services. This strategy has proven effective in increasing member loyalty, expanding financial inclusion, and making significant contributions to the improvement of growth strategies for other Islamic microfinance institutions in Indonesia
