Abstract

AbstrakPenelitian ini memiliki tujuan untuk menjelaskan Upaya Kelompok Sadar Wisata Lemo Nakai dalam Mendukung Sustainable tourism yang dikaji melalui teori fungsionalisme struktural “AGIL” oleh Talcott Parson. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu metode kualitatif dengan jenis penelitian studi kasus deskriptif. Dengan menggunakan teknik pengumpulan data observasi non partisipan, wawancara semi terstruktur dan dokumentasi. Informan dari kepala desa, kelompok sadar wisata Lemo Nakai, dan masyarakat diantaranya, Karang Taruna Desa Batu Raja. Teknik dalam menentukan informan pada penelitian ini yaitu dengan purposive sampling. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya upaya yang dilakukan dengan Peningkatan Sumber Daya Manusia, melalui pelatihan dari  Dinas Pariwisata dalam bidang pelatihan pemandu wisata yang diawali dengan pembekalan materi yang isinya ada pengenalan objek dan daya Tarik wisata, berlatih public speaking dan teknik pemandu wisata,  pelatihan tata Kelola destinasi pariwisata Kabupaten Bengkulu Utara, serta Pelatihan Masyarakat dalam perencanaan pembuatan homestay. Upaya dalam mengembangkan potensi objek dan daya tarik wisata dilakukan melalui  promosi dari media sosial, seperti: Instagram  Facebook, Youtube, melalui putri pariwisata dan influencer tiktok Bengkulu, serta melalui mahasiswa yang sudah berkunjung. Upaya dalam meningkatkan sarana dan prasarana sudah dilaksanakan mulai dari pembuatan homestay, sudah di sediakan ojek menuju ke tempat wisata. serta disediakan petunjuk jalan dan spanduk peringatan.Kata Kunci: Kelompok Sadar Wisata; Lemo Nakai; Sustainable TourismAbstractThis research aims to explain the efforts of the Lemo Nakai Tourism Awareness Group in supporting sustainable tourism which is studied through the theory of structural functionalism "AGIL" by Talcott Parson. The method used in this research is qualitative method with descriptive case study research type. By using data collection techniques non-participant observation, semi-structured interviews and documentation. Informants from the village head, Lemo Nakai tourism awareness group, and the community including, Karang Taruna Desa Batu Raja. The technique in determining informants in this study is purposive sampling. The results showed that there were efforts made by increasing human resources, through training from the Tourism Office in the field of tour guide training which began with the provision of material which contained an introduction to tourist objects and attractions, practicing public speaking and tour guide techniques, training in managing tourism destinations in North Bengkulu Regency, as well as community training in planning for making homestays. Efforts to develop the potential of tourist objects and attractions are carried out through promotion from social media, such as: Instagram Facebook, Youtube, through tourism princesses and influencers Tiktok Bengkulu, as well as through students who have visited. Efforts to improve facilities and infrastructure have been carried out starting from making homestays, motorcycle taxis have been provided to tourist attractions. as well as provided road signs and warning banners.

Abstract

This research aims to see what contributions are obtained and given by the kaba indah lestari women's group both for their own group, the community and the forest area. This research used a qualitative approach, described descriptively. Data collection was done by non-participant observation, unstructured interviews. Data analysis using Miles and Huberman data analysis techniques includes data collection, data reduction and data presentation. The theory used in analyzing the results of this research is Social Feminist theory. This research found several findings, namely the Kaba Indah Lestari Women Farmers Group gained access to manage the forest through a social forestry scheme with a conservation partnership, so that they could manage the land with several provisions. The activities carried out by the Kaba Indah Lestari Women Farmers Group are not only gardening, they also innovate by making processed food from their garden products such as coffee sticks, bags from plastic sachet drink packaging and bags from handicrafts. The Kaba Indah Lestari Women Farmers Group has made a good contribution in land management by growing vegetables organically so as to minimize soil and environmental pollution while caring for trees that have been planted by the forestry. The Kaba Indah Lestari Women Farmers Group has been independent and has an impact on the surrounding community through the program of sharing basic food and vegetables for the elderly and children who are prone to stunting.Keywords: Forest, Women Farmers Group, Contribution,s Management

Abstract

Library tour activities at the UI Library are carried out by Public Relations under the Head of the General Administration and Facilities Coordinator. The UI Library has one public relations staff. To meet various needs, the Library must continue to improve the quality of its offerings, therefore public relations plays an important role in the running of the library tour. The purpose of the library tour is to make Library services better by providing a good experience to its participants, but there is still little research that explicitly looks at how public relations communication strategies or tactics are successful in providing the best possible service during a library tour. This study aims to describe the author's findings regarding public relations communication strategies in excellent service. The type of qualitative research is a descriptive approach. The informants in this study were public relations and additional informants who were library tour participants. The results of this study, first public relations created a route design strategy, second public relations created a human resource design, third public relations created an interactive method in the form of questions and answers during the library tour, fourth public relations published news of activities through Instagram and the website. On Instagram, public relations also published video testimonials, messages and impressions of participants after the activity took place. Furthermore, the form of excellent service provided by public relations, namely Friendliness, Speed, Truth, empathy, and very impressive, in the sense that the service gives a good impression of the Library. The form of excellent service can also be proven by the return of related agencies for library tours which indicates that the service provided is good, because the information provided can be conveyed well by the participants of the relevant agencies. The significance of this study lies in its efforts to fill the literature gap related to public relations communication strategies in excellent service in academic library environments. This study is expected to provide theoretical contributions in the field of organizational communication and provide practical input for other libraries that want to develop similar programs.

Abstract

AbstrakTujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui modal sosial pramuwisata yang akan digunakan untuk meningkatkan kunjungan wisata di Provinsi Bengkulu pada tahun 2023. Ini disebabkan oleh penurunan jumlah wisatawan yang disebabkan oleh wabah COVID-19 pada tahun 2019, yang menghentikan perekonomian sektor pariwisata selama tiga tahun. Namun, dengan pidato Presiden RI Bapak Joko Widodo yang mengklarifikasi penghapusan Instruksi Menteri Dalam Negeri Nomor 50 dan 51 Tahun 2022 tentang pemberdayaan sektor pariwisata, Metode penelitian kualitatif deskriptif menggunakan wawancara, fokus diskusi grup (FGD), dan dokumentasi. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa komponen modal sosial menjadi penting yakni pramuwisata melakukan kolaborasi antar assosiasi atau himpunan dan komunitas diantaranya Asosiasi Pelaku Pariwisata Indonesia (ASPI), Perhimpunan Hotel Republik Indonesia (PHRI), Asosiasi Pelaku Perjalanan Indonesia (ASITA), Himpunan Pemandu Wisata Indonesia (HPI), Bengkulu Heritage Society (BHS), Dinas Pariwisata Provinsi Bengkulu dan Dinas Pariwisata Kota Bengkulu, dalam menggiatkan kegiatan pendampingan kepada desa wisata di Provinsi Bengkulu, melakukan promosi objek wisata dalam media sosial dan secara langsung, dan mengedepankan pedoman oprasional bekerja yang sesuai kepada standar kompetensi kerja nasional dalam mendukung sumber daya manusia yang tersertifikasi. Kesimpulannya modal sosial yang meliputi aspek kepercayaan (trust), jaringan (networking) dan norma (norm) sebagai wujud yang menjelaskan bahwa dinamika isu kepariwisataan membutuhkan respon berkolaborasi atau bersinergi serta membutuhkan visi dan misi yang sama dalam meningkatkan kunjungan wisata oleh seluruh steakholder pramuwisata di seluruh Indonesia dan khususnya di Provinsi Bengkulu tahun 2023 secara berkelanjutan. AbstractThe purpose of this study is to determine the social capital of tour guides in increasing tourist visits in Bengkulu Province in 2023, the impact of tourists who decreased due to the covid-19 outbreak in 2019 caused a vacuum in the economy in the tourism industry for three years running, but with the government's decision through the speech of the President of the Republic of Indonesia. Mr. Joko widodo explained the abolition of the Minister of Home Affairs Instruction Number 50 and 51 of 2022 concerning the imposition of restrictions on community activities in the 2019 corona virus disease conditions in the Java and Bali Regions, has been enforced as before, this is an opportunity as well as a challenge in increasing aspects of tourist visits in various tourist destinations, especially in Bengkulu Province. The research method is descriptive qualitative, with data collection such as focus group discussions (FGDs), interviews and documentation.  The results of the study explain that the social capital aspect is important, namely the tour guides collaborate between associations or associations and communities including the Indonesian Tourism Players Association (ASPI), the Indonesian Republican Hotel Association (PHRI), the Indonesian Travelers Association (ASITA), the Indonesian Tour Guide Association (HPI), the Bengkulu Heritage Society (BHS), The Bengkulu Provincial Tourism Office and the Bengkulu City Tourism Office, in intensifying mentoring activities to tourist villages in Bengkulu Province, promoting tourist attractions on social media and in person, and prioritizing work operational guidelines in accordance with national work competency standards in supporting certified human resources. In conclusion, social capital which includes aspects of trust, networking and norms as a form that explains that the dynamics of tourism issues require a collaborative or synergized response and require the same vision and mission in increasing tourist visits by all tour guide stakeholders throughout Indonesia and especially in Bengkulu Province in 2023 on an ongoing basis.
