Abstract

This study examines employees' perceptions of work-life balance implementation in a hybrid work environment, a model that has gained popularity in the post-COVID-19 era. Hybrid work arrangements offer flexibility by allowing employees to alternate between remote and office-based work, providing opportunities to balance professional and personal responsibilities. However, the blurred boundaries between work and personal life in a hybrid setting can create challenges, such as overworking, interruptions during personal time, and social isolation. Using a qualitative approach, this study explores the experiences, challenges, and factors influencing work-life balance in hybrid work environments. Data were collected through semi-structured interviews and focus group discussions with employees from various sectors. The findings reveal that while hybrid work promotes flexibility and autonomy, it also increases the risk of stress and burnout due to a lack of clear boundaries and insufficient organizational support. Factors such as flexible scheduling, supportive leadership, and access to user-friendly digital tools were identified as enablers of work-life balance. This research highlights the dual impact of hybrid work on work-life balance and emphasizes the need for clear organizational policies, leadership training, and technological support to ensure employee well-being. The findings provide actionable recommendations for organizations to optimize hybrid work practices.

Abstract

Program pengabdian masyarakat ini dilakukan untuk mendukung UMKM perempuan Sisterfood yang merupakan salah satu usaha yang bergerak di bidang F&B yaitu penyediaan kue basah berkonsep snack box. Permasalahan yang dihadapi mitra adalah keberagaman pilihan menu kue untuk produk snack box tidak dapat dipenuhi oleh mitra sendiri karena keterbatasan SDM dan alat produksi, sehingga mitra memanfaatkan lokasi mitra yang merupakan lokasi padat penduduk untuk melakukan pemberdayaan terhadap ibu-ibu rumah tangga dalam membuat berbagai jenis kue. Kegiatan ini bertujuan untuk mendukung keberlanjutan usaha produktif mitra melalui penyusunan strategi pengembangan usaha yang dilakukan baik dari segi kualitas maupun kuantitas produk yang melibatkan ibu-ibu rumah tangga di sekitar lokasi mitra, serta pemasaran produk agar lebih dikenal oleh pelanggan dan dapat bersaing dengan kompetitor. Metode pelaksanaan kegiatan mencakup: sosialisasi, pelatihan, penerapan teknologi, pendampingan dan evaluasi, dan keberlanjutan program. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan peningkatan pemahaman mitra terhadap metode peningkatan omset dengan pemasaran digital serta penggunaan teknologi pada sistem produksi untuk menghasilkan kualitas dan kuantitas hasil produksi; terdapat akun bisnis di platform e-commerce; asset peralatan untuk menunjang produksi.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze and enhance digital-based product marketing strategies for MSME actors in Makassar City. This research adopts a case study approach focusing on the Mom To Mom (MTM) Mompreneur Community in Makassar. The study was conducted over a two-month period, from April to May 2024. The sampling technique employed was purposive sampling, involving 37 MSME actors operating in the culinary, fashion, services, and other sectors. Data analysis was carried out using SWOT analysis. The findings indicate that the effective and sustainable utilization of digital technology as a medium for promotion and marketing enables MSME products to gain greater market recognition, thereby increasing sales. Furthermore, the creation of high-quality, creative, and innovative promotional content on a consistent basis also contributes to attracting customer interest, expanding market reach, boosting sales, and ensuring long-term business stability. MSME actors need to remain adaptive to technological advancements as an integral part of their product marketing strategies.

Abstract

English Vannamei shrimp cultivation has an important role in increasing fish production to meet the food and nutritional needs as well as to meet the needs of domestic and foreign markets, to expand employment opportunities, to increase incomes and livelihoods of fishers and fish farmers, as well as preserving the aquatic biological resources. The aim of this study is to analyze the efficiency level of vannamei shrimp cultivation in Takalar regency. The research was conducted in Takalar regency, South Sulawesi from August to September 2018, the respondents were selected by using the cluster sampling method. The results show that the determinant coefficient (R2) is 0848 or 84.8 percent. This means that there is an 84.8 percent influence of the independent variabels of Labor (X1), feed (X2), Seeds (X3), and Technology (X4) on the average production of vannamei shrimps (Y) in Takalar, while the remaining 15.2 percent is caused by other variabels not included in this study. The influence of feed, seed / juveniles, and technology related positively and significantly to the production of vannamei shrimp in Takalar regency, while the labor variabel is relative positively but not significantly. The scale of vannamei shrimp business in Takalar regency is in the position of Decreasing Return to Scale. Presently, none of the of production factor vannamei shrimp cultivation reaches the level of economic efficiency. Keywords: Efficiency, Vannamei shrimp, Cultivation Indonesia Budidaya udang vannamei memiliki peran penting dalam usaha meningkatkan produksi perikanan untuk memenuhi kebutuhan pangan dan gizi serta memenuhi kebutuhan pasar dalam dan luar negeri, memperluas kesempatan kerja, meningkatkan pendapatan dan kesejahtraan nelayan dan petani ikan, serta menjaga kelestarian sumberdaya hayati perairan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah menganalisis tingkat efisiensi budidaya udang vannamei di Kab.Takalar. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di Kabupaten Takalar, Sulawesi Selatan pada bulan Agustus-September 2018. Penentuan responden dengan menggunakan metode Cluster Sampling. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa koefisien determinan (R2) yang diperoleh adalah sebesar 0.848 atau 84.8 persen yang dapat diartikan bahwa terdapat 84.8 persen pengaruh variabel independen Tenaga Kerja (X1), Pakan (X2), Bibit (X3), dan Teknologi (X4) terhadap rata rata produksi udang vannamei (Y) di Kabupaten Takalar, sedangkan sisanya yaitu 15.2 persen disebabkan oleh variabel variabel lain yang tidak dimasukkan dalam penelitian. Pengaruh pakan, bibit/ benur, dan teknologi berhubungan positif dan signifikan terhadap produksi udang vannamei di Kabupaten Takalar, variabel tenaga kerja berhubungan positif namun tidak signifikan terhadap produksi udang vannamei di Kabupaten Takalar, skala usaha budidaya udang vannamei di Kabupaten Takalar berada dalam Decreasing Return to Scale. Belum ada faktor produksi usaha budidaya udang vannamei yang mencapai tingkat efisiensi secara ekonomi Kata Kunci: Efisiensi, Udang Vannamei, Budidaya

Abstract

ABSTRAKProgram Kegiatan Pengabdian Masyarakat bekerjasama dengan Mitra ATI (Air Tahu Alami) merupakan salah satu UKM home industry. Adapun tujuan dari PKM ini yaitu untuk meningkatkan kegiatan usaha dengan perbaikan manajemen, peningkatan produksi, kemasan baru, promosi & pembuatan Ms. Exel yang memberikan berbagai keunggulan. Adapun tahapan pada PKM ini yaitu Tahapan persiapan, tahapan pengadaan alat dan bahan, tahapan pendampingan proses pembuatan susu kedelai, tahapan pendampingan desain kemasan dan labeling, tahapan pendampingan pembuatan laporan menggunakan Exel. Adapun luaran dari Kegiatan Pengabdian Pada Masyarakat PKM ini menjadikan usaha home industry ATI (Susus Air Tahu) menggunakan suatu konsep inovasi, penetrasi pasar, dimana mitra fokus pada penjualan produk yang sebelumnya telah ada di pasar dengan peningkatan jumlah produksi, menggunakan kemasan desain dan labeling baru yang menarik dan pembukuan laporan  usaha menggunakan perangkat Ms. Excel. Dimana usaha ATI tersebut berada pada posisi progresif, yaitu kuat dan dapat bersaing. Sehingga dapat memperbaiki perekonomian. Kata Kunci : strategi; pengembangan; usaha; susu kedelai ABSTRACTThe Community Service Activity Programme, in collaboration with ATI Partners (Air Tahu Alami), is one of the UKM home industries. The aim of this PKM is to increase business activities by improving management, increasing production, new packaging, promotion, and making Ms. Excel, which provides various advantages. The stages in this PKM are the preparation stage, the stage for procuring tools and materials, the stage for assisting in the process of making soy milk, the stage for assisting with packaging design and labeling, and  the stage for assisting in making reports using Excel. The output of this PKM Community Service Activity is that the home industry business ATI (Susus Air Tahu) uses the concept of innovation and market penetration, where partners focus on selling products that previously existed on the market by increasing the amount of production and using new packaging designs and labeling. interesting and bookkeeping business reports using MS Excel. ATI's business is in a progressive position, namely strong and able to compete. So it can improve the economy. Keywords: strategy; development; business; soy milk
