Abstract

Berdasarkan Undang-Undang 23 tahun 2007 tentang perkeretaapian, PT. Kereta Api Indonesia (Persero) merupakan salah satu Badan Usaha Milik Negara (BUMN) yang bergerak di bidang transportasi. Perusahaan ini memiliki banyak unit yang mendukung perjalanan kereta api, salah satunya adalah Unit Pelaksana Teknik (UPT) Resor Sintelis 9.6 Ketapang. Kemajuan sistem informasi saat ini menuntut banyak perusahaan untuk andil dalam hal teknologi informasi. Saat ini penggunaan database atau basis data merupakan sistem yang penting di dalam kehidupan bisnis pada suatu perusahaan. Proses pengolahan data pada UPT. Resor Sintelis 9.6 Ketapang beberapa masih belum tersimpan dalam basis data seperti rekapitulasi laporan npk, data perawatan berkala, data overhaul, data inventaris masalah, dan data alat kerja. Sehingga dapat menyebabkan beberapa masalah yang timbul, seperti pengolahan data lama, duplikasi data, serta penyimpanan data kurang efektif. Dalam upaya mendukung peningkatan pengolahan data, diperlukan database atau basis data untuk mendukung aktifitas di bidang perawatan sinyal, telekomunikasi, dan listrik Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah merancang basis data pada perawatan preventif dan merancang web untuk basis data yang telah dibuat pada UPT. Resor Sintelis 9.6 Ketapang. Penelitian ini merupakan perancangan sistem informasi preventive maintenance berbasis web yang dapat digunakan untuk menyimpan data-data perawatan atau laporan pada UPT. Resor Sintelis 9.6 Ketapang. Hasil penelitian adalah sebuah aplikasi web sistem informasi preventive maintenance yang mampu menyimpan data (rekapitulasi laporan npk, data perawatan berkala, data inventaris masalah, data overhaul, dan data alat kerja), dapat memberi pemberitahuan pada web apabila ada temuan masalah yang belum diperbaiki, dapat membantu manajemen pengolahan data perawatan atau laporan untuk mendukung proses (entry, query, dan update), dan mampu menampilkan data secara realtime ketika pengguna menambah data laporan atau perawatan pada pengguna yang sedang login tanpa harus reload kembali web yang telah dibuka atau diakses.

Abstract

Elections are a characteristic of a democratic country, held once every 5 years in Indonesia. The holding of democratic elections can’t be separated from the democratic implementation process. Since 2015, elections have been held simultaneously. The 2024 elections will include legislative and presidential votes. In the 2024 elections, several problems have arisen due to the limited number and experience of PPS members, the "technical guidance" implementation schedule, the mechanism for implementing "technical guidance" materials, ad hoc recruitment process, the professionalism and heavy workload of KPPS . Based on these issues, this research aims to analyze the ability to implement technical guidance materials during the voting and vote-counting process by KPPS in the 2024 elections, focusing on the North Petukangan Subdistrict, Pesanggrahan District, South Jakarta. This study used qualitative research methods. Data collection was carried out through interviews in the field with relevant stakeholders. The results of the research indicate that there are still significant obstacles in implementing the voting and vote-counting process by KPPS in North Petukangan Subdistrict. This is influenced by various factors, such as limited time and space in distributing "technical guidance" materials, technological obstacles related to Sirekap, as well as the limited knowledge and experience of KPPS members.
