Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kualitas pelayanan dan fasilitas secara parsial dan simultan terhadap kepuasan pasien rawat inap pada Rumah Sakit Umum Daerah Lamaddukelleng Sengkang Kabupaten Wajo. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah pasien rawat inap di RSUD Lamaddukeleng Sengkang Kabupaten Wajo. Jumlah sampel sebanyak 71. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah observasi dan angket. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah regresi linier berganda, koefisien korelasi ganda, koefisien determinasi, uji T dan uji F. Dari hasil analisis regresi linier berganda diketahui nilai koefisien regresi variabel kualitas pelayanan sebesar 0,470 dan fasilitas sebesar 0,414 di mana nilai signifikansi kedua variabel tersebut sebesar 0,000 yang artinya kualitas pelayanan dan fasilitasmemiliki pengaruh terhadap kepuasan pasien dikarenakan nilai koefisien regresi melebihi nilai signifikansi. Hasil analisis korelasi ganda, menunjukkan angka 0,799 yang artinya X1 dan X2 memiliki hubungan yang positif kuat dengan Y. Hasil analisis koefisien determinasi yaitu 0,639 yang artinya kualitas pelayanan dan fasilitas mempengaruhi kepuasan pasien sebesar 63,9%. Hasil analisis uji T diperoleh nilai t_hitung untuk variabel kualitas pelayanan sebesar 5,101 dan variabel fasilitas sebesar 5,764 > t_tabel sebesar 1,995 dan signifikansi kedua variabel sebesar 0,000 < 0,05 yang berarti kualitas pelayanan dan fasilitas masing-masing memiliki pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan pasien. Hasil analisis uji F diperoleh nilai F_hitung 60,233 > F_tabel 3,13 dan nilai signifikansi 0,000 < 0,05 yang berarti kualitas pelayanan dan fasilitas secara simultan mempengaruhi kepuasan pasien dengan positif dan signifikan.

Abstract

One way to increase wealth and protect it from possible inflation is to invest, and this is very important for people to achieve a decent life (financial freedom), especially in meeting their needs in retirement. In general, Indonesians who have guaranteed pension funds are those who work as civil servants, police and military. But in fact, especially in Sompe village, most people are farmers and entrepreneurs, 36 per cent of the 4,210 population. With this in mind, it is necessary to provide advice that educates the community to increase their awareness of investment interest. In Indonesia, investment interest is still dominated by young people.

Abstract

Human resources are an important asset in the service industry, including the culinary sector, where employee job satisfaction is a determining factor in service quality and business sustainability. This study aims to analyze the effect of salary on employee job satisfaction at Lesehan Jetpur Sengkang. The research method used is quantitative with a survey approach, where primary data was obtained through distributing questionnaires to 30 respondents and analyzed using validity and reliability tests, simple linear regression, t-test, F-test, and coefficient of determination. The results show that salary has a positive and significant effect on employee job satisfaction, indicated by a regression coefficient value of 0.172 and a significance level of 0.000 (<0.05). The coefficient of determination (R²) of 0.57 indicates that 57% of the variation in job satisfaction is explained by salary factors, while the rest is influenced by other variables outside the model. These findings confirm that a fair, transparent, and workload-appropriate salary system can increase employee motivation, loyalty, and performance. The practical implication of this study is the importance of evaluating compensation policies to create a more productive and sustainable work environment in the culinary industry

Abstract

Digital transformation in the Islamic banking sector has prompted Bank Syariah Indonesia (BSI) to develop the Byond BSI mobile banking service as an effort to improve efficiency and customer convenience. This study aims to analyze how digital service production management is implemented in the application and identify challenges and optimization efforts. The method used is descriptive qualitative based on literature review. The study results indicate that although Byond BSI has experienced significant growth, obstacles remain such as technical glitches, slow login processes, incomplete features, and the need for enhanced security. BSI has undertaken various improvement efforts, including system updates, digital education, and the development of Sharia-based features. Service optimization is carried out based on the five dimensions of SERVQUAL: tangibles, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, and empathy. If these dimensions are optimally implemented, service efficiency and convenience can be achieved, which ultimately impacts customer loyalty to BSI's digital services.
