Abstract

This research aims to explain the perspective of Islamic law on investment. Investment is an activity carried out by individuals or institutions with the aim of obtaining financial benefits in the future. In the Islamic context, investments must adhere to the principles of Sharia law, which govern justice, halalness, and blessings. This article outlines the concepts and principles of investment in Islamic law, including the prohibitions against riba (usury), gharar (uncertainty), and maysir (gambling). Additionally, it discusses the types of investments permitted in Islam, such as mudharabah (profit-sharing partnership), musyarakah (capital partnership), and ijara (lease). Furthermore, it highlights the importance of ethics and social responsibility in investment based on Islamic values. The results of this study show that the Islamic legal perspective on investment has unique principles and provides guidance for Muslims in managing their finances with regard to moral and ethical aspects. This research is expected to provide better insights into investments that are in accordance with Islamic principles and can serve as a reference for interested individuals or institutions seeking to make investments based on Islamic values.

Abstract

The Revenue Management Technology Implementation Unit (UPT) Bagan Batu with the support of the Riau Regional Revenue Agency (Bapenda) has a strategic role. As one of the authorities tasked with managing regional revenue sources, the UPT is tasked with optimizing the collection of taxes, import duties, and other legitimate sources of revenue. Given the complexity of these tasks, aspects of public service and human resources (HR) are the keys to operational success. The purpose of this article is to determine the technical services and human resource management at the Bagan Batu Revenue Management UPT. This study uses a qualitative approach with the aim of deeply understanding the technical services and human resource management (HR) at the Bagan Batu Revenue Management UPT, Riau Province Regional Revenue Agency (Bapenda). Human resource management (HR) and public services at the Bagan Batu Revenue Management UPT have a strategic role in supporting the optimization of regional revenue. Effective and efficient services are supported by information technology and good HR governance.

Abstract

Abstrak Studi ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis peran strategi pemasaran digital dalam pembangunan merek dalam tim Formula Satu, dengan fokus pada studi kasus Scuderia Ferrari. Formula Satu telah berkembang melampaui kompetisi motorsport menjadi platform pemasaran global yang kompetitif, terutama dalam hal visibilitas merek. Di era digital, Ferrari menerapkan berbagai strategi seperti konten eksklusif, penceritaan emosional, pengoptimalan media sosial, pemasaran influencer, dan penggunaan teknologi baru seperti esports dan NFT untuk memperkuat citra mereknya. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan studi kasus kualitatif, memanfaatkan observasi dan analisis konten digital sebagai metode pengumpulan data. Temuan tersebut menunjukkan bahwa Ferrari telah berhasil menumbuhkan loyalitas penggemar dan mempertahankan citra merek eksklusifnya melalui integrasi digital yang efektif. Studi ini memberikan wawasan praktis bagi pelaku industri olahraga dan profesional pemasaran dalam memanfaatkan Kata kunci: Pemasaran Digital, Merek, Formula Satu, Ferrari, Sponsorship

Abstract

Google Drive is a cloud storage service that allows users to store various types of information, including images, videos, documents, spreadsheets and presentations. Google, Inc. has controlled Google Drive since April 2012. Users are provided with 15 GB of free storage space, which is backed by Google Docs. Google Drive provides convenient access 24/7 from any device. Users can choose to display files as a list of images or as a grid of large icons. While the grid view shows a preview of the first page of a file, the list view shows details about the owner of the file and the last modified date. Using the Share button, which gives access to document and editing settings, makes it easy to share files or documents. The service includes unlimited storage, advanced file filtering and reporting tools, eDiscovery services, comprehensive administration tools, and new APIs built with enterprise needs in mind.
