Abstract

Spodoptera exigua is the main pest that attacks the onion crop. S.exigua attack can cause crop failure reaching 57%-100%. The use of natural ingredients from plants for vegetable pesticides such as papaya leaves and mahogany leaves containing secondary metabolite compounds: alkaloids, papain, saponins, tannins, terpenoids, flavonoids and steroids that can damage the feeding activity system and damage the pest growth system which eventually the pest will die. This study uses a non-factorial RAL (Completely Randomized Rack) method with 7 treatments M0= Control, M1= Papaya leaf extract 30%, M2= Papaya leaf extract 60%, M3= Mahogany leaf extract 30%, M4= Mahogany leaf extract 60%, M5 = Papaya leaf extract 15% + mahogany leaf extract 15%, M6= Papaya leaf extract 30% + mahogany leaf extract 30%. The highest mortality result is 72.50% with the treatment of 60% papaya extract vegetable pesticide and the lowest is 27.50% with the treatment of 30% mahogany extract vegetable pesticide. The initial symptoms of death of S. exigua caterpillars are characterized by larvae that are less active in moving, moving to the surface of the container, moving away from the feed, convulsing and finally dying. The mortality of S. exigua larvae at 24 JSA killed a total of 14 larvae and increased with each subsequent treatment. The results of the vegetable pesticide test on natural enemies using extracts that produce the highest percentage of mortality on S. exigua is 100%. This indicates that the extract is safe for the survival of natural enemies. Plant-based pesticides papaya leaf extract, mahogany leaves and a combination of papaya and mahogany leaves have an effect on the mortality of S. exigua caterpillars

Abstract

Abstract

Purpose of the study: This study aims to analyze the implementation, advantages, challenges, and impacts of E-Learning, Blended Learning, and Hybrid Learning models in physics education through a systematic literature review of nationally accredited journal articles published between 2016 and 2025. Methodology: The research employed a literature review method, drawing on 55 articles from nationally accredited journals published between 2016 and 2025. Sources were obtained from Garuda Kemdikbud, Sinta, university journal portals, and open repositories. The selection process applied inclusion–exclusion criteria, keyword-based searches, and classification according to learning models (E-Learning, Blended Learning, and Hybrid Learning) in the context of physics education. Main Findings: The results indicate that E-Learning enhances students’ independence, creativity, and conceptual understanding through digital platforms such as Moodle, Google Sites, and Chamilo. Blended Learning effectively reduces misconceptions and improves learning outcomes by combining face-to-face and online instruction. Meanwhile, Hybrid Learning provides the most optimal academic achievement by integrating synchronous and asynchronous learning. Nevertheless, all three models face challenges related to infrastructure limitations, teacher preparedness, and students’ digital literacy. Novelty/Originality of this study: This study offers a comprehensive comparative analysis of E-Learning, Blended Learning, and Hybrid Learning in physics education, which has not previously been systematically reviewed. It enriches the body of knowledge by synthesizing empirical evidence, highlighting the strengths, weaknesses, and integration potential of the three models, and providing valuable insights for educators and policymakers in adopting effective digital learning strategies.

Abstract

The wealth paid for zakat will not simply disappear, but instead will increase, grow, and develop. The wealth paid for zakat can also make the wealth pure and blessed. The implementation of zakat is one of the worship that is related to individuals so that its distribution is truly guided by the principles of humanity. This research is a descriptive qualitative approach, to obtain the understanding of the Gondang Lumayang Community regarding agricultural zakat through interviews. The Gondang Lumayang Community consists of 150 heads of households, most of whom make a living as farmers. There are some who have their own rice fields, but there are also rice fields that are rented. This study aims to determine how the concept is applied by the community in paying agricultural zakat, what are the obstacles in paying agricultural zakat, and what solutions to overcome these obstacles. The results of this study are that farmers in Gondang Lumayang village have paid zakat, but not in accordance with the provisions of zakat. Some of them give alms to the mosque after the harvest due to the lack of understanding in paying agricultural zakat.
