Abstract

ABSTRAKTujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui promosi dan potongan harga terhadap keputusan penggunaan Digital Payment Gateway menurut perspektif ekonomi Islam. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif, menggunakan penelitian lapangan (fieldresearch) yaitu dengan mencari sumber-sumber data secara langsung dengan menyebarkan kuisioner kepada masyarakat yang ada di Bandar Lampung. Adapun populasi dalam penelitan ini adalah masyarakat Bandar Lampung pengguna digital payment gateway. Sampel yang digunakan adalah probablity sampling, dengan menggunakan teknik simple random sampling. Jumlah sampel sebanyak 100 responden yang didapat melalui perhitungan rumus lemeshow. Metode analisis data yang digunakan yaitu analisis regresi linear berganda dengan menggunakan bantuan perangkat lunak SPSS (Statistical Product and Service Solution). Hasil penelitian ini ialah promosi berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap keputusan penggunaan digital payment gateway. Potongan harga berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap keputusan penggunaan digital payment gateway. Selanjutnya Promosi dan potongan harga secara simultan berpengaruh terhadap keputusan penggunaan digital payment gateway.Dalam perspektif ekonomi Islam, promosi dan potongan harga terhadap keputusan penggunaan digital payment gateway masyarakat Kota Bandar Lampung sudah mematuhi prinsip-prinsip syariah yaitu ukhuwah (persaudaraan), adl (keadilan), maslahah (kemaslahatan), tawazun (keseimbangan), dan syumuliyah (universal). Selain itu, Nabi Muhammad SAW juga memperbolehkan adanya promosi dan potongan harga, dikarenakan transaksi dilakukan berdasarkan kemanfaatan semua pihak yang dilakukan secara tolong menolong.Kata Kunci : Promosi, Potongan Harga, Keputusan Penggunaan, Digital Payment Gateway ABSTRACT            The aim of this research is to determine promotions and discounts on the decision to use a Digital Payment Gateway according to an Islamic economic perspective. This research uses quantitative methods, using field research, namely by searching for data sources directly by distributing questionnaires to the community in Bandar Lampung. The population in this research is the people of Bandar Lampung who use digital payment gateways. The sample used was probability sampling, using simple random sampling techniques. The total sample was 100 respondents obtained through the Lemeshow formula calculation. The data analysis method used is multiple linear regression analysis using SPSS (Statistical Product and Service Solution) software. The results of this research are that promotions have a significant influence on the decision to use a digital payment gateway. Price discounts have a significant influence on the decision to use a digital payment gateway. Furthermore, promotions and price discounts simultaneously influence the decision to use a digital payment gateway. From an Islamic economic perspective, promotions and discounts regarding the decision to use digital payment gateways for the people of Bandar Lampung City already comply with sharia principles, namely ukhuwah (brotherhood), adl (justice), maslahah (benefit), tawazun (balance), and syumuliyah (universal ). Apart from that, the Prophet Muhammad SAW also allowed promotions and discounts, because transactions were carried out based on the benefits of all parties carried out in a mutually helpful manner.Keywords: Promotions, Price Discounts, Digital Payment Gateway User Decisions

Abstract

This research aims to explore Islamic views on nature, potential and human development, as well as their implications for the practice of Islamic education. By understanding these concepts comprehensively, this research seeks to contribute to formulating an education system that is holistic and oriented towards the welfare of the world and the hereafter. The research method used is library research with a qualitative approach. Data was collected through a review of primary literature such as the Al-Qur'an, Hadith, as well as the works of Islamic education scholars and thinkers. Data analysis was carried out descriptively-analytically to understand the concepts of nature, potential and human development according to an Islamic perspective. The research results show that Islam views humans as creatures born with a sacred nature and extraordinary potential, including physical, intellectual, emotional and spiritual aspects. Islamic education has a major role in exploring and developing this potential, with the aim of forming individuals with Islamic character, faith and noble character. In conclusion, Islamic education based on divine values can be a solution to the moral and spiritual challenges faced by modern society

Abstract

Perkembangan ekonomi syariah dan industri halal di Indonesia menunjukkan tren pertumbuhan yang semakin signifikan seiring dengan meningkatnya kesadaran masyarakat terhadap pentingnya konsumsi produk dan layanan yang sesuai dengan prinsip halal. Sebagai negara dengan jumlah penduduk Muslim terbesar di dunia, Indonesia memiliki potensi strategis untuk mengembangkan ekosistem halal yang terintegrasi dan berkelanjutan, khususnya melalui pendekatan klaster ekonomi syariah berbasis daerah. Pendekatan ini dinilai mampu mendorong penguatan ekonomi lokal sekaligus meningkatkan daya saing produk halal di tingkat nasional maupun global. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis model pengembangan ekosistem halal daerah dengan menekankan peran klaster industri halal, kolaborasi pemerintah daerah, serta kontribusi Badan Usaha Milik Daerah (BUMD) halal dalam mendukung pertumbuhan ekonomi syariah. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah studi literatur terhadap teori ekonomi syariah, teori klaster industri, kebijakan pembangunan ekonomi daerah, serta praktik pengembangan ekosistem halal di Indonesia. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa klaster industri halal berperan penting dalam meningkatkan efisiensi produksi, mendorong inovasi, serta memperkuat daya saing produk halal daerah, khususnya bagi pelaku Usaha Mikro, Kecil, dan Menengah (UMKM). Pemerintah daerah berperan sebagai regulator dan fasilitator melalui penyusunan kebijakan yang mendukung, penyediaan infrastruktur, kemudahan perizinan, serta fasilitasi sertifikasi halal.. Sinergi antara pemerintah daerah, BUMD halal, pelaku usaha, lembaga keuangan syariah, serta institusi pendidikan menjadi faktor kunci dalam membangun ekosistem halal daerah yang inklusif, kompetitif, dan berkelanjutan. Kolaborasi multipihak ini tidak hanya mendorong pertumbuhan ekonomi daerah, tetapi juga berkontribusi pada pencapaian tujuan pembangunan ekonomi syariah yang berkeadilan dan berorientasi pada kesejahteraan masyarakat.
