Abstract

Information Technology (IT) is a very important part of a company and is also an investment value for a better company. To support the application of good IT it is necessary to do an analysis and evaluation related to good IT governance to fit the company's strategic plan. Regional General Hospital is a facility in the field of health to handle health problems in the community. According to the regulation of the minister of health of the Republic of Indonesia Number 82 of 2013 that every hospital is required to hold a Hospital Information Management System (SIMRS). In this case Regional Hospital needs to hold SIMRS by implementing good IT to make operations efficient and effective. Therefore it is necessary to do an analysis and evaluation related to good governance so that the application of IT can be on target so that operational activities can be managed properly according to predetermined standards. The right solution for analyzing IT governance is to conduct an audit using the COBIT 5 framework. An audit is carried out in accordance with conditions and strategic plans so that research can be carried out in accordance with a predetermined process domain, namely the DSS domain (Deliver, Service, and Support) on sub -DS01 domain Manage Operations, DSS03 Manage Problems, DSS 04 Manage Continuity. The audit results can conclude the level of maturity related to the selected domain process standard and produce recommendations for IT governance at Regional Hospital

Abstract

The GreatDay attendance information system application is an attendance app that facilitates the automatic and real-time recording of employee attendance, both online and offline, with support for features such as facial recognition (Face Recognition). This study aims to evaluate the security of the GreatDay attendance information system using the NIST framework, which includes audit planning, system identification, risk assessment, implementation of security controls, and testing the effectiveness of controls. To ensure that the system functions optimally and securely, an information system security audit is needed using the NIST (National Institute of Standards and Technology) framework. NIST provides guidelines for auditing information system security to identify potential risks and threats, as well as to evaluate the implementation of appropriate security controls. Based on the results of this study, it can be concluded that the attendance information system is at level 3, indicating that the procedures and controls set by the institution have been implemented. This conclusion is based on the overall security audit assessment, which scored 3.7005 out of 5.   Keywords: Attendance Information System, GreatDay, NIST, System Security, Audit, Face Recognition.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meganalisis kualitas pelayanan e-government dalam pembuatan e-KTP dan e-KK pada Kantor Dinas Kependudukan dan Pencatatan Sipil Kota Pagar Alam yang kemudian dapat digunakan sebagai rekomendasi perbaikan untuk meningkatkan pelayanan. Metode yang digunakan dalam menganalisa layanan yaitu Importance Performance Analysis (IPA) digunakan untuk membuat peringkat dari beberapa atribut sehingga didapatkan hasil analisis apa saja yang memiliki tingkat kesesuaian antara tingkat kepentingan dan tingkat kinerja. Hasil yang didapatkan diharapkan dapat digunakan untuk menentukan strategi apa saja yang tepat guna dan dapat memperbaiki layanan kinerja dari Dinas Kependudukan dan Pencatatan Sipil Kota Pagar Alam dalam pembuatan e-KTP dan e-KK.
