Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine consumer perceptions of service quality which consists of five dimensions of service quality including reliability, responsiveness, assurance, empathy and physical evidence. In this study, the author uses a descriptive research form by using a questionnaire of 100 respondents as the main data collection tool, accompanied by observations, questionnaires, and documentary studies. The data analysis technique is qualitative. Sampling using purposive sampling that is using samples taken on some specific criteria or considerations. The results obtained from this study are the school library in implementing service quality is the performance provided in accordance with the expectations of visitors, the response or alertness of the officers in helping customers and providing responsive service, the guarantees offered are in line with expectations, and the attention given by the parties. school libraries such as serving visitors, being alert when providing excellent service and implementing facilities that are felt to be very useful. ABSTRAKTujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui persepsi konsumen terhadap kualitas pelayanan yang terdiri dari lima dimensi kualitas pelayanan meliputi kehandalan, daya tanggap, jaminan, empati dan bukti fisik. Dalam penelitian ini penulis menggunakan bentuk penelitian deskriptif dengan menggunakan kuesioner sebanyak 100 responden sebagai alat pengumpulan data utama, disertai dengan observasi, kuesioner, dan studi dokumenter. Teknik analisis data adalah kualitatif. Pengambilan sampel menggunakan purposive sampling yaitu menggunakan sampel yang diambil atas beberapa kriteria atau pertimbangan tertentu. Hasil yang diperoleh dari penelitian ini adalah perpustakaan sekolah dalam melaksanakan kualitas pelayanan adalah kinerja yang diberikan sesuai dengan harapan pengunjung, respon atau kesigapan petugas dalam membantu pelanggan dan memberikan pelayanan yang tanggap, jaminan yang ditawarkan sesuai dengan harapan, dan perhatian yang diberikan oleh pihak perpustakaan sekolah seperti melayani pengunjung, sigap saat memberikan pelayanan prima dan melaksanakan fasilitas yang dirasa sangat bermanfaat.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh Live Streaming Dan Konten Marketing Terhadap Keputusan Pembelian Pada Tokopedia di Kota Singkawang. Di era digital yang terus berkembang, live streaming dan konten marketing menjadi faktor yang mempengaruhi perilaku konsumen. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif deskriptif. Sampel penelitian terdiri dari 100 responden yang merupakan pengguna Tokopedia di Kota Singkawang. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner dan dianalisis menggunakan teknik regresi linear berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa live streaming dan konten marketing memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian pada tokopedia di kota singkawang.

Abstract

Bridging Borders through Financial Technology: An Analysis of Determinants of Fintech Adoption among MSMEs in Indonesia's Border Regions. This study aims to identify and analyze the factors that influence the intention to adopt financial technology among Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in Indonesia's border regions. As fintech services continue to grow rapidly, a deep understanding of the drivers and barriers to technology adoption is crucial for enhancing financial inclusion in the SME sector, particularly in border regions with unique socio-economic characteristics. The study employs a quantitative approach using Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling to analyze data from 300 SME respondents across various border regions in Indonesia. The variables studied include perceived usefulness, perceived ease, social influence, sense of security, and digital financial literacy, with control variables such as education level, age, residence, and proximity to the border. The results indicate that all independent variables have a significant positive influence on the intention to adopt fintech, with a stronger effect on SMEs in border regions. Digital financial literacy was found to moderate the relationships between variables, while proximity to the border strengthens all relationships in the model. This study contributes to the development of an inclusive and sustainable fintech ecosystem in Indonesia's border regions.
