Abstract

Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) play a vital role in driving Indonesia's economic progress, as they contribute significantly to job creation and increasing Gross Domestic Product (GDP). However, MSMEs are facing various challenges that hinder their ability to contribute optimally. This article aims to analyze the impact of MSMEs on Indonesia's economic growth, with an emphasis on policy perspectives and implications. The research uses a descriptive qualitative and quantitative approach, with secondary data obtained from the Central Statistics Agency (BPS), the Ministry of Cooperatives and SMEs, and relevant academic literature. The results show that MSMEs contribute more than 60% to Indonesia's GDP and create more than 97% of the workforce. However, challenges such as access to capital and technology hinder the growth of MSMEs. Policy recommendations include improving access to capital, technology support, and entrepreneurship training. Further research is needed to better understand the impact of MSMEs and to develop effective innovation and technology strategies.

Abstract

Digital transformation has become an important paradigm shift in the management of office documents and information in the modern era. This article discusses the application of the latest technology in the management of office documents and information, specifically in the company PT Victory Prima Abadi. Through this case study, we will see how the company explores the potential of digital technology to improve efficiency and productivity in their operations. By integrating various technology solutions such as financial program applications, a digital attendance system, and the use of Microsoft Excel for document management, the company has made strides towards more efficient document management. However, challenges remain, especially in dealing with the aspect of archive storage that still relies on manual methods. This article aims to explore the company's efforts in utilizing analytics and artificial intelligence technologies to improve efficiency in the archive shrinkage process and identification of documents that require long-term storage. The results show that the utilization of digital technology in document and office information management has had a significant positive impact and has become a key element in the company's strategy to achieve future operational success. By continuing to develop and implement appropriate technology solutions, companies can further optimize document and information management and prepare for the challenges and opportunities of an increasingly connected and rapidly changing business world.

Abstract

Employee performance monitoring is one of the key factors in human resource management, especially in a dynamic business sector such as futures trading. PT XYZ, a company engaged in futures trading, faces challenges in managing the performance of Business Consultants (BC) which often arise due to lack of clarity in the division of tasks, lack of accountability, and ineffective coordination. This study aims to optimize employee performance supervision at XYZ through the implementation of the RACI (Responsible, Accountable, Consulted, Informed) system integrated with Google Sheets. The research method used is qualitative with a case study approach, where in-depth interviews, observation, and documentation are used to collect data from employees and project managers who are directly involved. The results showed that the RACI system through Google Spreadsheet can clarify employee roles and responsibilities, increase accountability, and facilitate real-time performance monitoring. The modification of the RACI matrix in this spreadsheet also makes it easier for management to improve team collaboration and productivity. Despite technical challenges in its implementation, the system proved effective in optimizing team performance and communication.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh pendidikan finansial dan sikap risikoterhadap minat investasi mahasiswa Politeknik Negeri Bandung. Berdasarkan hasil analisis regresi,pendidikan keuangan dan sikap risiko terbukti memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap minatinvestasi siswa. Menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode regresi linier berganda, datadikumpulkan melalui kuesioner yang disebarkan kepada 176 siswa. Hasil analisis menunjukkanbahwa pendidikan finansial, meskipun penting, tidak memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadapminat investasi. Sebaliknya, sikap risiko, yang mencerminkan toleransi mahasiswa terhadap risiko,memiliki pengaruh besar dan signifikan terhadap minat investasi. Dengan nilai R Square sebesar0.322, model ini mampu menjelaskan sekitar 32.2% variasi dalam minat investasi siswa, meskipunfaktor-faktor lain yang tidak tercakup dalam model ini masih mempengaruhi keputusan investasi.Penelitian ini menyarankan agar pendidikan finansial dan risiko manajemen lebih ditingkatkan dikalangan siswa untuk mendukung pengambilan keputusan investasi yang lebih rasional danterinformasi.
