Abstract

The exploitation of natural resources is frequently condemned due to its tendency to inflict environmental harm. This subject requires clarification to prevent misunderstandings. This page provides a description of environmental management from the perspective of the Qur’an, including elucidations of Qur’anic words pertinent to issues, actual practices of environmental stewardship, and principles that should serve as a foundation for engaging with the environment. This article use the theme interpretation technique of the Qur’an to provide a complete description. This article seeks to elucidate how the Qur’an addresses appropriate natural management to mitigate adverse effects and promote sustainability. The study’s findings indicate that the Qur’an permits humanity to engage with nature and its resources, provided it does not result in hazards or adverse effects on the environment.

Abstract

Penelitian ini akan menjawab pertanyaan bagaimana sistem pemerintahan dan implementasi hukum Islam pada masa Khulafa’ ar-Rasyidin. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi instrument-instrumen, perangkat-perangkat, lembaga-lembaga masyarakat, pemerintahan dan hukum yang digunakan pada masa itu. kemudian dari sini diharapkan dapat ditemukan gambaran yang kongkrit dan komprehensif seputar sistem pemerintahan dan implementasi hukum Islam sehingga dapat bermanfaat bagi yang tertarik untuk mengkajinya lebih dalam. Jenis penelitian adalah kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi dokumentasi, life historis, dan sosiologis. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan dengan menelaah bahan-bahan berupa referensi pustaka sebagai data utama, Analisis datanya dengan menggunakan analisis deskriptif-komparatif dan menggunakan analisis isi (content analysis). Penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa pemerintahan Khulafa’ ar-Rasyidin tidak mempunyai konstitusi yang dibuat secara khusus sebagai dasar dan pedoman penyelenggaraan pemerintahannya. Undang-undang yang digunakan adalah al-Quran dan Sunnah Nabi ditambah dengan hasil ijtihad dan keputusan majlis Syura. Pemerintahan Khulafa’ ar-Rasyidin telah melaksanakan prinsip musyawarah, penyamaan hak dalam segala aspek kehidupan, termasuk dalam hal hukum, juga menghargai perinsip-prinsip hak-hak dasar kemanusiaan.

Abstract

Abstract This article aims to explain the strategy offered by the Qur’an in dealing with environmental change through the development of human resources. The method used in writing this article is the thematic method with a literature review, and it is qualitative. The results of the study show that the Qur’an provides solutions and guidance for humans in facing environmental changes, which, if applied in life, will enable them to adapt well. At least four approaches can be taken from the indications of the Qur’anic verses in this matter: strengthening spirituality, using reason and intellect to the fullest, enhancing environmental education, and developing skills. Keywords: Adaptation; Environmental Change; Human Resource Development.   Abstrak Artikel ini bertujuan untuk menguraikan tentang strategi yang ditawarkan Al-Qur’an dalam menghadapi perubahan lingkungan melalui pengembangan sumber daya yang dimiliki manusia. Adapun metode yang dipakai dalam penulisan artikel ini adalah metode tematik dengan kajian pustaka serta bersifat kualitatif. Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa Al-Qur’an memberi solusi dan petunjuk bagi manusia dalam menghadapi perubahan lingkungan, yang jika diaplikasikan dalam kehidupan akan mampu beradaptasi dengan baik. Setidaknya ada empat tawaran yang dapat diambil dari isyarat ayat-ayat Al-Qur’an dalam hal ini, yaitu penguatan spiritualitas, penggunaan akal dan nalar secara maksimal, penguatan edukasi lingkungan dan pengembangan keterampilan. Kata Kunci: Adaptasi; Pengembangan SDM; Perubahan Lingkungan.

Abstract

This study examines character education in the Qur’an through a thematic analysis of Surah Luqman and its implementation in the context of the digital era. The scope of the study covers the key values found in Surah Luqman, including monotheism as the foundation of faith, filial piety, gratitude, responsibility for actions, worship and patience, and social ethics. The aim of this research is to explore the relevance of these values in addressing the challenges of character education in the digital age, marked by the dominance of technology and social media. The method employed is qualitative with a library research approach, utilizing literature on Qur’anic exegesis, Islamic education studies, and recent findings on character education and digital ethics. The findings indicate that the character values in Surah Luqman can be implemented through contextual strategies such as digital learning platforms, technology-based collaborative projects, social media integration for positive content, strengthening digital literacy and ethics, and fostering synergy between teachers and parents. The study concludes that Qur’an-based character education remains relevant and adaptive in responding to digital globalization, fostering a generation that is not only academically competent but also morally upright and digitally wise.
