Human resources are a crucial factor that must always be considered in an organization, because the achievement of the vision and implementation of the mission are basically managed by humans. Performance refers to the level of achievement or results of individual work in accordance with the targets or tasks that must be completed within a certain period of time based on their respective responsibilities. This study aims to evaluate the effect of job training, communication, and work discipline variables on employee performance, both partially and simultaneously. This study uses a quantitative approach with a saturated sampling technique involving 60 respondents. Data were collected through a survey with a questionnaire filled out by employees of PT. Virginia Estetika (Farina Beauty Clinic). Data analysis involved validity testing, reliability testing, classical assumption testing, multiple linear regression analysis, and hypothesis testing using t-test and f-test, as well as analysis of the coefficient of determination (R²). The results of the analysis show that job training, communication, and work discipline partially affect employee performance. In addition, simultaneously, the three variables also have a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Abstrak Sumber daya manusia adalah faktor krusial yang harus selalu diperhatikan dalam suatu organisasi, karena pencapaian visi dan pelaksanaan misi pada dasarnya dikelola oleh manusia. Kinerja mengacu pada tingkat pencapaian atau hasil kerja individu sesuai dengan sasaran atau tugas yang harus diselesaikan dalam jangka waktu tertentu berdasarkan tanggung jawab masing-masing. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi pengaruh variabel pelatihan kerja, komunikasi, dan disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan, baik secara parsial maupun simultan. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan teknik pengambilan sampel jenuh yang melibatkan 60 responden. Data dikumpulkan melalui survei dengan kuesioner yang diisi oleh karyawan PT. Virginia Estetika (Farina Beauty Clinic). Analisis data melibatkan uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, uji asumsi klasik, analisis regresi linear berganda, serta uji hipotesis menggunakan uji t dan uji f, serta analisis koefisien determinasi (R²). Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa pelatihan kerja, komunikasi, dan disiplin kerja secara parsial berpengaruh pada kinerja karyawan. Selain itu, secara simultan, ketiga variabel tersebut juga memberikan pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan.
