Abstract

This study aims to investigate the procedure for creating a BTN Syariah Surapati mudharabah individual savings account. A savings account known as mudharabah savings is managed according to a mudharabah (profit sharing) agreement. Based on a mudharabah contract, the customer will receive profit sharing on a certain percentage of the agreed profit with this savings account. A descriptive study using a qualitative approach is the research methodology employed. Information gathered from the author's critical thinking and a survey of the material found in journals. This study employs the use of interview data-gathering methodologies, including interviews with BTN Syariah Surapati staff members and mudharabah savings consumers. The findings indicated that consumers are more interested in mudharabah savings products than in wadi'ah savings. Based on the quantity of buyers for each product, this is observed. Then, it was discovered that BTN Syariah Surapati's mudharabah savings plan was suitable and effective. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui proses pembukaan rekening tabungan perorangan akad mudharabah di BTN Syariah Surapati. Tabungan mudharabah merupakan tabungan yang dijalankan berdasarkan akad mudharabah (bagi hasil). Tabungan ini berprinsip pada akad mudharabah di mana nasabah akan mendapatkan keuntungan berupa bagi hasil berdasarkan prosentasi pada keuntungan yang sudah disepakati. Metode penelitian yang digunakan jenis penelitian deskriptif menggunkan pendekatan kualitatif. Informasi yang didapat dari kajian pustaka yang bersumber dari jurnal-jurnal dan pemikiran kritis dari penulis. Penelitian ini menggunakan teknik pengumpulan data wawancara, wawancara dilakukan kepada karyawan dan nasabah tabungan mudharabah di BTN Syariah Surapati. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa produk tabungan mudharabah lebih diminati oleh masyarakat daripada tabungan wadi’ah. Hal ini dilihat berdasarkan jumlah nasabah dari masing-masing produk. Kemudian diperoleh bahwa mekanisme tabungan mudharabah yang diterapkan oleh BTN Syariah Surapati sudah baik dan sesuai.

Abstract

The aim of this study is to evaluate the impact of three main factors: Religiousness, Halal Literacy, and Consumer Attitude on halal tourism preferences in Solok. The method employed in this research is Partial Least Square Structural Equation Modeling (SEM-PLS). The study involved 150 participants from various segments of society. The analysis results indicate that Halal Literacy significantly and positively contributes to consumer preferences in choosing halal tourism destinations. Conversely, Religiousness shows a negative influence on tourist preferences, suggesting that religious understanding does not always play a primary role in tourism decision-making. On the other hand, Consumer Attitude exhibits a significant positive impact on tourist preferences in Solok. These findings have significant implications for the halal tourism industry in Solok, highlighting the importance of halal literacy awareness and consumer attitudes towards halal products in enhancing the attractiveness of tourism destinations.

Abstract

This research investigates the influence of Sharia financial literacy, religiosity, and inflation on the purchase intention of Cash Waqf Linked Sukuk (CWLS) among Generation Z in Bogor City. Using a questionnaire and Structural Equation Modeling - Partial Least Square analysis, primary data were collected from 263 respondents. The results show that Sharia financial literacy and religiosity have a significant positive influence on the purchase intention of CWLS, while inflation also has a significant effect. This indicates the importance of understanding Sharia finance and levels of religiosity in enhancing the purchase intention of CWLS among Generation Z. These findings underscore the need for Sharia financial education and better religious understanding to support the growth of investments in Sharia financial instruments in the future.
