Abstrak Latar Belakang: Quality or Work Life adalah persepsi karyawan tentang kesejahteraan mental dan fisik di tempat kerja yang dapat mempengaruhi kinerja. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis hubungan quality of work life beserta komponennya terhadap kinerja dokter di RSUD Batara Siang Kabupaten Pangkep. Penelitian dilaksanakan di RSUD Batara Siang Kabupaten Pangkep. Metode: Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan pendekatan observasional analitik dengan desain cross sectional. Pengambilan sampel pada penelitian ini dilakukan menggunakan metode total sampling terhadap 52 dokter. Analisis data menggunakan uji Chi Square dan regresi logistik biner. Hasil: Hasil penelitian menggunakan analisis bivariat menunjukan bahwa variabel yang memiliki hubungan signifikan dengan kinerja adalah employee participation (p=0,006), equitable compensation (p=0,006), job security (p=0,007), dan wellness (p=0,007). Sedangkan variabel safe environment (p=0,086) tidak memiliki hubungan signifikan terhadap kinerja dokter. Selanjutnya, dari seluruh komponen quality of work life, employee participation merupakan variabel yang paling berpengaruh terhadap kinerja dokter (B= 0,236, p=0,044). Kesimpulan: Peningkatan komponen quality of work life, terutama dala hal employee participation, equitable compensation, job security dan wellness dapat menjadi strategi efektif untuk meningkatkan kinerja dokter dan kualitas pelayanan kesehatan di rumah sakit. Abstract Background: Quality or Work Life is an employee's perception of their mental and physical well-being at work that contributes to the employee's job performance. This study aims to analyze the relationship between quality of work life and its components to doctor's work performance in Public Regional Hospital Batara Siang Pangkep Regency. The study was conducted at Public Regional Hospital Batara Siang Pangkep Regency. Method: This study used quantitative research with an observational analytical approach with a cross-sectional design. This study used total sampling of 52 doctors. The analysis of the study used Chi Square and regresi binary logistic. Result: The results of the study indicate that employee participation (p = 0.006), equitable compensation (p = 0.006), job security (p = 0.007), and wellness (p = 0.007) have significant relation to doctor’s performance. Meanwhile, safe environment (p = 0.086) have no significant relationship with doctor performance. Out of all the components of quality of work life, employee participation has the most influential effect on physician performance (B = 0,236, p = 0.044). Conclusion: Improving components of quality of work life especially employee participation, equitable compensation, job security, and wellness can be an effective strategy to improve physician performance and the quality of health services in hospitals.
