Abstract

Growing consumer knowledge of environmental issues has fueled demand for ecologically friendly items, particularly cosmetics, impacting consumer loyalty and product diversification. Social media marketing is critical in building a positive brand image and influencing purchasing decisions for environmentally friendly products. The purpose of this study is to look into the impact of social media marketing on brand image, brand trust, and consumer purchase interest in environmentally friendly products, namely Avoskin Skincare products. The study employs quantitative approaches and involves active social media consumers who are familiar with Avoskin and live in Surakarta. Data were collected via an online questionnaire with a 1-5 Likert Scale and a sample size of 170 respondents. Data analysis utilizing the SEM-PLS approach reveals a positive correlation between social media marketing, brand image, brand trust, and consumer purchasing interest. These findings demonstrate that an effective social media marketing strategy can form positive opinions and improve brand confidence, ultimately encouraging consumers to purchase environmentally friendly products like Avoskin

Abstract

Business success is the primary goal for companies, especially in facing the increasingly intense competition in the global market. The dynamic changes in the market, technological advancements, and shifts in consumer preferences compel companies to continually innovate and adapt. This study aims to understand the role of innovation, product quality, and corporate strategy in supporting business success. Using a literature review approach, this research highlights how innovation is crucial not only in developing new products but also in improving the operational efficiency of companies. High product quality can enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty, leading to business growth. Additionally, an effective and flexible corporate strategy enables companies to better respond to market changes. The findings of this study demonstrate that the integration of innovation, product quality, and corporate strategy is key to achieving long-term business success. These insights provide practical and theoretical value for companies, academics, and policymakers in formulating more adaptive and sustainable business strategies.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the influence of investment in an area with a level of education on economic growth in the vulnerable city of Bandar Lampung from 2019 to 2023. According to data collected at BPS Lampung Province 2023, the economic growth of the city of Bandar Lampung from 2019 to 2023 is moving fluctuatingly, which in this case is influenced by several factors, including investment in the workforce and the level of education in the city of Bandar Lampung. The data used in this research uses vulnerable secondary data from 2019 to 2023 using documentation methods obtained from the BPS of Bandar Lampung City province. By using multiple linear regression analysis. The results of research referring to investment fulfillment based on linear regression test results show results on investment variables (0.0230.05) along with education level (0.0010.05) which have a positive effect on the economic growth of the city of Bandar Lampung. And based on the simultaneous level of Bandar Lampung City at 99.8%, which refers to the welfare index that comes from fulfilling investment and education levels in Bandar Lampung City.
