Abstract

Setiap lembaga pendidikan ataupun lembaga apapaun yang bergerak di bidan jasa memerlukan pembiayaan dalam kegiatan operasional lembaganya. Berbagai masalah yang dihadapi oleh lembaga terutama dalam hal keuangan dikarenakan masih sedikitnya perhatian pemerintah terhadap lembaga pendidikan swasta di daerah terpencil. Banyak cara ditempuh oleh yayasan penyelenggara pendidikan unruk memenuhi kebutuhan tersebut yang antara lain dengan menggunakan program fundraising berbasis swadaya masyarakat. RA Baitul Muttaqin dan yayasannya adalah salah satu dari banyak lembaga yang menggunakan program tersebut. Dalam menerapkan program tersebut RA Baitul Muttaqin menggunakan pola manajemen dengan proses perencanaan, pengorganisasian, pelaksanaan dan pengawasan. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan dengan metode penelitian kualitatif deskriptif dengan jenis fenomenologi. Tekhnik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan observasi, dokumentasi dan wawancara. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimana cara lembaga pendidikan swasta yang berada di wilayah pedesaan dalam memeperoleh tambahan pendanaan untuk memaksimalkan operasional lembaga. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa RA Baitul Muttaqin lebih menonjolkan kegiatan fundraising dengan sistem donatur tetap bulanan kepada masyarakat sekitar yang berada pada taraf ekonomi menengah ke atas melalui kegiatan rutin setiap bulan. Dengan menerapkan metode fundraising, RA Baitul Muttaqin dapat beroperasi secara lebih baik dan terkendali kondisi pendanaannya.

Abstract

By nature, every human being is born in a state of goodness from all sides. Good or bad their physical condition is not a barrier for them to become good people with all their potential. Having a defect in their body is not something they ask for and even if they can't deny it because it has become a written lifeline. Sakura Celllogienah is one example of a girl who with various limitations experienced even though not from birth can make so many learning achievements beyond those who are "normal children" and not only that, she also has to go through so many life tests to be able to stay afloat. on a line that led him to become a superior person. The research method used is a literature study. Documentation technique is the method used in collecting data, namely by reading thoroughly, understanding and examining the contents of the novel, and then identifying the correlation with the existing theory so that valid and detailed data results will be obtained. The results of this research can be stated that the social emotional value is implied in the novel Sakura's Secret in the form of the importance of self confidence, harmony, tolerance, help, and empathy when interacting in a society or group by putting aside the ego of each group member so as to form a harmonious and superior society. This is related to what was expressed by JJ Rouseau and John Locke about the basic concept of the philosophy of the child that children are not born with sin, but they assume that using the rationalist concept that children, regardless of their physical condition, are unique individuals with all their potential as a regeneration of a more dignified future.

Abstract

Language is an important factor in human life, especially as a shaper of culture and mindset. Language, culture and thought as three factors that affect one's life. Each region in the territory of the Unitary State of the Republic of Indonesia has its own linguistic characteristics which are then referred to as regional culture and literature which must be preserved. The method used in preparing this article is observation in the form of interviews with informants supported by literature. The data obtained is in the form of a descriptive translation of the Javanese Ngapak language in its application in the daily life of Banyumas residents who are known by the general public in Indonesia with their thick Javanese dialect. The Javanese Ngapak language is spoken by the people of Banyumas by paying attention to the interlocutor by using the appropriate intonation.

Abstract

Inclusive schools provide a supportive environment for diversity, both in terms of social background, culture, religion, and abilities between students. Through inclusive education programs based on the values ​​of togetherness in diversity, schools play an important role in forming an attitude of tolerance, respect for differences, and a sense of unity among students. The formation of children's character is one of the important goals in every institution, especially in inclusive schools that have a diversity of students from various backgrounds. At this time, early childhood experiences a critical period, to form the foundations of a positive personality that will influence how a person behaves in the future. Instilling the values ​​of diversity emphasizes unity in diversity, becoming an important basis in the education process at the Talenta Inclusive School. This article aims to find out how the values ​​of diversity are internalized in order to form children's character from an early age. Through qualitative methods, this study collected data from observations, interviews, and school documentation. Data analysis techniques through data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results of the study show that the values ​​of Bhineka Tunggal Ika, such as tolerance, cooperation, and mutual respect, are applied in teaching and learning activities, including in social interactions between students with special needs and regular students. The instillation of these values ​​has been proven to produce children's characters who are inclusive, empathetic, and respectful of differences. The conclusion of this study emphasizes the importance of instilling the values ​​of diversity from an early age in an inclusive education system to create a generation that has character, is resilient, and is ready to live in a pluralistic society.
