Abstract

Peningkatan jumlah penduduk Muslim di Indonesia setiap tahun menimbulkan tantangan baru bagi pemerintah dalam mengelola kesejahteraan masyarakat, terutama dalam hal pengelolaan zakat. Efisiensi dan efektivitas dalam pengelolaan zakat menjadi kebutuhan yang mendesak. Untuk menjawab kebutuhan ini, dikembangkanlah aplikasi sistem informasi pengelolaan zakat berbasis web pada Unit Pengumpul Zakat (UPZ) Kecamatan Karawang Barat. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis dan meningkatkan efisiensi administrasi pengelolaan zakat melalui penerapan teknologi informasi. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode waterfall, dengan implementasi framework Laravel, bahasa pemrograman PHP, dan database MySQL. Fitur utama yang dikembangkan meliputi input data muzaki dan mustahik, penerimaan bukti setor zakat, serta pelaporan zakat, infak, dan sedekah. Hasil pengujian menunjukkan bahwa sistem informasi ini mampu meningkatkan efisiensi dan efektivitas dalam pengelolaan zakat di UPZ Kecamatan Karawang Barat. Implementasi sistem ini tidak hanya mempermudah proses administrasi, tetapi juga memberikan laporan yang lebih terintegrasi dan akurat. Aplikasi ini diharapkan dapat menjadi model yang dapat diterapkan oleh lembaga zakat, yayasan, dan DKM lainnya untuk mengoptimalkan pengelolaan zakat. Dengan demikian, sistem ini berkontribusi signifikan terhadap peningkatan kesejahteraan masyarakat melalui pengelolaan zakat yang lebih baik.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the development of talent management for service quality with karaywan performance as an intervening variable at PT. TATSUYA PERKASA SINGARA. The sampling technique used was questionnaires, interviews and observations. The population in this study amounted to 105 people, with a total sample of 51 employees with simple random sampling technique. Data analysis used validity and reliability test, classic assumption test, normality test, multicolonirity test, heterocodasticity test, multiple regression analysis and t test and F test and path analysis test. The analysis used in this study is quantitative and qualitative analysis, in which the analysis uses SPSS version 20.0. The results of this study prove six things, namely, first, that there is a negative and significant effect between recruitment on employee performance. Second, there is a positive and significant influence between training on employee performance. Third, there is a negative and significant effect between compensation for employee performance, fourth, that there is a negative and significant influence between competency on employee performance. Fifth, there is a positive and significant influence between recruitment, training, compensation, and competence on employee performance. Sixth, there is a positive and significant influence between employee performance on service quality.

Abstract

The company where I work is a company that falls into the manufacturing industry category, operating since 2011 in the Bukit Indah City Industrial Area, Purwakarta. The company I work for is in a good competitive position when compared to competing companies. Unipres is in the top ten largest press and stamping companies. One of the competitors for the press and stamping industry in Indonesia is Toyota Boshoku Indonesia. Competitive position of PT. Unipres Indonesia is in the good category because it has succeeded in controlling the stamping market for several car models such as Nissan, Honda, Mitsubishi, Isuzu, Suzuki and Hino. Environmental scanning is monitoring, evaluating, and searching for information from the external and internal environment for important people in the company. The aim is to identify strategic factors, external and internal elements that will determine the company's future. Strategy formulation, especially strategic planning or long-term planning, is usually related to the vision, mission and policies of an agency. Usually strategy development begins with analyzing the situation to find a match between external opportunities and internal strengths with external threats and internal weaknesses.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of brand image and price on consumer purchasing decisions for online fashion products. The research method used a quantitative approach with a survey technique through the distribution of questionnaires to 120 respondents who had purchased fashion products through e-commerce platforms. Data analysis was performed using multiple linear regression using SPSS software. The results show that brand image has a positive and significant effect on consumer purchasing decisions, while price also has a positive but lower influence than brand image. The combination of the two explains 62.4% of the purchasing decision variable. This study emphasizes the importance of company strategies in building a strong brand image and setting competitive prices to increase consumer purchasing interest in the online fashion market.
