Abstract

Sharia insurance is an agreement relating to coverage or guarantee for certain risks of loss. As a health care program, insurance has several objectives, such as protecting oneself, property, objects and commerce as well as economic interests and savings. In the implementation process in Aceh during 2010 there were several things that may not be in accordance with sharia economics. From this the author wants to describe it in journal form. The method the author uses in writing this journal is a descriptive qualitative analysis method of case studies based on literature review. Intensive testing analysis study, using various sources of evidence, both qualitative. As a result, the role and contribution of BPJS to the sustainability of public health insurance is very guaranteed and is felt by the community itself. However, on the other hand, the mechanism that occurs in inputting contains elements of uncertainty, chance and chance which have an impact on gambling and there are indications of usury, namely including fines for delays. Situations like this result in harm to other people or to people who are included in the mechanism process. the. Meanwhile, harm is strictly prohibited in Islam as stated in one of the rules of ushul fiqh.

Abstract

System disruptions in Islamic banking can affect service quality and customer satisfaction. This study aims to analyze the impact of system disruption on customer satisfaction at Bank Syariah Indonesia at Universitas Islam Kebangsaan Indonesia (UNIKI). This research uses quantitative methods with a survey to customers who experience system disruptions. The results showed that disruptions such as transaction delays and difficulty accessing services can reduce customer satisfaction levels. However, responsive service management in handling complaints and fixing problematic systems can mitigate these negative impacts, maintain customer loyalty, and improve service quality. This study suggests the importance of improving system reliability and better service management in the context of Islamic banking in the university environment.

Abstract

Edukasi sertifikat halal pada pembuatan kue tradisional Aceh di UMKM Bungong Jaroe Desa Cot Batee, Bireuen, memiliki peran penting dalam mendukung pengembangan usaha berbasis syariah dan meningkatkan daya saing produk di pasar. Namun, masih banyak pelaku UMKM yang belum memahami pentingnya sertifikasi halal dan prosedur pengajuannya, khususnya dalam produksi kue tradisional. Program pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk memberikan edukasi kepada pelaku UMKM terkait proses sertifikasi halal serta penerapan prinsip-prinsip syariah dalam produksi makanan. Metode yang digunakan mencakup penyampaian materi teori mengenai pentingnya sertifikasi halal dan tata cara pengajuannya, pelatihan praktik produksi kue sesuai standar halal, serta pendampingan dalam proses pengajuan sertifikat halal. Hasil program menunjukkan peningkatan signifikan dalam pemahaman peserta, dengan skor pemahaman yang meningkat dari 40% (pre-test) menjadi 85% (post-test). Selain itu, 80% peserta berhasil menyelesaikan langkah awal pengajuan sertifikat halal setelah pelatihan. Program ini juga meningkatkan kesadaran pelaku UMKM mengenai pentingnya menjaga kebersihan, kehalalan bahan, serta etika Islami dalam produksi. Dengan keberhasilan ini, program berkontribusi pada pemberdayaan UMKM lokal, memastikan kualitas produk halal, dan memperkuat kepercayaan konsumen terhadap kue tradisional Aceh sebagai produk yang aman dan sesuai syariah. Hasil ini menunjukkan keberhasilan program dalam meningkatkan kapasitas UMKM dan memberikan dampak positif bagi pengembangan ekonomi lokal.
