Abstract

Business development nowadays has grown so rapidly. Seeing these conditions, business people are required to have the right business strategy to fulfill sales. One of the business strategies that can be carried out is a pricing strategy. Pricing strategy is a method used to determine the best price for a service, which is expected to provide benefits for the company's sustainability. The aim of this research is to analyze pricing strategies and the factors that influence them at PT. Pilgrimage to the Heart of Indonesia Surabaya. This research uses a qualitative research method with a case study type at PT. Pilgrimage to the Heart of Indonesia Surabaya. Data collection techniques use observation, documents and interviews. The results of this research are that 1) in determining prices, PT. Ziarah Hati Indonesia Surabaya has several strategies implemented, including geographic pricing, discounts or discounts, promotional pricing and discriminatory pricing. 2) there are several internal and external factors that influence price setting at PT. Ziarah Hati Indonesia Surabaya, namely internal factors including (good service quality and company resources) and external factors (competition and government policy).

Abstract

Perkembangan zaman di era sekarang sudah semakin pesat dan tak terbatas. Hal tersebut sudah mempengaruhi kondisi kehidupan manusia khususnya dalam aspek ekonomi dan organisasi. Maka untuk menghadapi tantangan tersebut, salah satu lembaga sosial keagamaan yang fokus terhadap kondisi ekonomi Islam yaitu LPNU (Lembaga Perekonomian Nahdlatul Ulama) merupakan salah satulembaga di bawah naungan Nahdlatul Ulama yang merupakan organisasi terbesar di Indonesia. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisa strategi pengelolaan kewirausahaan dan inovasi produk pada lembaga dakwah pada Lembaga Perekonomian Nahdlatul Ulama. Adapun hasil penelitian bahwa pengelolaan kewirausahaan dan inovasi produk pada lembaga perekonomian cukup memberikan dampak yang cukup signifikan terhadap pemberdayaan ekonomi masyarakat. Hal ini dapat dari program yang telah berjalan misalnya Bank NU Syariah, NU Mart, Apotek N26, Ambulans gratis, PT. Baraka NU Go International. Selain itu dalam pengelolaannya LPNU Magelang menerapkan standar operasional dan mengacu pada KPI (key performance indicator). Kemudian dalam menjalankan program tersebut para pengurus, anggota, dan pengelola badan usaha berpegang pada prinsip mabadi khairu ummah dengan 5 prinsip yaitu al-shidqu, al-amanah wal wafa’ bil ahdi, al-adalah, al-taawun, al-istiqomah. Adapun tantangan yang dihadapi yaitu minimnya SDM yang profesional di era digital, terjadinya resesi ekonomi dan inflasi, kurangnya perwakilan di daerah. Adapun upaya dalam meningkatkan kewirausahaan melalui menguatkan warga NU dalam mendukung program bersama, merencanakan program secara terstruktur dan sistematis.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the optimization of the management of the community's Ummah Endowment Fund as a pillar of sustainable development from a sharia perspective. This study uses qualitative research with descriptive analysis and literature study methods. Data was obtained from financial reports and data from BPKH, as well as related journal articles. The analysis was conducted using the sharia enterprise theory framework, which emphasizes the principles of tauhid, justice, trust, social welfare, and maslahah. The results of this study indicate that Ummah Endowment Funds have strategic potential as sustainable Islamic economic instruments. Second, sharia enterprise theory provides a comprehensive theoretical basis for understanding the holistic management of Ummah Endowment Funds. This theory provides a strong ethical framework for ensuring that fund management is not only financially efficient, but also fair, sustainable, and oriented towards the welfare of the people. Third, the factors affecting the effective utilization of Ummah Endowment Funds are governance, accountability and transparency, and innovation in sharia investment instruments. Fourth, the integration of the utilization of community Ummah Endowment Funds with Sharia enterprise theory can become an Islamic economic model that supports the sustainable welfare of the community. The implication of this study is that the application of sharia enterprise theory in the management of community Ummah Endowment Funds can strengthen social, economic, and environmental sustainability. The novelty of this study lies in the integration of the concept of sustainable development with sharia enterprise theory as a theoretical model for developing a more ethical, equitable, and beneficial governance of community Ummah Endowment Funds.
