Abstract

Clean and healthy living behavior is an effort by a person to maintain the quality and survival of his life, as well as to improve the degree of public health, especially in the school environment. Hand washing with soap is one of the indicators that plays an important role as a reference in the implementation of clean and healthy living behaviors. Good handwashing behavior can prevent health problems, especially in school-age children. However, the low habit of washing hands in school-age children is mainly due to a lack of awareness of the importance of hand washing. Therefore, it is important to provide knowledge and awareness to children about the importance of washing hands with soap in accordance with the recommendations of the World Health Organization (WHO). The purpose of the activity is to increase awareness and understanding of school-age children about the importance of washing hands with soap at SDN 150 Bengkulu Utara. The method of activity is through counseling about washing hands with soap properly and correctly at school. The results showed that most children understood the importance of washing hands with soap, but in practice it has not been fully done consistently. The conclusion of the activities carried out, namely health education in the form of counseling and direct practice about washing hands with soap properly and correctly can be useful so that there is an increase in awareness and knowledge of students about the importance of washing hands with soap. There is also a need for support in the form of providing adequate facilities and an active role from schools and parents in getting used to handwashing with soap in order to create a clean and healthy school environment.Keywords: knowledge, behavior, hand washing Perilaku hidup bersih dan sehat adalah suatu upaya seseorang dalam menjaga kualitas dan kelangsungan hidupnya, serta untuk meningkatkan derajat kesehatan masyarakat, terutama pada lingkungan sekolah. Cuci tangan pakai sabun merupakan salah satu indikator yang berperan penting sebagai acuan dalam pelaksanaan perilaku hidup bersih dan sehat. Perilaku cuci tangan yang baik dapat mencegah terjadinya permasalahan kesehatan, terutama pada anak usia sekolah. Namun, rendahnya kebiasaan cuci tangan pada anak usia sekolah terutama disebabkan oleh kurangnya kesadaran akan pentingnya cuci tangan. Oleh karena itu, penting untuk memberikan pengetahuan serta kesadaran pada anak-anak akan pentingnya cuci tangan pakai sabun yang sesuai dengan anjuran World Health Organization (WHO). Tujuan kegiatan adalah untuk meningkatkan kesadaran serta pemahaman anak usia sekolah mengenai pentingnya cuci tangan pakai sabun di SDN 150 Bengkulu Utara. Metode kegiatan melalui penyuluhan tentang cuci tangan pakai sabun yang baik dan benar di sekolah. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa sebagian besar anak-anak memahami pentingnya cuci tangan pakai sabun, namun secara praktik belum sepenuhnya dilakukan secara konsisten. Kesimpulan dari kegiatan yang dilakukan, yaitu pendidikan kesehatan dengan bentuk penyuluhan serta praktik langsung tentang cuci tangan pakai sabun yang baik dan benar dapat bermanfaat agar terdapat peningkatan kesadaran dan pengetahuan siswa mengenai pentingnya cuci tangan pakai sabun. Perlu juga adanya dukungan berupa penyediaan fasilitas yang memadai serta peran aktif dari pihak sekolah maupun orang tua dalam membiasakan perilaku cuci tangan pakai sabun agar dapat menciptakan lingkungan sekolah yang bersih dan sehat. Abstract

For Generation Z, social media has become an inseparable aspect of daily life, influencing various aspects of consumer behavior, including purchasing decisions. Among the numerous social media platforms, TikTok has emerged as a powerful tool in shaping consumer perceptions, particularly in the beauty and cosmetics industry. In the context of halal cosmetics, TikTok plays a crucial role in enhancing perceived value and strengthening brand trust, both of which are essential factors in influencing purchase intention. This study aims to examine the impact of social media marketing via TikTok on purchase intention, with brand trust and perceived value acting as mediating variables. The research focuses on halal cosmetic products in Bengkulu Province, employing a quantitative methodology. Data collection was conducted through a structured questionnaire, with respondents providing their answers on a five-point Likert scale. A minimum sample size of 95 respondents was determined for this study. The data analysis was carried out using Smart PLS 4.0 to evaluate the relationships between the variables. The findings reveal that social media marketing has a significant and positive effect on purchase intention. Furthermore, brand trust and perceived value serve as mediators, reinforcing the relationship between social media marketing and purchase intention. These results highlight the importance of social media strategies in increasing consumer trust and perceived product value, ultimately driving purchase decisions for halal cosmetics.
