Abstract

This article is aimed at describing the competition as well as the development strategy of the Islamic Kindergarten “Al-Irsyad” as one of competitive Islamic early childhoodeducation institution in Purwokerto. The purpose is to find the pattern of the developmentstrategy of the competitive Islamic early childhood education institution. This sort ofinstitution is expected to be able to compete in achieving righteousness in line with Islamicteachings dedicated to the community. This can be done if the Islamic early childhoodeducation institutions promote competitive excellent service. Furthermore, the rationalelies behind the idea of competitive Islamic early childhood education institutions is togenerate competitive advantage within Islamic early education institutions, to improvecommunity’s loyalty as served customer, to create Islamic early childhood institutionswhich are able to outweigh their competitors while at the same time upholding ethics,as well as Islamic virtues.

Abstract

This descriptive qualitative research is aimed to describe the efforts made by the head of KB ABACA Bumiayu to increase the satisfaction of the parents in early children education service through motherly leadership practice. The data in this research is collected by interview, observation, and documentation. The data has been collected and then analyzed using data analysis technique inductively. The results showed that basically the practice of motherly leadership by the head of KB ABACA Bumiayu is a lead way that focuses on providing early childhood services to meet the wishes, needs and expectations of guardians. Satisfaction will be gained by the guardians when their needs, desires, and expectations can be achieved. To be able to produce early childhood services that can satisfy the guardian, the head of KB ABACA actualize the four characters of a mother, namely trustworthy or trustworthy, responsible, diligent, and caring. Abstract

This paper is intended to obtain a description of the strategic planning process to shape the character of younger children in kindergarten Islam al-Irsyad Purwokerto. case study research method was selected and used to obtain these goals. The results showed that there are seven steps involved in strategic planning for early childhood shape the character. First, to accommodate the wishes and needs of parents based on the results of environmental monitoring process. Second, develop a vision, mission, and objectives of TK Islam that focuses on character building early childhood. Third, set the value of the character to be internalized in early childhood in kindergarten Islam. Fourth, prepare quality assurance Islamic kindergarten graduates. Fifth, organize the activities empowerment of children in kindergarten Islam towards achieving quality assurance Islamic kindergarten graduates. Sixth, develop programs and strategies for early childhood character formation towards achieving quality assurance Islamic kindergarten graduates. Seventh, develop instruments assessment program for early childhood character formation that leads to the achievement of quality assurance Islamic kindergarten graduates

Abstract

The purpose of this community service is to provide knowledge both theoretically and practically related to child education methodology (pedagogy). Community service activities using andragogy approach and counseling methods. There are four results achieved from this activity. First, participants gain knowledge about the position of parents in educating children based on the characteristics of children and gain knowledge about positive relationships between fathers and mothers in the process of educating children in the family environment. Second, parents already have strong reasons that make them have to prioritize children's education from an early age. Third, parents have the assumption that habituation activities undertaken to shape the character of children in PAUD institutions must be accompanied by habituation activities carried out in the family environment. Fourth, parents are able to identify the level of addiction to the use of gadgets on themselves and get knowledge about 10 ways to discipline the use of gadgets in children. Tujuan dari pengabdian masyarakat ini adalah untuk memberikan pengetahuan baik secara teoritis maupun praktis terkait dengan metodologi pendidikan anak (pedagogi). Kegiatan layanan masyarakat menggunakan pendekatan andragogi dan metode konseling. Ada empat hasil yang dicapai dari kegiatan ini. Pertama, peserta mendapatkan pengetahuan tentang posisi orang tua dalam mendidik anak berdasarkan karakteristik anak dan mendapatkan pengetahuan tentang hubungan positif antara ayah dan ibu dalam proses mendidik anak di lingkungan keluarga. Kedua, orang tua sudah memiliki alasan kuat yang membuat mereka harus memprioritaskan pendidikan anak sejak usia dini. Ketiga, orang tua memiliki asumsi bahwa kegiatan pembiasaan yang dilakukan untuk membentuk karakter anak-anak di lembaga PAUD harus disertai dengan kegiatan pembiasaan yang dilakukan di lingkungan keluarga. Keempat, orang tua dapat mengidentifikasi tingkat kecanduan penggunaan gadget pada diri mereka sendiri dan mendapatkan pengetahuan tentang 10 cara untuk mendisiplinkan penggunaan gadget pada anak-anak.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to describe the process of marketing management of an ICT-based school at SMK Citra Bangsa Mandiri Purwokerto. This research uses a qualitative approach with descriptive methods. Data were collected using interview, observation, and documentation techniques. The data collected was then analyzed using Miles and Huberman's model data analysis techniques, namely data reduction, data presentation, and verification. The results of this study indicate that marketing at SMK Citra Bangsa Mandiri Purwokerto is carried out by utilizing ICT especially for school marketing. ICT-based school marketing is carried out through ICT-based school marketing management planning activities, organizing ICT-based school marketing, mobilizing/implementing ICT-based school marketing, supervision of ICT-based school marketing.

Abstract

This study aims to obtain a description of the visionary leadership of the principal in the implementation of the full day school program at MI Modern Al Azhary Ajibarang. This research is a type of field research that uses a qualitative approach. The data were collected by interviewing, observing and documenting then being analyzed through the stages of data reduction, data presentation, and data verification. The results showed that there were five strategies applied in visionary leadership at MI Modern Al Azhary Ajibarang. First, to focus leadership practices on the goals of the full day school program. Second, make short-term and long-term plans for the full day school program. Third, focus on achieving the vision for a successful full day school program. Fourth, responding to various changes made by the full day school program. Fifth, respond to the needs of teachers and student guardians in the implementation of full day school.

Abstract

Keterbatasan sarana pendidikan ini menjadi masalah dalam meningkatkan kualitas pendidikan. Oleh sebab itu, kehadiran IT di sekolah atau di institusi pendidikan merupakan keharusan. Pihak-pihak pengelola pendidikan sudah saatnya melakukan usaha dan upaya agar sekolah atau intitusi pendidikan yang dikelolanya dilengkapi dengan fasilitas IT ini. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis evaluasi pembelajaran berbasis TIK di era revolusi industri 4.0, jenis aplikasi yang digunakan, manfaat, dan kendala yang dihadapi. Jenis penelitian ini yaitu penelitian kualitatif. Metode yang digunakan untuk mengumpulkan data yaitu metode wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Instrumen yang digunakan untuk mengumpulkan data yaitu lembar wawancara. Analisis data dilakukan dengan mengumpulkan data, menyajikan data, mereduksi data, dan menarik kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian ini adalah evaluasi pembelajaran berbasis TIK telah dilaksanakan, berbagai aplikasi yang digunakan dalam evaluasi pembelajaran berbasis TIK adalah google form, quizziiz, SapKur, dan dalam mengolah nilai harian menggunakan Sapkur, dan e-report untuk memproses nilai hasil. Kajian akhir tahun atau rapor. Manfaat dari aplikasi berbasis TIK ini sangat membantu guru, wali kelas, dan sekolah dalam mengevaluasi pembelajaran meskipun ada kendala yang dihadapi oleh guru yang gagap teknologi, sehingga mengalami kesulitan dalam menggunakan beberapa aplikasi. Hal ini dapat diatasi dengan memberikan bimbingan melalui pelatihan yang dilakukan oleh sekolah.

Abstract

Saat ini dunia pendidikan Indonesia termasuk pendidikan dasar masih menghadapi berbagai persoalan yang sangat serius dan kompleks, mulai dari rendahnya alokasi anggaran dipandang dari sudut bantuan dana dari pemerintah, kurang memadainya penataran pelatihan dalam peningkatan kompetensi profesional guru yang disebabkan oleh masih kecilnya anggaran pendidikan di Indonesia. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis efektivitas pengelolaan pembiayaan di MIM Gandatapa, jenis aplikasi yang digunakan, manfaat dan kendala yang dihadapi. Jenis penelitian ini yaitu kualitatif. Metode yang digunakan untuk mengumpulkan data yaitu metode wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Instrumen yang digunakan untuk mengumpulkan data yaitu lembar wawancara. Analisis data dilakukan dengan mengumpulkan data, menyajikan data, mereduksi data, dan menarik kesimpulan. Hasil dari penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pengelolaan pembiayaan pendidikan atas biaya pemerintah untuk meningkatkan efektivitas dan efisiensi pendidikan ke arah yang lebih baik. Diperlukan strategi pengelolaan karena dapat menganalisis kekuatan, kelemahan, peluang, dan tantangan yang akan dihadapi. Penjelasannya dalam pelaksanaan pembiayaan pendidikan cukup banyak kendala yang dihadapi kepala sekolah. Kebutuhan akan efisiensi waktu dan biaya menyebabkan setiap pelaku usaha merasa perlu untuk menerapkan teknologi informasi dalam lingkungan kerja. Penerapan teknologi informasi dapat mengakibatkan adanya perubahan kebiasaan kerja.

Abstract

Abstrak Tujuan dari dilakukannya penelitian ini adalah untuk mendeskripsikan dan menganalisis upaya memikirkan kembali (re-thinking) urgensi PAUD melalui program kelas ibu balita di Desa Singasari, Kecamatan Karanglewas, Kabupaten Banyumas, Propinsi Jawa Tengah. Penelitian ini merupakan jenis penelitian kualitatif yang bersifat natural-deskiptif. Data pada penelitian ini dikumpulkan menggunakan teknik wawancara tak terstruktur, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Untuk menguji keabsahan data, digunakan teknik triangulasi pengumpul data, yaitu dengan melakukan cross-check secara simultan terhadap data hasil wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Data yang telah terkumpul kemudian dianalisis menggunakan teknik analisis data model Miles and Huberman yang terdiri atas reduksi data, penyajian data, dan verifikasi. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat diketahui bahwa ada dua upaya yang dilakukan oleh fasilitator pada program kelas ibu balita untuk memikirkan kembali urgensi PAUD. Pertama, melalui kegiatan transformasi pengetahuan akan urgensi PAUD. Kedua, melalui kegiatan penumbuh-kembangan kepedulian orangtua terhadap kesehatan anak usia dini melalui kerjasama dengan lembaga PAUD. Ada dua kegiatan dalam kerjasama tersebut, yaitu (1) pemeriksaan kesehatan dan (2) melakukan diskusi dengan wali murid PAUD terkait dengan tips menjaga kesehatan anak usia dini, terutama terkait dengan pemilihan makanan dan minuman yang sehat bagi anak-anak. Kedua upaya yang dilakukan oleh fasilitator pada program kelas ibu balita untuk memikirkan kembali PAUD telah berimplikasi pada semakin sadarnya orangtua akan urgensi PAUD serta keharusan bagi kepala desa untuk merumuskan dan menerapkan kebijakan desa yang mendukung pelaksanaan kerjasama antara tenaga medis dengan tenaga pendidik dalam menyelenggarakan layanan PAUD holistik-integratif.   Abstract The purpose of this research is to describe and analyze efforts to re-think the urgency of PAUD through the mother-to-five class program in Singasari village, Karanglewas district, Banyumas district, Central Java province. This research is a type of qualitative research that is naturally descriptive. The data in this study were collected using unstructured interview techniques, observation, and documentation. To test the validity of the data, the data collector triangulation technique was used, namely by simultaneously cross-checking the data from interviews, observations, and documentation. The data that has been collected is then analyzed using the data analysis technique of the Miles and Huberman model which consists of data reduction, data presentation and verification. Based on the results of the study, there are two efforts made by the facilitator in the mother-to-five class program to re-think the urgency of PAUD. First, through knowledge transformation activities about the urgency of PAUD. Second, through activities to develop parental care for early childhood health through collaboration with PAUD institutions. There are two activities in the collaboration, namely (1) health checks and (2) conducting discussions with PAUD parents related to tips on maintaining the health of early childhood, especially related to the selection of healthy food and drinks for children. The two efforts made by the facilitator in the mother-to-five class program to re-think the urgency of PAUD have had implications for parents' awareness of the urgency of PAUD and the necessity for village heads to formulate and implement village policies that support the implementation of collaboration between medical personnel and health workers. educators in providing holistic-integrative PAUD services.
