Abstract

This study aimed to analyze the determinants of online shopping decisions for goods from abroad after the enactment of Regulation of Finace Minister number 199 year of 2019 regarding customs, excise and tax provisions on imported shipments. Foreign goods purchased for more than USD 3 will be taxed so that the existence of this provision will result in the price of goods becoming more expensive. This research will identify factors that can shape shopping decisions by Indonesian consumers. The population in this study is market place consumers who have made transactions of imported goods or purchases through the marketplace. The number of samples used as many as 30 respondents based on the number of indicators with an error rate of 5%. The survey was conducted using an online questionnaire and processed using a data processing application. Based on the results of data analysis, this study resulted in 5 new factors, namely Product Quality, Physical Factors, Shopping Value, Service Quality, Platform, and Subjective Norms. The most dominant factor among these factors is product quality.

Abstract

Abstrak: Pendampingan terhadap Usaha Mikro, Kecil, dan Menengah (UMKM) merupakan langkah strategis dalam meningkatkan daya saing produk lokal di pasar internasional. Artikel ini membahas pendampingan yang dilakukan kepada UMKM penghasil produk olahan tempe dalam rangka mempersiapkan produk untuk pasar ekspor. Melalui pendekatan berbasis brainstorming dan kolaborasi dengan berbagai pemangku kepentingan, program pendampingan ini berfokus pada peningkatan inovasi produk, pengembangan kualitas, pengemasan modern, serta strategi pemasaran digital yang sesuai dengan standar ekspor internasional. Hasil dari pendampingan menunjukkan bahwa UMKM berhasil meningkatkan kualitas produk serta memperluas jaringan pasar globalnya melalui pelatihan dan dukungan berkelanjutan. Kolaborasi dengan pemerintah, lembaga pendidikan, dan sektor swasta juga terbukti efektif dalam memberikan dukungan teknis dan finansial. Namun demikian, masih terdapat tantangan dalam adopsi teknologi dan keberlanjutan program yang memerlukan pendampingan jangka panjang. Artikel ini memberikan rekomendasi untuk memperkuat program pendampingan serupa di masa mendatang, termasuk pentingnya penguatan jaringan distribusi internasional, peningkatan akses pendanaan, dan inovasi berkelanjutan dalam produk dan pengemasan.Abstract:  Coaching for Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) is a strategic step in increasing the competitiveness of local products in the international market. This article discusses the coaching provided to MSMEs producing processed tempeh products in order to prepare products for the export market. Through a brainstorming-based approach and collaboration with various stakeholders, this coaching program focuses on improving product innovation, quality development, modern packaging, and digital marketing strategies that comply with international export standards. The results of the coaching show that MSMEs have succeeded in improving product quality and expanding their global market networks through training and ongoing support. Collaboration with the government, educational institutions, and the private sector has also proven effective in providing technical and financial support. However, there are still challenges in technology adoption and program sustainability that require long-term mentoring. This article provides recommendations for strengthening similar coaching programs in the future, including the importance of strengthening international distribution networks, increasing access to funding, and continuous innovation in products and packaging.

Abstract

This study aims to explore strategies for developing MSMEs based on the creative economy to enhance the welfare of local communities. Using a literature review and qualitative approach, the research analyzed 15 scholarly articles retrieved from Google Scholar during the 2016–2024 period. The findings indicate that strategies such as product innovation, digitalization, cross-sector collaboration, and accessible financing significantly impact the competitiveness and sustainability of MSMEs. Case studies from various regions in Indonesia, such as NTT’s woven crafts, Penglipuran Village in Bali, and Yogyakarta's batik industry, provide evidence that creative economy-based approaches not only increase community income but also preserve local cultural values. This research offers practical insights for MSME actors, policymakers, and local communities to strengthen the contribution of MSMEs to sustainable economic and social development.

Abstract

This research aims to determine investment decisions based on financial literature, minimum capital and Fear of Missing Out (FOMO). This research uses quantitative research with data collection techniques through questionnaires distributed to members of the trader group community. Using a purposive sampling technique, the sample taken in this research was 100 investor group members. The data analysis method in this research uses Smart Partial Least Square version 4.0 The results of this research show that Financial Literature has a significant influence on Investment Decisions, Minimum Capital does not significantly influence Investment Decisions and Fear of Missing Out has an influence on Investment Decisions.

Abstract

Kopi Indonesia, khususnya kopi organik, memegang peran penting dalam pasar global, terutama di Amerika Serikat, di era yang terus berkembang. Dengan menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif, tujuan artikel ini adalah untuk menyelidiki pengaruh ekspor kopi organik Indonesia ke pasar Amerika Serikat. Dengan minat yang semakin meningkat terhadap kopi organik yang ditanam secara berkelanjutan, Amerika Serikat tetap menjadi salah satu pasar kopi terbesar di dunia. Studi ini mencoba menentukan bagaimana kopi organik Indonesia berbeda di pasar Amerika Serikat. Perbedaan tersebut bisa dari faktor praktik pertanian organik, variasi varietas kopi, dan lokasi geografis Indonesia. Jurnal ini mengulas lebih lanjut tentang variabel yang mempengaruhi ekspor kopi Indonesia, khususnya kopi organik, dengan memberikan penekanan pada praktik pertanian berkelanjutan.
