Abstract

This study aims to analyze the characteristics and behavior of visitors to Lippo Cikarang Mall, focusing on demographics, shopping preferences, and satisfaction levels with the facilities and services provided. Efforts to increase the volume of visitors to find out: the number of visitor respondents, the number of respondents who filled out the questionnaire and the statistics of the crowd of visitors. Data was collected through a survey involving 70 respondents who were randomly selected in various areas of the mall. Descriptive statistical analysis is used to describe visitor profiles, while inferential analysis is applied to identify factors that affect customer satisfaction. The results of the study show that the majority of visitors are in the age group of 15-55 years old with an upper-middle-income income. Shopping preferences are more dominant on fashion and food products. The level of visitor satisfaction is high, especially regarding cleanliness, safety, and tenant variety, but there are complaints related to limited parking spaces. This finding provides valuable insights for the management of Lippo Cikarang Mall in formulating strategies to improve services and a better shopping experience for visitors

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the impact of product quality and customer satisfaction on the competitiveness of KFC and Sabana, considering the implementation of ISO 9000 standards. Using a survey method, data were collected from 30 respondents who are customers of both brands. The analysis results indicate that product quality has a significant effect on customer satisfaction, which in turn contributes to enhancing the competitiveness of both companies. KFC, known for its consistency and product innovation, demonstrates higher competitiveness compared to Sabana. However, Sabana also shows commendable efforts in improving quality and customer satisfaction. These findings emphasize the importance of implementing ISO 9000 quality management standards in enhancing product quality and customer satisfaction as key factors in maintaining competitiveness in the fast-food industry. This research provides insights for companies to focus more on quality improvement and service for long-term success.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of transformational leadership, intrinsic motivation, and work discipline on employee productivity. A quantitative approach was used with a sample of 30 employees selected through purposive sampling. Data were collected through questionnaires and analyzed using Statistical Package for the Social Sciences (SPSS). The results show that transformational leadership, intrinsic motivation, and work discipline have a positive and significant impact on employee productivity. These findings indicate that improving leadership quality, fostering intrinsic motivation, and enhancing employee discipline can collectively increase overall productivity. This study provides insights for organizations to enhance managerial effectiveness and human resource management.

Abstract

Inisiatif strategis yang dirancang untuk meningkatkan legalitas dan daya saing usaha mikro, kecil, dan menengah (UMKM) di tingkat desa adalah program sosialisasi dan pendampingan pembuatan Nomor Induk Berusaha (NIB) Desa Nagasari. Keterbatasan informasi, literasi digital, dan akses internet menyebabkan kepemilikan NIB yang rendah. Meskipun demikian, NIB harus dimiliki oleh pelaku usaha oleh pemerintah dan merupakan syarat utama untuk mendapatkan pembiayaan, program kemitraan, dan perlindungan hukum. Kegiatan dilaksanakan dari 2 hingga 6 Agustus 2025 dengan metode partisipasi dan bimbingan teknis langsung. Setelah berhasil mendapatkan dokumen legal, 34 pelaku UMKM dari tujuh RT di Desa Nagasari mengikuti proses pembuatan NIB melalui sistem OSS-RBA. Peserta berasal dari berbagai industri, seperti makanan, seni, perdagangan, dan jasa. Peserta tidak hanya mendapatkan pendampingan administrasi selama kegiatan, tetapi mereka juga diajarkan tentang keuntungan dan fungsi NIB, cara pendaftaran online, dan peluang pengembangan bisnis yang tersedia setelah legalitas diperoleh. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan bahwa pendampingan langsung bekerja dengan baik dalam mengatasi masalah teknis dan nonteknis, seperti masalah koneksi internet dan kelengkapan dokumen. Kesuksesan penerbitan NIB seratus persen menunjukkan bahwa masalah utama bukan kompleksitas prosedur, tetapi kurangnya pengetahuan dan keterampilan digital bisnis. Program ini juga membantu menyusun database UMKM desa, yang dapat digunakan untuk merencanakan ekonomi berdasarkan potensi lokal. Secara keseluruhan, manfaat nyata dari program ini termasuk meningkatkan kepercayaan diri pelaku UMKM, memberi mereka kesempatan untuk mengakses program pemerintah, mempermudah memperoleh pembiayaan, dan memperkuat posisi mereka di pasar formal. Hasilnya menunjukkan bahwa model pendampingan berbasis praktik langsung dapat diterapkan di desa lain dengan masalah serupa. Untuk menjamin keberlanjutan dampak program, implementasi berkelanjutan diperlukan melalui kolaborasi pemerintah desa, lembaga keuangan, dan dinas terkait.
