<![CDATA[The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of Managerial and Making Decision Skills and Human and time Managerial on MSME Performance. The number of workers in these MSMEs is 50 people who will be used in the sample in this study. This research was conducted using a quantitative approach. The data collection methods used in this research are questionnaires and documentation. The analysis technique used in this research is a variance-based structural equation modeling (Structural Equation ModelingSEM) or Component based SEM, which is famously called Partial Least Square (PLS) Visual version 2.0. The results of this study state that the parameter coefficient value of the relationship between Managerial and Making Decision Skill on MSME Performance is 0.000 and the t-statistic value is 4.473, Human and time Managerial on MSME Performance moderated by skills and knowledge is 0.018 and the t-statistic value is 2.375. It can be stated that all constructs have a positive and significant effect.ABSTRAKTujuan dalam penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Manajerial and Making Decision Skill dan Human and time Manajerial terhadap Kinerja UMKM. Jumlah tenaga kerja pada UMKM tersebut sebanyak 50 orang yang akan digunakan dalam sample dalam penelitian ini. Penelitian ini dilakukan menggunakan pendekatan secara kuantitatif. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Kuesioner dan Dokumentasi. Teknik analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah model persamaan struktural (Structural Equation ModelingSEM) berbasis variance atau Component based SEM, yang terkenal disebut Partial Least Square (PLS) Visual version 2.0. Hasil dari penelitian ini menyatakan bahwa nilai koefisien parameter dari hubungan antara Manajerial and Making Decision Skill terhadap Kinerja UMKM sebesar 0,000 dan nilai t-statistic sebesar 4,473, Human and time Manajerial terhadap Kinerja UMKM yang dimoderasi oleh skill and knowledge sebesar 0,018 dan nilai t-statistic sebesar 2,375.
