Abstract

Cyberbullying is currently rampant, making it an important reason for teachers and guidance counselors to address this problem in students. The purpose of this study was to identify cyberbullying behavior and preventive efforts in students. The results of the study showed that cyberbullying in the school environment occurs in various forms, including verbal insults, spreading rumors or personal information, as well as online threats, teasing, and derogatory sarcasm. Prevention efforts currently implemented in several schools, such as awareness programs and anti-cyberbullying policies. Prevention includes the development of more intensive education programs on cyberbullying, involving students, teachers, and parents. The impacts experienced by students who experience bullying include: withdrawing from the environment, lack of self-confidence and even choosing not to come to school.

Abstract

Abstract: The Blended Supervision Model is a supervision approach that combines face-to-face learning methods with computer-based techniques, both offline and online, so that integration is created in the supervision process. The purpose of this study is to introduce a blended supervision model that can be applied in schools to support the achievement of effective supervision based on data obtained from POP. The research method is a literature review that has 5 steps. Data was obtained from the POP application by selecting Google Scholar as a data search tool. The data obtained were 84 articles and a perfect search of 54 articles found from the Google Scholar database in 2014-2024. After the data was collected, the data was classified and visualized or analyzed using the Vosviewer application. The results obtained were 3 sub-data, namely 1) comparative metric data; articles were obtained from 84 to 54 with different citations, indexes, and others, 2) author collaboration; seven people collaborated on research related to blended supervision, 3) title and abstract; there are 3 keywords used by the author in the title and abstract, namely model, supervision, service counseling. Overall, this study offers relevant references for further research on the blended supervision model. The blended supervision model is very important to be implemented face-to-face and online by utilizing technology.Abstrak: Blended Supervision Model merupakan pendekatan supervisi yang memadukan metode pembelajaran tatap muka dengan teknik berbasis komputer, baik secara luring maupun daring, sehingga tercipta integrasi dalam proses supervisi. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk memperkenalkan model supervisi blended yang dapat diterapkan di sekolah guna mendukung tercapainya supervisi yang efektif berdasarkan data yang diperoleh dari POP. Metode penelitian yaitu tinjauan literatur yang memiliki 5 langkah. Data diperoleh dari aplikasi POP dengan memilih geogle scholar sebagai alat pencarian data. Data yang diperoleh sebanyak 84 artikel dan pencarian secara sempurna sebanyak 54 artikel yang ditemukan dari basis data Google Scholar tahun 2014-2024. Setelah data terkumpul, data tersebut diklasifikasikan dan divisualisasikan atau di analisis menggunakan aplikasi vosviewer. Hasil yang diperoleh ada 3 sub yaitu 1) data metrik perbandingan; artikel diperoleh dari 84 menjadi 54 dengan citation, indeks dan lain-lain yang berbeda, 2) kolaborasi penulis; tujuh orang saling berkolaborasi dalam penelitian terkait dengan supervisi blended, 3) judul dan abstrak; terdapat 3 kata kunci yang digunakan penulis pada judul dan abstrk yaitu model, supervisi, konseling  layanan. Secara keseluruhan, penelitian ini menawarkan referensi yang relevan untuk penelitian lebih lanjut mengenai blended supervision model. Blended supervision model sangat penting untuk dilaksanakan secara tatap muka dan daring dengan memanfaatkan teknologi.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to enrich knowledge about initial assessment in counseling. This research method uses qualitative with a literature study approach. Data sources are obtained from Google Scholar in the form of books and articles. In-depth data analysis related to research materials. The results of the study, namely the evaluation steps taken by counselors when conducting counseling sessions with clients for the first time, are very important because through the implementation of initial evaluations, counselors can gain an understanding of clients and the problems they face.

Abstract

Adolescence is a very important period in the process of individual growth and development. Adolescence is ideally filled with fun things, learning about healthy relationships, learning to explore one's abilities, and planning future goals. In fact, nowadays we often see news on television about unhealthy teenage relationships, inappropriate clothing, brawls between students, bullying in schools, disrespect for parents, disrespect for teachers and even drug use and promiscuity which causes pregnant out of wedlock, we also encounter this behavior in the school environment. This behavior can be said to be moral degradation or moral decline in teenagers. The role of a guidance and counseling teacher is very important to prevent or reduce moral degradation by providing one of the services in Guidance Counseling, namely Group Counseling services. This research aims to examine the effectiveness of group counseling services in reducing moral degradation in adolescents, especially students at school. This research uses qualitative research. The conclusion of this research is that guidance and counseling teachers can use group counseling services as an effort to reduce the moral degradation of teenagers, especially students at school.
