Abstract

ABSTRAK Latar Belakang: Manajemen rumah sakit harus menyadari bahwa keberhasilan organisasi sangat bergantung pada sumber daya manusia yang berkinerja tinggi, termasuk dokter. Kepuasan kerja dokter di rumah sakit dipengaruhi oleh beberapa faktor, seperti faktor intrapersonal (usia, jenis kelamin, tingkat pendidikan), faktor interpersonal (konten pekerjaan, peran pemimpin, dukungan atasan), dan faktor organisasi. Tujuan: Untuk menganalisis faktor-faktor yang berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan kerja dokter di RSUD Lagaligo. Metode: Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan jumlah responden sebanyak 47 orang. Analisis data menggunakan analisis regresi linear berganda. Hasil: Penelitian ini meneunjukan bahwa Kompensasi (X1) dan (Directiveness Leadership X2) tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja (Y). (Supportiveness Leadership X3) , (Participative Leadership X4) dan Lingkungan kerja (X5) berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja dokter di RSUD Lagaligo. Kesimpulan: Variabel kompensasi dan Directiveness Leadership tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja dokter di RSUD Lagaligo. Supportiveness Leadership, Participate Leadership dan Lingkungan Kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja dokter di RSUD Lagaligo. Secara simultan, kompensasi, gaya kepemimpinan, dan lingkungan kerja memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja dokter di RSUD Lagaligo, yang konsisten dengan penelitian sebelumnya yang menyoroti pentingnya faktor-faktor ini. ABSTRACT Background: Hospital management must recognise that the success of an organisation greatly depends on high-performing human resources, including doctors. Doctors' job satisfaction in hospitals is influenced by several factors, such as intrapersonal factors (age, gender, level of education), interpersonal factors (job content, role of leaders, superior support), and organisational factors. Objective: To analyse the factors influencing doctors' job satisfaction at RSUD Lagaligo. Method: The research employed a quantitative approach with 80 respondents. Data analysis was conducted using multiple linear regression analysis. Results: The study revealed that Compensation (X1) and Directiveness Leadership (X2) do not significantly affect job satisfaction (Y). However, Supportiveness Leadership (X3), Participative Leadership (X4), and the work environment (X5) significantly affect doctors' job satisfaction at RSUD Lagaligo. Conclusion: The variables of compensation and Directiveness Leadership do not significantly influence doctors' job satisfaction at RSUD Lagaligo. Supportiveness Leadership, Participative Leadership, and the work environment significantly affect doctors' job satisfaction at RSUD Lagaligo. Overall, compensation, leadership styles, and the work environment significantly influence doctors' job satisfaction at RSUD Lagaligo, consistent with previous research highlighting the importance of these factors.

Abstract

Abstrak Latar Belakang: Quality or Work Life adalah persepsi karyawan tentang kesejahteraan mental dan fisik di tempat kerja yang dapat mempengaruhi kinerja. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis hubungan quality of work life beserta komponennya terhadap kinerja dokter di RSUD Batara Siang Kabupaten Pangkep. Penelitian dilaksanakan di RSUD Batara Siang Kabupaten Pangkep. Metode: Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan pendekatan observasional analitik dengan desain cross sectional. Pengambilan sampel pada penelitian ini dilakukan menggunakan metode total sampling terhadap 52 dokter. Analisis data menggunakan uji Chi Square dan regresi logistik biner. Hasil: Hasil penelitian menggunakan analisis bivariat menunjukan bahwa variabel yang memiliki hubungan signifikan dengan kinerja adalah employee participation (p=0,006), equitable compensation (p=0,006), job security (p=0,007), dan wellness (p=0,007). Sedangkan variabel safe environment (p=0,086) tidak memiliki hubungan signifikan terhadap kinerja dokter. Selanjutnya, dari seluruh komponen quality of work life, employee participation merupakan variabel yang paling berpengaruh terhadap kinerja dokter (B= 0,236, p=0,044).   Kesimpulan: Peningkatan komponen quality of work life, terutama dala hal employee participation, equitable compensation, job security dan wellness dapat menjadi strategi efektif untuk meningkatkan kinerja dokter dan kualitas pelayanan kesehatan di rumah sakit. Abstract Background: Quality or Work Life is an employee's perception of their mental and physical well-being at work that contributes to the employee's job performance. This study aims to analyze the relationship between quality of work life and its components to doctor's work performance in Public Regional Hospital Batara Siang Pangkep Regency. The study was conducted at Public Regional Hospital Batara Siang Pangkep Regency. Method: This study used quantitative research with an observational analytical approach with a cross-sectional design. This study used total sampling of 52 doctors. The analysis of the study used Chi Square and regresi binary logistic. Result: The results of the study indicate that employee participation (p = 0.006), equitable compensation (p = 0.006), job security (p = 0.007), and wellness (p = 0.007) have significant relation to doctor’s performance. Meanwhile, safe environment (p = 0.086) have no significant relationship with doctor performance. Out of all the components of quality of work life, employee participation has the most influential effect on physician performance (B = 0,236, p = 0.044). Conclusion: Improving components of quality of work life especially employee participation, equitable compensation, job security, and wellness can be an effective strategy to improve physician performance and the quality of health services in hospitals.

Abstract

ABSTRAK Latar Belakang: Manajemen logistik alat-alat kesehatan di rumah sakit menjadi hal yang sangat urgen karena berkaitan dengan pelayanan kesehatan masyarakat. Laporan Inventaris Barang Milik Daerah pada RSUD Prof. Dr. H.M. Anwar Makkatutu Bantaeng Tahun 2023 menunjukkan bahwa 3% dari total alat kesehatan yang dimiliki rumah sakit dalam kondisi rusak atau hilang. Angka ini mungkin terlihat kecil, namun dampaknya sangat signifikan terhadap pelayanan kesehatan. Alat-alat yang rusak tidak dapat digunakan, sementara alat yang hilang mengurangi kapasitas layanan dan menambah beban biaya pengadaan. Kurangnya pemeliharaan berkala, keterbatasan anggaran untuk perbaikan, dan kurangnya tenaga teknisi yang kompeten menjadi faktor-faktor yang berkontribusi terhadap masalah ini. Tujuan: Untuk menganalisis sistem manajemen logistik alat kesehatan di Rumah Sakit Umum Daerah Prof. Dr. H.M. Anwar Makkatutu Bantaeng Metode: Penelitian ini berfokus pada sembilan fungsi utama manajemen logistik, yaitu perencanaan, penganggaran, pengadaan, penerimaan, penyimpanan, pendistribusian, pemeliharaan, penghapusan/pemusnahan, dan pengendalian. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan wawancara mendalam sebagai teknik pengumpulan data utama. Hasil: RSUD Prof. Dr. H.M. Anwar Makkatutu Bantaeng telah melaksanakan proses perencanaan yang melibatkan berbagai pihak terkait. Penganggaran dilakukan secara kolaboratif dengan mempertimbangkan kebutuhan spesifik setiap unit pelayanan dan anggaran yang tersedia, serta memanfaatkan E-Katalog untuk transparansi. Pengadaan alat kesehatan dilakukan melalui e-katalog LKPP atau tender/seleksi, dengan prinsip transparansi dan akuntabilitas. Penerimaan alat kesehatan dilakukan oleh tim khusus yang terdiri dari petugas dari bagian pengadaan, bagian logistik, dan teknisi dari instalasi IPRS. Kesimpulan: Secara keseluruhan, sistem manajemen logistik alat kesehatan di RSUD Prof. Dr. H.M. Anwar Makkatutu Bantaeng masih memerlukan peningkatan dalam beberapa aspek, terutama penyimpanan, pendistribusian, pemeliharaan, dan pengendalian. Dengan mengatasi tantangan-tantangan ini, diharapkan sistem manajemen logistik alat kesehatan dapat berjalan lebih optimal dan mendukung peningkatan mutu pelayanan kesehatan di rumah sakit. ABSTRACT Background: Logistics management of medical devices in hospitals is very urgent because it is related to public health services. The Regional Property Inventory Report at Prof. Dr. H.M. Anwar Makkatutu Bantaeng Hospital in 2023 shows that 3% of the total medical devices owned by the hospital are damaged or lost. This figure may seem small, but the impact is very significant on health services. Damaged equipment cannot be used, while lost equipment reduces service capacity and increases procurement costs. Lack of regular maintenance, limited budget for repairs, and lack of competent technicians are factors that contribute to this problem. Objective: To analyze the medical equipment logistics management system at Prof. Dr. H.M. Anwar Makkatutu Bantaeng Regional General Hospital. Method: The research focuses on nine main functions of logistics management: planning, budgeting, procurement, receiving, storage, distribution, maintenance, disposal/destruction, and control. This research uses a qualitative approach with in-depth interviews as the primary data collection technique. Results: RSUD Prof. Dr. H.M. Anwar Makkatutu Bantaeng has implemented a planning process that involves various related parties. Budgeting is carried out collaboratively, considering the specific needs of each service unit and the available budget, and utilizing E-Catalog for transparency. Procurement of medical equipment is conducted through the LKPP e-catalog or tender/selection, adhering to the principles of transparency and accountability. The acceptance of medical equipment is handled by a special team consisting of officers from the procurement, logistics, and IPRS installation sections. Conclusion: Overall, the medical equipment logistics management system at RSUD Prof. Dr. H.M. Anwar Makkatutu Bantaeng still requires improvement in several aspects, particularly storage, distribution, maintenance, and control. By addressing these challenges, it is hoped that the medical equipment logistics management system can operate more optimally and support the improvement of healthcare service quality in the hospital.

Abstract

Abstract Background: The Ministry of Health targets that every hospital in Indonesia must use Electronic Medical Records (EMR). The implementation of EMR in Indonesia is still low and is constrained by user behavior in adopting EMR. Evaluating user behavior can provide recommendations for the success of EMR implementation. Objective: To analyze of Hedonic Motivation and Habits on User Behavior through Behavioral Intentions of Electronic Medical Records at RSUD Lamaddukkelleng. Method: The research is quantitative research with a Cross Sectional Study design. Data analysis using SEM-PLS. The sampling technique used was disproportionate random sampling with the Slovin formula, obtaining 152 Health Worker respondents. Data were collected using a questionnaire with a Likert scale. Results: Hedonic Motivation (p=0.000) and Habits (p=0.001) have a positive effect on Behavioral Intention. Behavioral Intention (p=0.000) itself has a positive effect on Use Behavior. Hedonic motivation (p=0.001) and Habits (p=0.000) have a positive effect on Use behavior through Behavioral intention of users of electronic medical records. Conclusion: There was an increase in Behavioral intentions which were influenced by Hedonic Motivation and Habits and there was an increase indirectly influencing Use behavior through Behavioral Intentions by Hedonic Motivation and Habits in the use of Electronic Medical Records. There is an increase in Use Behavior directly influenced by Behavioral Intention. Abstrak Latar Belakang: Kementerian Kesehatan menargetkan setiap rumah sakit di Indonesia harus menggunakan Rekam Medis Elektronik (RME). Implementasi RME di Indonesia masih rendah dan terkendala oleh perilaku pengguna dalam mengadopsi RME. Mengevaluasi perilaku pengguna dapat memberikan rekomendasi keberhasilan penerapan RME. Tujuan: Untuk menganalisis Motivasi dan Kebiasaan Hedonik terhadap Perilaku Pengguna melalui Intensi Perilaku Rekam Medis Elektronik di RSUD Lamaddukkelleng. Metode: Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan desain Cross Sectional Study. Analisis data menggunakan SEM-PLS. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah disproportionate random sampling dengan rumus Slovin, diperoleh 152 responden Tenaga Kesehatan. Data dikumpulkan menggunakan kuesioner dengan skala likert. Hasil: Motivasi Hedonis (p=0.000) dan Kebiasaan (p=0.001) berpengaruh positif terhadap Niat Pengguna. Niat Pengguna (p=0.000) sendiri berpengaruh positif terhadap Perilaku Pengguna. Motivasi Hedonis (p=0.001) dan Kebiasaan (p=0.000) berpengaruh positif terhadap Perilaku Penggunaan melalui Niat Perilaku pengguna rekam medis elektronik. Kesimpulan: Terdapat peningkatan Niat Pengguna yang dipengaruhi oleh Motivasi Hedonis dan Kebiasaan. Terdapat peningkatan yang secara tidak langsung mempengaruhi Perilaku Pengguna melalui Niat Pengguna yang dipengaruhi oleh Motivasi Hedonis dan Kebiasaan dalam penggunaan Rekam Medis Elektronik. Terdapat peningkatan Perilaku Pengguna yang dipengaruhi langsung oleh Niat Pengguna.

Abstract

ABSTRAK Latar Belakang: Keselamatan pasien merupakan upaya yang dilakukan untuk mengurangi risiko bahaya yang tidak perlu terkait dengan perawatan kesehatan hingga ke tingkat minimum yang dapat diterima. Masih terdapat beberapa indikator Keselamatan Pasien yang belum terlaksana dengan baik di RSUD Lamadukkelleng. Tujuan: Untuk menganalisis pengaruh pengetahuan, beban kerja, supervisi, dan motivasi dalam penerapan keselamatan pasien di RSUD Lamadukkelleng Kabupaten Wajo. Metode: Jenis penelitian menggunakan survey analitik dengan pendekatan cros sectional studi dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 153 responden. Analisis data menggunakan regresi logistik. Hasil: Terdapat pengaruh pengetahuan (p=0.00), beban kerja (p=0.009). supervisi (p=0.00) dan motivasi (p=0.00) terhadap penerapan keselamatan pasien. Variabel yang paling dominan adalah variabel supervisi dengan nilai t hitung sebesar 7,405. Kesimpulan: Terjadi peningkatan penerapan keselamatan pasien yang dipengaruhi oleh variabel pengetahuan, beban kerja, motivasi, supervisi dan motivasi perawat di RSUD Lamaddukkelleng Kabupaten Wajo. Rekomendasi Penelitian ini adalah untuk meningkakan penerapan Keselamatan pasien di RSUD Lamaddukkelleng perlu memperhatikan pengetahuan, beban kerja, motivasi, supervisi dan motivasi perawat. ABSTRACT Background: Patient safety is an effort made to reduce the risk of unnecessary harm related to health care to a minimum acceptable level. There are still several indicators of Patient Safety that have not been implemented properly at Lamadukkelleng Hospital. Objective: To analyze the influence of knowledge, workload, supervision, and motivation in the implementation of patient safety at Lamadukkelleng Hospital, Wajo Regency. Method: The type of research used an analytical survey with a cross-sectional study approach. The sampling method used saturated samples with a sample size of 153 respondents. Data analysis used multiple linear regression. Results: There was an Influence of Knowledge (p = 0.00), Workload (p = 0.009). Supervision (p = 0.00) and Motivation (p = 0.00) on the implementation of Patient Safety. The most dominant variable is the Supervision variable with a t value of 7.405. Conclusion: There is an increase in the implementation of patient safety which is influenced by the variables of knowledge, workload, motivation, supervision and nurse motivation at Lamaddukkelleng Hospital, Wajo Regency. The recommendation of this study is to improve the implementation of Patient Safety at Lamaddukkelleng Hospital, it is necessary to pay attention to knowledge, workload, motivation, supervision and nurse motivation.

Abstract

ABSTRAK Latar Belakang: Kepuasan layanan dan loyalitas pasien sangat penting dalam memberikan citra positif bagi rumah sakit namun berdasarkan hasil survey awal menunjukkan jumlah kunjungan pasien umum di RSUD Lanto Dg. Pasewang dari tahun 2023 ke tahun 2024 mengalami penurunan. Pasien merasa tidak puas atas pelayanan dimana kurangnya perhatian dan respon tenaga kesehatan, sarana dan prasarana yang kurang memadai, kurang nyaman dan tidak terjaga kebersihannya sehingga membuat sebagian besar pasien tidak loyal dengan memenuhi layanan kesehatan ditempat lain. Tujuan: Untuk menganalisis pengaruh kepuasan layanan dan loyalitas terhadap kunjungan ulang pasien umum. Metode: Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif dengan pendekatan cross sectional study. Populasi dalam penelitian berjumlah 3073 dengan teknik pengambilan sampel random sampling sehingga diperoleh hasil perhitungan sampel menggunakan rumus Lemeshow sebanyak 72 sampel. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis univariat, bivariat dan multivariat. Hasil: Kepuasaan layanan (ρ=0,000) dan loyalitas (ρ=0,000) berpengaruh terhadap kunjungan ulang; Kepuasan layanan merupakan variabel yang paling berpengaruh terhadap kunjungan ulang (OR=14.667) yang berarti kepuasan layanan 14.667 kali berpengaruh terhadap minat kunjungan ulang pasien umum RSUD (Rumah Sakit Umum Daerah) Lanto Dg. Pasewang Kabupaten Jeneponto. ABSTRACT Background: Service satisfaction and patient loyalty are very important in providing a positive image for the hospital, but based on the results of the initial survey, the number of general patient visits at Lanto Dg. Pasewang Hospital from 2023 to 2024 has decreased. Patients are dissatisfied with the service where the lack of attention and response of health workers, facilities and infrastructure are inadequate, uncomfortable and not maintained hygiene so that most patients are not loyal by fulfilling health services in other places. Objective: To analyze the effect of service satisfaction and loyalty on general patient return visits. Method: The type of research used is quantitative with a cross sectional study approach. The population in the study totaled 3073 with random sampling techniques so that the results of sample calculation using the Lemeshow formula were obtained as many as 72 samples. The data analysis techniques used are univariate, bivariate and multivariate analysis. Results: Service satisfaction (ρ =0.000) and loyalty (ρ=0.000) had an effect on repeat visits; Service satisfaction is the variable that has the most influence on revisits (OR=14,667) which means that service satisfaction 14,667 times affects the interest of general patients in revisiting the Lanto Dg. Pasewang Hospital (Regional General Hospital), Jeneponto Regency.

Abstract

ABSTRAK Latar Belakang: Brand Image merupakan faktor penting yang mempengaruhi loyalitas pasien dalam pelayanan kesehatan. Dengan membangun citra merek yang kuat, organisasi pelayanan kesehatan dapat menumbuhkan kepuasan, menarik pasien baru, mempertahankan pasien yang sudah ada, dan memperkuat posisi mereka di pasar. Tujuan: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk : (1) Menganalisis pengaruh langsung brand image terhadap kepuasan pasien umum. (2) Menganalisis pengaruh langsung brand image terhadap loyalitas pasien umum. (3) Menganalisis pengaruh langsung kepuasan terhadap loyalitas pasien umum. (4) Menganalisis pengaruh tidak langsung brand image terhadap loyalitas melalui kepuasan pasien umum poliklinik medical check up RSUD Daya Kota Makassar Tahun 2024. Metode: Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif menggunakan studi observasional analitik dengan rancangan cross sectional study. Populasi dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 114 responden dan sampel sebanyak 89 responden yang dipilih dengan metode accidental sampling. Data yang terkumpul dianalisis dengan menggunakan uji Pearson Chi - Square untuk bivariat dan uji Path Analysis dengan SEM-PLS untuk multivariat. Hasil: Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa brand image berpengaruh langsung secara positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan pasien (ρ value 0,000<0,05), brand image tidak berpengaruh langsung terhadap loyalitas pasien (ρ value 0,387>0,05), kepuasan pasien berpengaruh langsung secara positif dan signifikan terhadap loyalitas pasien (ρ value 0,000< 0,05). Brand image berpengaruh tidak langsung secara positif dan signifikan terhadap loyalitas pasien melalui kepuasan pasien (ρ value 0,000 < 0,05). ABSTRACTBackground: The perception of a brand plays a pivotal role in influencing patient loyalty within the field of healthcare services. Through the development of a robust image, healthcare organizations are able to enhance patient satisfaction, draw in new clientele, maintain their current patient base, and reinforce their standing within the market. Objective: This research endeavors to: (1) examine the direct influence of brand image on overall patient satisfaction, (2) investigate the direct impact of brand image on overall patient loyalty, (3) assess the direct relationship between satisfaction and overall patient loyalty, and (4) explore the indirect effect of brand image on loyalty mediated by overall patient satisfaction at the Polyclinic Medical Check-Up of Daya General Hospital, Makassar in 2024. Method: This research is characterized by its quantitative nature, utilizing an analytical observational study design that adopts a cross-sectional approach. This study's population comprises 114 respondents, from which a sample of 89 individuals was chosen through accidental sampling techniques. The gathered data underwent examination through the Pearson Chi-Square test for bivariate analysis, alongside Path Analysis utilizing SEM-PLS for multivariate analysis ation of staffing. The data obtained are the number of employees and the level of education. Results: The findings demonstrated that brand image exerted a positive and significant direct influence on patient satisfaction (ρ value 0.000<0.05). Nevertheless, the brand image did not exert a direct influence on patient loyalty, as indicated by ρ value 0.387>0.05. The effect of patient satisfaction on patient loyalty was found to be both positive and statistically significant, with p value 0.000<0.05. Furthermore, the brand image exhibited a positive and significant indirect influence on patient loyalty, mediated by patient satisfaction (ρ value 0.000<0.05).

Abstract

ABSTRAK Latar Belakang: Kinerja perawat di rumah sakit merupakan factor krusial dalam meningkatkan mutu pelayanan kesehatan. Kompensasi dan kompetensi merupakan faktor yang dapat memengaruhi kinerja perawat. Selain itu Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) juga berperan penting dalam memperkuat hubungan antara kompensasi, kompetensi, dan kinerjaperawat. Tujuan: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh kompensasi dan kompetensi terhadap kinerja perawat melalui OCB di RSUD Andi Djemma Masamba tahun 2025. Metode: Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian kuantitatif, dengan menggunakan pendekatan Eksplanatori. Penelitianini terdiridari 258 populasi dan Sampel sebanyak 157 perawat yang dipilih dengan teknik purposive sampling. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui kuesioner, dan analisis data menggunakan analisis multivariat. Hasil: Kompetensi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap OCB. Kompensasi tidak berpengaruh langsung terhadap OCB. Kompensasi tidak mempengaruhi kinerja perawat baik secara langsung maupun melalui OCB. Kompetensi memiliki pengaruh positif dan tidak signifikan terhadap kinerja perawat melalui OCB Kompetensi memiliki pengaruh positif langsung terhadap kinerja perawat. OCB tidak mempengaruhi kinerja perawat secara langsung. Kesimpulan: Kompetensi memiliki pengaruh positif dan tidak signifikan terhadap kinerja perawat melalui OCB dengan nilai path coefficient (ß) sebesar 0,080 (Positif), nilai t-statistik sebesar 1.703 (< 1.96), dan p-value sebesar 0.089 (> 0,05). Saran bagi RSUD Andi Djemma Masamba, Pelatihan dan Pengembangan kompetensi dapat memperbaiki kualitas kinerja perawat. Bagi peneliti selanjutnya variabel untuk pemahaman yang lebih komprehensif . Menggunakan metode kualitatif untuk melengkapi data kuantitatif. ABSTRACT Background: Nurses' performance in hospitals is a crucial factor in improving the quality of healthcare services. Compensation and competence are factors that can influence nurses' performance. Additionally, Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) plays an important role in strengthening the relationship between compensation, competence, and nurses' performance. Objective: This study aims to analyze the influence of compensation and competence on nurses' performance through OCB at RSUD Andi Djemma Masamba Method: This study employs a quantitative research approach using an explanatory method. The study consists of a population of 258, with a sample of 157 nurses selected using purposive sampling techniques and a questionnaire, analyzed using multivariate data analysis. Results: Competence has a positive and significant effect on OCB. Compensation has no direct effect on OCB. Compensation does not affect nurse performance either directly or through OCB. Competence has a positive and insignificant effect on nurse performance through OCB Competence has a direct positive effect on nurse performance. OCB does not affect nurse performance directly. Conclusion:  Competence has a positive and insignificant influence on nurse performance through OCB with a path coefficient (ß) value of 0.080 (Positive), a t-statistic value of 1.703 (< 1.96), and a p-value of 0.089 (> 0.05). Suggestions for Andi Djemma Masamba Hospital, Training and Competency development can improve the quality of nurse performance. For further researchers, variables for a more comprehensive understanding use qualitative methods to complement quantitative data.

Abstract

ABSTRAK Latar Belakang: Menurut International Labour Organization (2018), setiap tahun sekitar 2,78 juta pekerja meninggal karena kecelakaan kerja dan penyakit akibat kerja. Perawat adalah tenaga kesehatan yang paling besar jumlahnya dan paling lama kontak dengan pasien, sehingga sangat berisiko dengan pekerjaannya. BPJS Ketenagakerjaan juga mengemukakan sebanyak 34,43% penyebab kecelakaan kerja disebabkan oleh tindakan tidak aman. Metode: Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif yaitu metode penelitian yang berlandaskan pada filsafat positivisme, analisis data bersifat kuantitatif/statistik, dengan tujuan untuk menguji hipotesis yang telah diterapkan. Populasi dan sampel yang digunakan adalah perawat yang bekerja di Unit rawat inap dan IGD RSU Labuang Baji berdasarkan kriteria inklusi dan ekslusi. Analisis data menggunakan analisis regresi linier berganda yang bertujuan untuk menentukan sejauh mana variabel independen tertentu mempengaruhi variabel dependen. Hasil: Tidak ada pengaruh pengetahuan dan sikap terhadap potensi kecelakaan kerja perawat RSU Labuang baji.

Abstract

ABSTRAK Latar Belakang: Kinerja karyawan saat ini menjadi isu strategis karena memiliki pengaruh yang serius terhadap pelayanan baik di bidang ekonomi dan kesehatan. Terdapat beberapa faktor yang dapat mempengaruhi kinerja karyawan sebuah organisasi seperti Directiveness Leadership, Supportiveness Leadership, Participate Leadership, dan Organizational Commitmen. Kualita kinerja karyawan akan berbanding lurus dengan prestasi dan optimalisasi pelayanan di fasilitas kesehatan. Tujuan: Menganalisis hubungan Directiveness Leadership, Supportiveness Leadership, Participate Leadership dan Organizational Commitmen terhadap kinerja di RSU ST. Madyang Palopo. Metode: Penelitian dengan desain Cross sectional dan metode penelitian menggunakan analitik observasional. Teknik pengumpulan sampel yaitu purposive sampling untuk memperoleh data primer mengunakan kuesioner dari karyawan di RSU ST. Madyang Palopo dalam rentang waktu Agustus - September 2023. Hasil: 104 responden berasal dari berbagai unit kerja di RSU St. Madyang Palopo telah berpartisipasi. Rerata usia 29,9 tahun; sebagian besar berprofesi perawat; didominasi jenis kelamin perempuan. 104 responden menerapkan Directiveness Leadership dan Participate Leadership dengan yang baik. 102 pada Supportive Leadership, 100 pada Organization Commitment. Hasil uji menunjukkan terdapat hubugan signifikan antara keempat faktor tersebut terhadap kenerja karyawan. Kesimpulan: Directiveness Leadership, Supportive Leadership, Participate Leadership, dan Organizational Commitment memiliki hubungan yang signifikan positif terhadap kinerja karyawan di RSU St. Madyang Palopo. ABSTRACT Background: Workers' performance is currently a strategic problem due to its significant impact on economic and health services. Several elements can influence worker performance in an organization, including directiveness leadership, supportiveness leadership, participative leadership, and organizational commitment. Workers' performance will be directly proportional to the achievement and optimization of health-care services. Objective: To analyze the relationship between Directiveness Leadership, Supportiveness Leadership, Participate Leadership and Organizational Commitment on worker performance at ST. Madyang Palopo General Hospital. Method: Cross-sectional study design and observational analytics approaches were used. Purposive sampling was used to acquire primary data from employees at ST. Madyang Palopo General Hospital between August and September 2023, via a questionnaire. Results: 104 responders from various work units at St. Madyang Palopo General Hospital took part. The average age is 29.9 years; the majority are nurses, and the gender distribution is overwhelmingly female. 104 respondents demonstrated effective directiveness and participative leadership. 102 in Supportive Leadership and 100 in Organizational Commitment. The test results indicate a significant association between these four parameters and worker performance. Conclusion: Directiveness Leadership, Supportive Leadership, Participate Leadership, and Organizational Commitment have a significant positive relationship with worker performance at St. Madyang Palopo General Hospital.
