Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh literasi keuangan syariah, tata kelola, dan kepatuhan syariah terhadap preferensi memilih produk-produk di bank syariah (studi pelaku UMKM Kabupaten Bireuen). Data yang digunakan adalah data primer. Populasi yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu pelaku UMKM yang terdaftar di Dinas Penanaman Modal Perdagangan, Koperasi, dan UKM Kabupaten Bireuen. Dengan jumlah UMKM yang telah terdaftar sebanyak 1.619 UMKM di seluruh kecamatan yang ada di Kabupaten Bireuen, sebanyak 17 kecamatan dan 609 desa. Jumlah sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 108 orang. Penelitian ini menggunakan skala likert dengan memberikan 20 item pertanyaan pada responden. Untuk analisis data digunakan metode analisis regresi linear berganda menggunakan Uji F-test dan t-test. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa secara simultan variabel literasi keuangan syariah, tata kelola, dan kepatuhan syariah secara bersama-sama berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap preferensi memilih produk-produk di bank syariah. Selanjutnya secara parsial variabel literasi keuangan syariah berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap preferensi memilih produk-produk di bank syariah, sedangkan untuk variabel tata kelola dan variabel kepatuhan syariah tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap preferensi memilih produk-produk di bank syariah. Penelitian ini merekomendasikan kepada para pelaku UMKM untuk dapat memilih produk-produk yang ada di bank syariah.

Abstract

System disruptions in Islamic banking can affect service quality and customer satisfaction. This study aims to analyze the impact of system disruption on customer satisfaction at Bank Syariah Indonesia at Universitas Islam Kebangsaan Indonesia (UNIKI). This research uses quantitative methods with a survey to customers who experience system disruptions. The results showed that disruptions such as transaction delays and difficulty accessing services can reduce customer satisfaction levels. However, responsive service management in handling complaints and fixing problematic systems can mitigate these negative impacts, maintain customer loyalty, and improve service quality. This study suggests the importance of improving system reliability and better service management in the context of Islamic banking in the university environment.

Abstract

Entrepreneurship training for mothers is one of the effective ways to improve their independence and welfare. This program aims to provide sufficient skills and knowledge for mothers to start and develop their own businesses. Thus, mothers can increase their income and quality of life, as well as increase awareness and participation in economic activities. This article will discuss the benefits, activities, and results of entrepreneurship training for mothers, as well as conclusions and recommendations for the development of similar programs in the future.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine and explain whether the factors of product attractiveness affect consumer purchasing decisions to buy smartphones Vivoat Sunrise Cellular Bireuen. The author draws the hypothesis that there are several factors, namely product quality, product variety and product features that influence consumer decisions to buy smartphones Vivo. The population in this study are consumers who buy smartphones Vivoat Sunrise Cellular Bireuen. The sampling technique in this study used random sampling (randomly) as many as 60 respondents, the data collection techniques used were questionnaires, literature studies, and interviews. The instrument test in this study uses multiple linear regression test, classical assumption test, t test, f test, and coefficient of determination with sig level. (α) 0.05 data analysis using software statistical data processingSPSS version 23.0 for windows. The results of this study found that product quality, product variety, and product features had a significant effect overall. The value of the coefficient of determination obtained R2= 0.495 concluded that 49.5% of consumer purchasing decisions are influenced by product quality, product variations, and product features, while the remaining 50.5% is influenced by other variables not examined.
