Abstract

Indonesian society has sectors that must continue to be preserved and maintained, one of which is local wisdom. One of the local wisdoms in Indonesia is the local wisdom of the people in Buton Regency, namely the Wabula community. The aim of this research is to determine the sustainable management of marine resources in Buton Regency. Qualitative research through literature studies is used by researchers as a type in this research. This research covers an area, namely Wabula Village, Wabula District, Buton Regency. The documentation method is a data collection method used in research where written sources are tracked by researchers which contain various topics that are discussed and themes. The descriptive method is used to analyze the data that researchers collect so that what is being marketed can be explained by researchers. This research shows the results that the traditional local wisdom owned by the Wabula community has sustainable benefits in utilizing marine resources as a reflection of the kaombo system. Based on the concept related to Kaombo/Ombo by the Wabula people, there is a prohibition on the exploitation of marine resources for a certain period of time. The use of marine resources in Wabula which creates destructive practices can minimize the impact of existing customary sanctions. The pattern of marine resource utilization through the kaombo system supports the functional sustainability of the marine environment.

Abstract

ABSTRAK Model pembelajaran inovatif seperti Experiental Learning Inquiry-Based Learning, dan Project-Based Learning di pandang relevan untuk menjawab tantangan pendidikan abad ke-21. Ketiga model ini lebih berfokus pada keterlibatan aktif peserta didik, pengalamn belajar yang autentik serta kontekstual. Pendekatan kuantitatif digunakan melalui Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) dengan bantuan AMOS, melibatkan 150 responden yang dipilih secara proporsional. Uji normalitas multivariat menunjukkan data berdistribusi normal (CR = –1,238), sedangkan hasil goodness of fit mengonfirmasi kelayakan model (p = 0,124; CMIN/DF = 1,198; GFI = 0,928; CFI = 0,922; RMSEA = 0,036). Hasil pengujian hipotesis menunjukkan Experiential Learning (β = 0,033; p = 0,021), Inquiry Based Learning (β = 0,835; p < 0,001), dan Project Based Learning (β = 0,264; p < 0,001) berpengaruh signifikan terhadap literasi digital. Ketiga model juga berpengaruh terhadap sikap peduli lingkungan (β = 0,379; β = 0,972; β = 0,577; p < 0,001). Literasi digital terbukti menjadi prediktor kuat bagi sikap peduli lingkungan (β = 0,903; p < 0,001). Temuan ini menegaskan relevansi pendekatan konstruktivis yang mendorong pembelajaran aktif, kolaboratif, dan reflektif untuk memperkuat literasi digital sekaligus membentuk perilaku pro-lingkungan berorientasi pada pembangunan berkelanjutan abad ke-21.
