As one of the countries that often faces natural disasters, Indonesia has created guidelines for handling rehabilitation and reconstruction after natural disasters. Various disasters, especially earthquakes, are natural disasters that take a lot of lives and material, so the author tries to analyze the handling of earthquake disasters that occur in the Regency.
