Abstract

This research aims to investigate theoretical and practical approaches in optimizing the potential of human resources and employees. The research method used is a literature review with a qualitative approach to explore the conceptual framework supporting effective HR management practices. The literature review includes an in-depth review of relevant academic literature, covering key concepts in HR management such as motivation, leadership, career development, and performance measurement. Critical analysis of various theories and models helps in understanding the complexity and dynamics of HR management. The findings of this literature review indicate that theoretical approaches provide a solid conceptual foundation for understanding the basic principles in HR management, while practical approaches enable the implementation of strategies appropriate to the organizational context. The integration of theory and practice is key to developing effective and sustainable HR management strategies. The findings of this literature review provide valuable insights for practitioners in designing and implementing successful HR management practices. By understanding the theoretical framework and applying it contextually, organizations can optimize the potential of their human resources and employees, thereby enhancing organizational performance and competitiveness in the dynamic global market.

Abstract

This community service activity was carried out in Pematang Serai Village with the aim of increasing the human resource capacity of village MSMEs through optimizing digital platforms. The activity participants consisted of 50 local MSME actors operating in various business sectors. This program focuses on three main aspects: production, marketing, and capital. In the production aspect, participants are trained to use cloud-based inventory management and quality control applications to increase efficiency. In the marketing aspect, MSME players are introduced to digital marketing strategies through social media and e-commerce, with a target of increasing online sales by 30% in 6 months. Meanwhile, for the capital aspect, participants were taught to access fintech and crowdfunding services, with the result that 40% of participants succeeded in getting additional capital through digital platforms. The methods used include lectures, simulations and individual mentoring. The long-term impact of this activity is expected to increase the competitiveness and economic independence of MSMEs in Pematang Serai Village, as well as strengthening the local economy through the development of more modern businesses integrated with digital technology.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menyelidiki konsep dan implementasi optimalisasi manajemen Sumber Daya Manusia (SDM) dalam konteks kesejahteraan stakeholder menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi pustaka. Melalui analisis terhadap berbagai sumber literatur dan studi kasus yang relevan, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendapatkan pemahaman yang mendalam tentang bagaimana manajemen SDM dapat mempengaruhi kesejahteraan berbagai pemangku kepentingan dalam organisasi. Temuan dari studi ini menunjukkan bahwa manajemen SDM yang efektif dapat berkontribusi secara signifikan terhadap kesejahteraan stakeholder. Dengan menerapkan praktik-praktik terbaik dalam perekrutan, pengembangan, motivasi, dan retensi karyawan, organisasi dapat meningkatkan kepuasan karyawan, meningkatkan kualitas produk atau layanan, dan memperkuat hubungan dengan pelanggan dan pemangku kepentingan lainnya. Selain itu, penelitian ini juga mengidentifikasi beberapa faktor kunci yang memengaruhi implementasi manajemen SDM untuk kesejahteraan stakeholder, termasuk budaya organisasi, kepemimpinan, dan komitmen manajemen. Dengan memahami dinamika kompleks ini, organisasi dapat mengembangkan strategi yang lebih efektif dalam mengelola SDM mereka untuk mencapai kesejahteraan bersama bagi semua pemangku kepentingan. Penelitian ini memiliki implikasi penting bagi praktisi SDM dan pengambil keputusan organisasi dalam merancang dan mengimplementasikan kebijakan dan program yang berfokus pada meningkatkan kesejahteraan stakeholder. Selain itu, penelitian ini juga menyediakan landasan teoritis yang kuat bagi penelitian lanjutan dalam bidang ini.
