This study aims to determine the effect of workload, work stress and job satisfaction on turnover intention. The object of this study was the employees of gas station 54,811.05 Lokapaksa Village, Seririt District. The data collection method used is to use field information that is distributed to all employees of the Lokapaksa Village Gas Station furthermore, the data were analyzed using SEM-PLS (Smart Equation Modeling- Partial Least Square) issue 3.0 using the number of respondents used by 36 respondents, the selection of informants used saturated sampling techniques. As a result of the study, the workload has a positive and significant effect on turnover intention in lokapaksa village gas station employees. Then work stress has a positive and significant effect on turnover intention in lokapaksa village gas station employees. Job satisfaction has a negative and insignificant effect on turnover intention in lokapaksa village gas station employees.ABSTRAKPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh beban kerja, stress kerja serta kepuasan kerja terhadap turnover intention. Objek dari penelitian ini ialah karyawan SPBU 54.811.05 Desa Lokapaksa Kecamatan Seririt. Metode pengumpulan data yang dipakai yaitu memakai informasi lapangan yang disebarkan untuk semua karyawan SPBU Desa Lokapaksa yang selanjutnya data dianalisis memakai SEM-PLS (Smart Equation Modeling- Partial Least Square) terbitan 3.0 menggunakan jumlah responden yang dipergunakan sebesar 36 responden, pemilihan informan memakai teknik sampling jenuh. Akibat penelitian memberikan bahwa beban kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap turnover intention di karyawan SPBU Desa Lokapaksa. Lalu stres kerja berpengaruh positif serta signifikan terhadap turnover intention di karyawan SPBU Desa Lokapaksa. Kepuasan kerja berpengaruh negatif dan tidak signifikan terhadap turnover intention di karyawan SPBU Desa Lokapaksa.
